Sarah’s POV

Time flies and it’s already closing hours..I tried as much as I can to stay away from Larry throughout today’s class though he is way older than me..so we hardly attend the same class.

I waited at the hall way front yard in the school for my chauffeur as anny joins me..

”hey..are you gonna tell me what’s up with you..I can tell you’re not okay..”Anita says.

”girlfriend I’m fine..it’s nothing okay..”I replied as I get a text from Desi saying he isn’t going to be here early because the car is faulty..why does it have to be today..

“Everything okay..?”Anny asked again and I think her questions are starting to annoy me..just as I was about to say something Uncle Adams shows up from no where with Elizabeth my cousin.

”how’s the prettiest cousin in the world doing..”Lizzie whines as I smiled at her.

”good..”i answered.

”my sweet niece..I just got a call from your parents and they aren’t coming home tonight..”Uncle Adams says and my mood changes instantly…

”yeah..they always do that..”i replied.

”so..they want you to come spend the night at our house..”Uncle Adams says.

”yes..please..say yes..”lizzie pleads.

I would have loved to say no but I don’t want to break poor Lizzie’s heart..I mean she’s like the younger sister I never had..she means alot to me so I cannot reject this offer even though I want to…all I know is if Larry tries any nonsense I’ll report him immediately.

After saying my goodbye to Anita..I texted Desi not to worry and that I would be spending the night at my uncle’s place.

Thankfully Uncle Adams told me Larry won’t join us in the car which made it less awkward for me…I can’t believe my parents stood me up for the PTA and plus they can’t even call to check on me..must they always involve uncle Adams in my life??

By the time we got to my uncle adams house it was almost evening..I saw the excitement in Lizzie’s eyes and I’m so happy i make her feel this way..

”welcome home everyone”Auntie Mary says while unlocking the door for us.

”hey aunt..”i greeted as she smiles at me.

”my wonderful baby..it’s so good to see you..”Aunt mary says as Lizzie holds my hands tight.

”lets go..I have alot of things to talk about with you..”Lizzie literally dragged me away from the living room.

Adam’s POV

”hows my lovely wife doing..?”I asked as I followed her to the kitchen.

”uhm.. why didn’t you tell me your niece was coming?”She asked.

”oh..I..I..had alot of things doing in the school..as the principal you know how hectic things can be when there’s a PTA..”She didn’t let me go on before interrupting.

”just answer me..see..I don’t like it when you bring your niece here..”Mary says.

”pardon..??”

”you heard me..I mean I don’t like when you show up unannounced..”Mary says..

”and since when did you start to act this way?”I asked getting really fed up of Mary’s jealous attitude.. she always feels insecure and too bad she’s always jealous of Sarah.

”since now..”she answered.

”wait..a second..I will not ask for your permission to bring my niece here once because this is my house and two..she’s my blood.. whether you like it or not.. she’s always going to be around..”I say walking away from the kitchen.

Sarah’s POV

Things was a bit weird during dinner as I quickly finished up with my food excusing myself from Mary..Lizzie and Adams..it would have been more annoying if Larry was around but he is no where to be found…I immediately went to the kitchen as I washed all the dishes before leaving for the guest room.

Adam’s POV

”come back home immediately..we are worried sick about you Larry..”I yelled at him through my phone.

”oh chill out dad.. I’m hanging out with some friends..”He says.

”well you better come home now.. since when did you start being so irresponsible..it’s almost midnight my Gosh..”I say.

”dad I’m sick and tired of you nagging all the time..I’m an adult..I’m above 18 and I can do whatever I feel like with my life..”Before I could say more he hungs up..he hanged up on me..I’m so gonna teach this boy a lesson..just because his nineteen doesn’t mean is his above scolding..I walked straight up to my room as I saw Mary laying down on the bed.

I laid beside her as I wrapped my arms around her waist but she shrugged off.

”honey..please..please let’s not fight now..”I whisper into her ears.

”just let me be..”she says.

”not tonight..baby..I need you badly..please..”I say pecking her on the neck as she shifts away from me.

”dont you get it or what..I’m in no mood for that..”She say this time sitting up on the bed.

”my love..please..let’s make love..”I say..

”i don’t want to..now if you’ll excuse me..I need to sleep in peace..”she says laying back on the bed…..

Sarah’s POV

After taking my bath still on my robe I checked my phone and it’s two missed calls from my mother..oh now she remembers her daughter..I called her back and we spoke for a while..and she’s coming to pick me up her self tomorrow morning..great..i take off my robe wearing my pyjamas since this isn’t the first time I have stayed here..few of my things are this house which makes it easier for me.. as I grabbed my bag picking out some of my books to finish up my assignment.

I worked on my mathematics for like twenty minutes before reading my literature book.. I checked the time on my phone and it’s 12sharp…I continued with my reading until I heard a knock on my door..

”who’s there?”I asked as I heard Larry’s voice whispering.

”its me..Larry.. please open up..”he says as I stand up from my bed.. twisting the door knob.

Larry barged in immediately..

”where were you..?”I asked..

”i..I went out with some friends..”He answered as the stench of strong alcohol flew out from his lips.

”are..are you drunk..?”I asked.

”no..but I had a few bottle though..”Larry says.

”so..why are you not in your room now..?”I asked shifting away from him..

”because..because I wanted to apologize to you for being a dummy this morning..I’m really sorry..please forgive me cousin..”He says kneeling down.

”hey..get up..you don’t have to bow down from me..”I say helping him on his feet.

”i was so stupid..I’m really sorry..”he says again.

”that’s enough..I forgive you..”i say.

”really?”he asked.. raising his eye brow.

”yea..”i answered as he rushed up to hug me tightly..I felt his erection poking me but I just ignored it..what’s with larry anyways..he is my cousin and I shouldn’t judge him all for one kiss..

The Following morning

Sarah’s POV

My mom came to pick me up earlier than I expected as we both went back to the mansion..I’m really glad that I patched things up with Larry and everything is gonna be fine from no onwards..Returning home mom told me dad isn’t going to be around but what makes me tensed is when we entered the compound and find his car in there.

”i thought you said dad isn’t going to be at home..”I asked my mother.

”yeah..strange his car is here..”my mom adds as we both entered the living room..

The look on my mother’s face when she sees a purse on the dining table.

”who owns this..?”she asked me.

”not mine..isn’t it yours?”i asked.

”no..I don’t remember buying this kind of..cheap purse..”Just while both of us where contemplating a young woman dressed in ordinary pants and bra walks downstairs with my father behind her..

”dad??”
