Rachel's POV:

The sun lit Into the

room hitting my face

and pulling me awake.

I sat up slowly and

rub the sleep off my

eyes, I glance at the

bed beside me and

noticed Charles

wasn’t there, maybe

downstairs with

Inspector Kunle.

As I made to get up

to Kickstart the day, I

saw a piece of paper

drawer.

I slowly open it to

reveal the smooth

I glance at the

window staring

outside at the bright

Wednesday morning, I

can hear horns of

car and I can hear

dogs barking in the

distance.

letter before grabbing

my jacket and rushing

Charles POV:

My eyelid flicker

slowly, I was dying

my stomach as if the

voice.

Suddenly we heard

the police siren

blaring outside, the

serial killer quickly

fled away when he

heard the siren.

I can hear footsteps

running upstairs and

coming towards me.

“Charles please just

hold on don’t leave

us please.” I heard a

familiar voice……..

Rachel.

She has come to

save me while all I do

was put her in

trouble.

I could feel hands

wrap around me and

lift me off the floor

and that’s all I could

register……. .

I slowly sat up and

look around the white

room and I notice I

was in a ward in an

hospital, what am I

doing here????.

WAIT A SEC!!!!!!!!!!..

I was been shot by

the serial killer

yesterday, a sling

was hung around my

neck to my arm.

But I can still feel the

pain in my muscles.

Just then the door

burst and Kate and

Samuel got in, “Oh

Charlie babe, I was

Soo worried when I

heard that hideous

Serial killer shot you.”

Kate said giving me a

worried look.

“Don’t worry Kate I’m

fine now.” I said with

a genuine smile.

“I’m sorry I have to

leave you all alone

there.” Samuel said.

“Samuel stop blaming

yourself, it’s not your

fault and I was the

that decided to stay

there alone, ok let’s

forget that what did

you guys got from

the test?.” I said.

“Well from my test the

blood you found in

Mr Adekoya’s room

doesn’t belong to Mr

Adekoya.” Kate said.

“Hmmmm, my instincts

killer is doing his job

himself.”

Adekoya’s room

which belongs to the

serial killer something

was written on it’s

in Chadni Chowk in

India.” I said

interrogation.”

My phone started

ringing and I check to

see Inspector Kunle

name on the Caller ID.

I slowly received the

call “Hello sir.”

“There is a problem

Charles, the body of

Demola was found in

a bar in Chadni

Chowk in India his

eyes are missing and

he was shot on the

head.”

“The typical death

that’s been going on,

ok sir we will know

what to do.”

I hung up and turn to

Kate. “We are leaving

for India tomorrow to

investigate the body

and Samuel we will go

to the Club night

where we can get the

serial killer, I will do

anything to get the

serial killer.”

“Your wife just left

now, she wants to go

take care of the

children.” Kate said.

“I will see her soon, I

need to protect my

family.”

On Saturday I will

face the Serial

killer………….. again and

this time I’m not

backing down.
