Larry’s POV

I’m so upset right now and I’m not in my the right sense of thinking..I know my father has something going on with Sarah but doesn’t want to admit it..

Just then my phone rings and I’m surprised it’s Sarah calling…why is she calling.. she never calls me..I have to hear her out..

I drop the gun down immediately as I rushed out of the house.

Sarah’s POV

”you haven’t said a word since through out..Desi..”i say as he just ignore me opening the door of the car..I get down as I turned to face him.

I walked into the school as students lined up in the assembly hall..I’m so worried right now because my uncle texted me that Larry threatened to kill him…I don’t want anything to happen to either of them because of me…still deep in my thought when I was called by the school director to come talk on a topic in front of the assembly hall and even though I never memorized it I gave the speech perfectly with all the juniors clapping and calling my name..despite being a straight A student.. I sighted anny as we walk straight to class together..just while I and anny were chatting..Larry interrupts.

I curiously opened the parcel as I saw a book..wow..it’s a poem..

”its a pre birthday gift..you know your birthday is this week Friday..”he reminded me

Tina’s POV

”hmm..”i stand up from the bed as I moved closer to him.

”when God has forgiven all my sins..who am I not to forgive you..Thomas..I miss you so much my love..and I forgive you..”i say as he wrapped his hands around my waists.

”i promise not to ever cheat on you again..I promise..”he says..

To celebrate our reunion..I called Mary inviting everyone of them for dinner tonight.. it’s gonna be so great..it’s been long we’ve had family dinners and I can’t wait…

Adam’s POV

My marriage with Mary has gone from bad to worse and not a day goes by without us not arguing..I’m so sick and tired of her attitude always monitoring me..thankfully my sister in law Tina called her earlier to come join them for tonight’s dinner arrangements… I’m on my way to pick Sarah from the bookstore so we could go check the house I bought..yes..I bought a new house faraway from this area..where I and Sarah can be alone.

Larry’s POV

”you know who she’s dating?”max asked..me..as I sipped the bottle of beer.

”i rather not talk about her Max..she doesn’t want me..mehn..I never knew love was this difficult..”i say.

”it is bro..that’s why I no get time for any relationship..”max says.

Mary’s POV

Tina’s a nice woman and all but I still don’t trust her and her daughter one bit..I have been keeping a close eye on my husband this past few days and I know he has another woman..but I don’t know who she is..

Sarah’s POV

”this is going to be our new home..isn’t this beautiful?”my uncle Adams asked as I take a good look at the house

”have been waiting for this moment all of my life..”i say

”i’m so glad you liked it..I know it isn’t as fancy as your house..but with time I’ll make sure everything is perfect for you my angel..”he says.

I and uncle adams talked about things we could use to beautify the house..sooner or later my parents will find out and I don’t mind being with my uncle..I don’t care if they don’t accept my relationship..all that matters is if uncle adams is willing to give up his marriage for us to be together..

After spending a while in the house..we both went to my house immediately since that’s where we will be having dinner tonight..

”my love..where have you been..?”mary says separating I and my uncle’s hands as he kisses him on the lips..now she’s starting to annoy the hell out of me..I cannot hide my jealousy..as I went upstairs to my bedroom.

I stayed up there till dinner was ready..Larry as always was no where to be found..except my dad..I.. uncle Adams.. Mary and Lizzie…

Dinner was cool and my dad couldn’t stop talking about his achievements and what business he would love to do next.. I’m sure my mom was bored that’s why she changed the subject bragging about my academical performance..

”i think we need to spend more time together..”my father suggests as uncle eyed me.. we’ve been stealing glances from eachother for a while now..

”lets have a family vacation then..”uncle adams says..

”i agree with uncle Adams..”i say as Mary scoffs.

”i don’t think we need vacations now..since we’re preparing for your birthday Sarah..”Mary says.

”yes..but a family vacation will come up after your birthday tomorrow..”

”yeah..”

Tina’s POV

I had to call Mira to plan everything of Sarah’s birthday today..it’s not gonna be at home because Sarah says so..today’s her day and I want everything to be perfect..Sarah wants the birthday to be held at a bar not too far from our house so we’ll be renting the whole bar just for that night..I can’t believe my baby is almost eighteen..I can’t believe it….

Sarah’s POV

”happy birthday to the princess of the house..”mame Ono says as I walked into the kitchen..I saw Desi busy on his phone..I cannot believe he isn’t even saying anything about my birthday..every one who saw me had wished me.. thousands of my friends from school also posted me on social media and my phone rings single minute since last night.

”nothing..I was just talking to Desi..”I say.

”it doesn’t seem so..I don’t like it when you get close to you..r worker..”My uncle is sounding so ridiculous now..yes..I may be in a secret relationship with him but that doesn’t mean he can control me now.

”come with me..”he says dragging me away from the kitchen..he takes me to where no one would see us at the basement..my parents were super busy plus the workers too..so no one noticed us..the minute we entered the basement uncle adams pressed his lips on mine as he starts undressing me..but I stopped him.

”hey..stop..”i say.

”i need you..I need you Sarah..please..”he begs..now taking off his trousers.

”did you wake up horny or what..?”i say as he glared at me.

”i just want to leave here..someone might see us..and my stylist would be here soon..I don’t want my mom finding me..”i say

Adam’s POV

I left home early this evening because I and Mary can’t even stay in the same space..now..I had to drop Lizzie off at Sarah’s place when I noticed I forgot my phone at home..I can’t go back home because I don’t want to start any kinda arguement with Mary..I don’t want anything to ruin my mood this evening for my sweetheart birthday party…..

7:30pm..

Sarah’s POV

The music fills the bar room as I sighted most of my friends already grinding to the beats of the song..I’m dressed in my favorite red stripes gown..I tinted my hairs dark wine wearing my perfect expensive high heel silver shoes..and the beautiful silver piece of necklace my father gifted me this morning..

”hey bestie..you look hot..”angel says as we hugged eachother

”happy birthday..to you..”angel says after pulling away from me.

After hugging her I went straight to the other room in the bar..my parents all dressed up.. beautifully as I walked in.

”my baby girl..”My father says as I rushed to hug him.

”arent you gonna hug me too..?”my mom asked

”of course mom..”i say smiling as suddenly tears rolls down my cheeks.

”why are you crying..?”my father asked.

”i love you both so much.. please forgive me..”i don’t know why I said the last three sentence but it just came out from my lips.

Throughout the party every of my family members were present..Even aunt mary who I thought wasn’t happy for me showed me so much kindness and I was so glad for my parents showered me with so much love..I never knew they cared for me that much though..I drank and drank to the fullest..I danced with my loved ones..my father..my mom..even with Larry..he was so happy for me..

”happiest eighteen years birthday”They all said as I cut the cake..the photographer immediately captured the picture.. normally there are CCTV cameras everywhere because it’s a high classed bar.

”you look like a damsel..”larry says as we join the crowd to dance.

”thanks..”i say as Larry grabs my waist pulling closer to him.. suddenly he kisses me off guard..but I’m not sure anyone saw that because everywhere was so blinging with club lights..they were many of my friends in the party so no one saw us..I thought.

Desi’s POV

I was invited to the party despite everything..I don’t know why I care about this girl Sarah..I saw her with Larry so..I followed up.. because I don’t trust that dude one bit..and my suspicion were fully right when I saw both of them kissing eachother..passionately..with that anger there isn’t much I could do because today’s her birthday..what I don’t get is why she would be kissing her cousin..isn’t he her cousin..who does that..even with the blinging lights I saw the way he groped her tightly like they were about to make love..I can’t see this anymore..I fumed in anger but there wasn’t anything I could do..I’m a worker and I have no right over Sarah..I should have known..she’s just a player.. pretending to be miss little innocent..

Sarah’s POV

Larry drags me outside the bar as the bouncer tries to stop us.

”he..is..my boyfriend..now let us go..”i say..I think the drink is getting to my head..I just called my cousin my boyfriend.

”dont go far..I’m only letting you pass because you’re the birthday girl..”The bouncer says

”get out of our way..”larry says as we both walked outside to the main road.

Just then an elderly man passing interrupts us.

Two hours Later

Tina’s POV

”you’re so hilarious..”i say to my husband as we entered..the house.

”seems our baby left the party..”thomas says as he asked Ono.

”maybe..she might be with Larry..and her friends..”Uncle Adams adds as Larry walked in..I rushed to meet him.

”larry..where’s Sarah..?”I asked now starting to get worried….
