Delivering My order - S01 E02

Read Story: SEASON 1 EPISODE 2

“Have I ever snubbed you. Please I am innocent”, I begged frantically for my life.

“No, you haven’t. People you did that to gave me this job”, he answered while expanding the width of his lips into a more wicked grin.

I fell back in fear when I realized that he isn’t ready to stop.

I tried to run for my life but my leg wasn’t running, I tried to find a means of escape but my legs didn’t concur, literally, I was doing the running and escaping in my mind.

He was about to stab me right on my forehead when he changed his mind. His sight fell on the pillow he was eyeing earlier. He grinned.

I presumed he had changed his mind to kill me by suffocation rather than stabbing.

“I guess I’m going to give you a soft death with a soft pillow. I don’t want your body to get stained by blood because I’m still going to explore it when I’m done killing you”, he said with a bloodshot face. He was acting as if I had offended his ancestors long time ago and he was seeking for revenge.

He stretched his hand across the table and took one of the two pillows.

He pranced on me immediately and pressed the pillow on my face with all his strength. The breathing I lost earlier momentarily came back and the strange man is trying to take it away again by blocking my nostrils. I struggled and struggled but he was too powerful for my timid hands.

I started waving my mind wildly like an antelope that was at the point of death. I continued to wave my hand while trying to get my hands on anything I could use to save myself.

My right hand was able to luckily grab a vase that was nearby and I smashed it on his head without wasting a single second.

He howled out in pain and held on tightly to his head that was now full of blood. Now, he was wearing a murdering look. He threw the pillow away angrily and he removed the knife again. “I’m finally dead”, I whispered to myself after seeing the knife.

I didn’t wait for him to recover his comportment before pushing him away.

I stood up immediately and I started running towards the door. I was just about to open it and make my escape out of the house when he threw the broken part of the vase at me.

It hit me at the right spot and I fell flat on the floor.

The guy was now having a horrifying look on his face, I was so scared. I can’t imagine a guy with that cute voice having this look.

He was about to prance on me again and deal the final blow when someone knocked the door.

He stopped immediately and his attention shifted towards the door.

“Hi Miss. I’m from BRIZZY PIZZA. I’m here to make the delivery”, the actual delivery man said from the other said of the voice.

“Finally. God has finally sent someone to help me”, I muttered happily to myself. I looked at his face to check whether his countenance has changed and I was surprised by his expression. Instead of him to be frightened or afraid that someone is about to disrupt his plan, he was just smiling.

“Come in please. The door is not locked”, The strange guy said while trying to mimic my voice.

“What kind of man is this and what kind of life is this, why did I even other for a Pizza”, I whispered in tears after seeing what he did.

The Delivery guy opened the door with the Pizza in his hands, he hasn’t make two steps after opening the door when the strange man stabbed him right on his forehead and he fell right at my front while staring directly into my face with his bulgy bloody eyes as the blood that was coming out of his forehead flows down to his eyes.

He dragged his body inside the house immediately and he slammed the door hard.
