Lawrence was tortured seriously in the police station. One could see her face swollen up and blood gushing out from her mouth and nose.
The policeman who tortured her stood beside holding an electric shock. "Speak! Where is Steve!" he shouted positioning the electronic shock very well.

"fu-Ck you!" Lawrence replied and was tortured the more.

Outside the station were different arm forces were monitoring every movement. It has actually been discovered that Lawrence was the person behind the missing people in the state. At another corner, beside a police vehicle, Mr Stanley and the chief police officer could be seen discussing.

"Did you see my son, officer?" Mr Stanley asked.

"We search everywhere for him but couldn't find him" the officer replied. "The victim is been tortured for her to confess. She has only done one confession. According to her, she's a scientist using people for an experiment"

"What?!" Mr Stanley exclaimed.

"Yes, she was experimenting on how to bring dead people to life by kidnapping and killing people"

"She's very stupid!"

"Yes, she is" the officer concluded. When he saw Mr Stanley bent his head sadly, he patted his shoulder and said, "Don't worry sir, my men are everywhere looking for your son and they must find him. Moreover, the lady must confess where he is before taken to the high court"

Mr Stanley raised his head up. "Please, try your best officer" he said.

"We will" they shook hands.

Stella ran out from a bush to the middle of a lonely road. She placed her hands on her two knees breathing heavily. She looked both left and right hopping to see a coming vehicle but saw nothing. Few minutes later, an expensive car began to come from a distance and Stella waved her hand for it to stop by all means. The car suddenly stopped before her and the front glass slowly whined down. Stella could see a handsome young man with full beards on his jaw.

"Young lady, what are you doing alone in the middle of the highway?" the guy asked looking at her from head to toe.

"Please, you need to help me. I just escaped from the hands of bad people" Stella pleaded.

"Really? Hump in!" the guys said in a hurry then Stella entered immediately and they drove off...

Justice dressed corporately, he wore a black trouser and shoes. He stood before a standing mirror adjusting his neck tie on a white longsleeve shirt which he tucked in properly. He flung a big brown envelop from the bed and took his car key. As he was driving on the road, he saw Faith and matched brake
immediately. "Hey, Faith!"

Faith looked into the car and smiled. "Good day, Justice" she greeted.

"It seems you are going somewhere"

"Yes"

"Then let me drive you there"

"No, thank you. You aren't going towards my direction nah"

"No, i don't mind reversing"

"No, i don't want to stress you"

"It's not a stress"

"Why"

"Coz it's just a vehicle, i don't get stressed out. So please enter"

"Okay" Faith smiled and entered..

Back to the forest, Steve led the way followed by Thelma before Fred, the last person. He hung the bow on his shoulder and held an arrow in his hand. They had walked for hours thereby exhausting their energy. Suddenly, Thelma fell down and Steve rushed her instantly.

"Stella, what is it?"

"I'm tired and thirsty" Thelma replied with her eyes closed.

"Please, just try, we shall soon get to a place where there is water"

"No, i can't walk anymore"

Hearing that, Steve carried her up and continued their journey. After some minutes of walking, they got to where water is, then Steve helped Thelma to drink from it.

"Don't worry, we shall soon get out from this forest" Steve encouraged her.

Thelma stood up and looked at him. "Please, let's rest a bit" she said.

"Okay" Steve began to clear the area. After making it look a bit conducive, he held Thelma by the hand "Come on, sit" he said.

As Fred was drinking water too, Steve stood up looking around and listening attentively in a way he turned his back on Thelma. Meanwhile, Thelma kept staring at him as she sat with her legs closed properly.

"Steve?" she called then Steve turned sharply. "Come and sit" she said tapping the ground beside her.

Steve stared at her for a while then sat beside her.

"You are very brave" Thelma looked at him.

"Thanks" Steve replied then both became quiet. "All this while I've not come in contact with your sister" Steve broke the silence. "What's her name?" he asked looking at her.

Thelma stared at him not knowing what to say.

"Stella, don't you want to tell me her name?" Steve added.

"No" Thelma replied.

"Then tell me"

"Her name is.. is.. Thelma"

"I'll make sure i find her, okay?" Steve concluded then Thelma nodded her head looking at him and feeling her heartbeat...

The young man carrying Stella was in a high speed glancing at her occasionally. "Where will you drop?" he asked but Stella kept quiet thinking about Steve and her sister. "Talk girl" the guy added.

Stella looked at him and said, "Do you know Steve?"
