Must Read: Loss Of Dignity

One of the remaining three robbers shot Afeez from the back and
he died instantly. The man’s wife began screaming louder this
time, even their children who didn’t know what was happening
soon noticed and began screaming also. The sound of the
gunshot and continuous wailing attracted attention from
neighbours and nearby street.

Emeka’s father noticed the awe and came out of his house with
his gun. He shot into the air which signalled the robbers that they
were not alone. They were frightened because they didn’t know
the direction the gunshot came from. They ran back into their car
and zoomed off in the speed of light. After the incident,
neighbours who were too scared to come out started trooping
out of their houses in ascending order.

They all gathered in groups and felt pity for the lifeless Afeez.

There was rumor that the gunmen came to kidnap the man but
changed minds when things didn’t go as planned. It became the
talk of the town.

One a normal day, you could still see people wandering about the
street at 12midnight but since the robbery incident, they were all
indoors atleast 7pm. It was after eight in the evening and Emeka
was just coming back home knowing the dangers that lurks
about, which made his father upset. Before Emeka’s arrival, his
father was polishing his gun should those guys come back.

“where are you coming from?” Mr. Chukwuemeka asked him
again incase he didn’t hear the first time.
Emeka doesn’t want people to know what went down between
him and Aunty Bimbo as it will bring him shame. He thought to
himself, should he tell his father what really happened, he knew
his father was already upset and should he tell him that the
trusted Aunty Bimbo r’aped him, she will be gundown that day.

Mr. Chukwuemeka had killed numerous robbers before when he
was a sergeant and Aunty Bimbo will not be an exception.

He only stopped killing when he became the commissioner of police.

“hmmm… i went to watch a football match” emeka lied.

Emeka was a die-hard fan of Manchester United FC but he barely
watch their matches. Maybe he wasen’t a die-hard fan afterall.

Premier league matches are usually played in the afternoon but
his father was unaware about that. Infact, there was no match
that day. His father did not totally buy that excuse so he
continued with his questions.

“why didn’t you watch the game at home?”
“i went to a viewing centre because of epiletic power supply”
emeka narrated.

“then why are you sweating?” he further enquired.
“i realised it was getting late so i started running back home!”
emeka lied again.
Only if lying was a subject, Emeka would score A1. His father
was still not convinced but he decided to give him the benefit of
doubt. He did not even noticed that his trouser was unzip.

“you can go to your room. by the way, hang this gun where i
usually keep it” he said giving emeka the gun.
Emeka did as he was commanded then went to his room. He sat
on his bed and began to reminisce all that happened. He could
not believe he got disvirgined on his 19-year birthday.

Just then, a call came through to his phone, he sluggishly took
the phone and the caller’s name was bodly written, Sweet Bimbo.

But Emeka did not save Aunty Bimbo’s number in his phone.

Just like Ghost, Dragons and Dinosaurs, people often argue that
Vampires exists or ever existed. Emeka had just had a blood
sU-Cking vampire pestering him. A mosquito was no different from
Aunty Bimbo as they were both after the same BLOOD, hence
they’re parasite.

Aunty Bimbo was thirty-two year old but was aging faster than
her age. She could perform facial surgery to look younger but
she preferred the african superstition that says having s*x with
minors will improve one’s looks. If the fallacy is not vague then
Yerima should be a Nigerian Harry Potter, or so i thought.

Superstition is the worst thing that has happened to Africans,
little wonder the continent is progressing backward.

Emeka was fuming with rage when he saw her name bodly
written, “SWEET BIMBO” He recalled he didn’t save her number in
his phone but knew instantly that it was Aunty Bimbo. She was
not only getting older but was acting childlike. Her clothes were
the size of a 16 . She always put on thight clothes that revealed

with Aunty Bimbo nicknamed her sweet bimbo, sweet sixteen.

“hello!” emeka answered the phone with anger written around his
face.

She knew Emeka might not know who was calling so she had to
verify herself. When she was done r’aping Emeka, then he was
still unconscious, she took his phone and saved her number in it,
she then used his phone to ‘flash’ her her own phone. When
Emeka regained consciousness he didn’t know what Aunty Bimbo
had done. Emeka thought for a while, he didn’t know how to
answer her question then he ended the call.

The church was filled to the brim. Thousands of people had
turned up to witness the wedding ceremony of the new couple in
town. About a dozen of police vehicles were packed outside the
church. The security was tight. The president of Nigeria was
present in the glamorous occasion alongside other top
government dignitaries. Diplomats of seven countries were also
there, including the president of the united states of America. It
was the biggest wedding ever as foreign media such as BBC,
CNN and aljazeera were there to capture the event.
The location of the wedding was Dubai, Saudi Arabia. The pastor
was among the entourage that travelled all the way from Nigeria
to conduct the wedding in Saudi Arabia. Nigerian musician
Wizkid was there to sing one of his old time Highlife song “on top
your matter” but he was no longer named Wizkid. His name was
Wizman. Wizman was 32-year old then, at that age, he already
had 22 children for 12 women. His mentor 2face idibia had since
stopped singing, he had become a grandfather.

They were all in the future of reality and imagination. It was
Emeka’s wedding, he was getting married to the love of his life.

The wedding proper was about to kick start, Emeka was 29-year
old. He was already standing at the pulpit with the pastor who
was going to join them together as man and wife.

The church
hymn was on and Mr. Chukwuemeka could be seen walking from
the entrance of the church to the alter with the bride. She was
putting on the most expensive dress ever made in the UK.

N:B: UK means “united kingdom, england”
Her face was covered with plain white cloth.

Beside her was
Chiwe. She was the bridesmaid to her brother’s soon-to-be wife.

Chiwe was such a beauty to behold, she had grown into a big
girl. Soon enough, Mr. Chukwuemeka, the Bride and Chiwe got to
the stance where Emeka was standing. Chinedu was standing
beside Emeka, he was his bestman. He then gave Emeka a “i’m
proud of you” look.

“Do you take this woman to be your happily wedded wife” the
pastor said asking emeka.

“I do!” emeka replied.
“Do you take this man as your happily wedded husband” the
pastor also said asking the bride.
“Yes, i do!” she replied.
“Now you may kiss the bride” the pastor blurted.

Emeka was extremely excited, he was finally getting married to
the love of his life. He slowly opened the white cloth used to
barricade her face from people, but what he saw was a shocker.

She was old and ugly, her face had fallen out, she then smiled
revealing her teeth. Only four teeths were remaining. The others
had fallen off. It was Aunty Bimbo.

Emeka was shocked, he quickly screamed and woke up from
sleep. He just had a terrible nightmare. Emeka ran to picked his
bible and started binding and casting. Aunty Bimbo was a thorn
in his flesh, she was even tormenting him in his dream.
