The Vow - Season 2 Episode 85 Recap

Amar and Aniket break into the room and stop Sindoora from lighting the match.
Sindoora says she wants to make her tea.
Gauri offers to make it for her.
Sindoora follows her out of the room.

Aniket tells Amar and Divya that he now believes Sindoora is out of her mind, otherwise, she wouldn't have tried to kill herself.
Divya looks worried.
Amar tells her there is nothing to worry about.
Divya says she's sorry for doubting Sindoora and she feels guilty.
Amar tells her there is nothing to apologise for.

He gets a phone call and leaves the room.
Divya bends down to pick the matchbox but she sees it's damaged.
She smells paraffin and wonders what Sindoora was really up to.
Amar returns and takes her out of the room.

it's early morning on Valentine's day.
Amar gets a cake for Divya.
Bharat meets him in the kitchen and says he has a surprise for Aditi.
He shows Amar a ring he got for Aditi.
They both wish each other good luck.

They both decorate the living room with red and white balloons.
Chandra sees them and they beg her not to ruin the surprise.

Later on, Amar and Bharat go to invite Divya and Aditi downstairs.

They get downstairs to meet the living room fully decorated.
Amar plays music and dances with Divya.

Bharat offers Aditi a rose flower then gets on his knee and shows her the ring.
She gives him her finger to slip the ring on.

The lights come on and the room is filled with the family members and guests.
Sindoora is with her nurse.
She claps excitedly.
As Divya and Amar continue dancing, Sindoora pushes Gauri towards Amar.
Gauri and Amar stare at one another in uncomfortable silence.
Amar apologises.

Amar and Divya cut the cake and everyone cheers.

Sindoora goes to the table for drinks and picks up a glass of a cold drink.
Her nurse tells her she can't have the drink.
Sindoora insists on having her cold drink.
The nurse struggles with her.
Sindoora scatters the table.
Bharat tells her she can't have a cold drink based on doctor's orders.

Sindoora is on the roof of the house.
She is complaining about not having a cold drink.
She sees someone coming up and she stands up, threatening to jump off the roof.
Divya tells her to jump off.
Sindoora calls her a bad girl for wanting her to die.
Divya says if she wanted to jump off she would have done so already.
Sindoora moves to the edge of the roof.
Divya pulls her back.

Sindoora claps and says Divya finally figured it out.
Divya says she knows who Sindoora is and she had it figured out for a while.
She asks why Sindoora won't just leave her and Amar alone.
Sindoora says she is playing with Divya, Amar and the baby's lives.
She says a person doesn't change and she only needed to act like she was crazy to make them all accept her and forget all the bad things she has done to them.
She says Aniket was hard to convince but Amar was very easy and it's only Divya who really knows her and knows the reason she has come back.
She vows to ruin them this time around.
Divya tells her she won't have a chance.
Sindoora says it has already begun because she has heard about the problems Divya is having with the pregnancy and she hopes the pregnancy kills her.

Divya goes back inside the house.
Sindoora pulls the rug from under her feet at the top of the stairs.
Divya rolls down the stairs.

Amar and Bharat rush to her aid.

The family members all accompany Divya down to the hospital
As Divya is being wheeled to the theatre, she sees Sindoora and she tries to speak but Amar begs her to calm down.

In the theatre, Divya prays for God to save her life.

Amar and the rest of the family are worried.

Sindoora pretends she's crazy again.
She asks Bharat if Divya would be fine.

The baby is delivered and taken to an incubator.

The doctor informs Amar that he has a baby girl and both Divya and the baby are under observation.
Amar becomes dizzy.

Sindoora asks if Divya would die.
Aniket warns her to keep quiet.

Divya is still unconscious.
She goes into distress and the doctors rush into the room to examine her.

The doctor comes out to inform the family that she doesn't think that Divya would make it so they need to go and say their goodbyes to her.

Sindoora secretly rejoices.

Amar enters the room and holds Divya's hand.
She is still unconscious but he tells her that he trusts in the Almighty and knows he would save her.

The doctor returns to tell him that he has a form to fill as his baby is not doing well.
Gauri panics.

She prays to God to save the baby.

The doctor comes back to tell Amar that it's a miracle as the baby has recovered.

Divya starts gasping for breath.
The doctors rush to attend to her.
Everyone watches in fear.

Divya slips back into unconsciousness.
The doctor announces that she is in a coma.

Sindoora inwardly rejoices that Divya is out of her way.

Amar goes to Divya and tells her to wake up as he knows it's a prank.
Uma slaps him and tells him she's in a coma and he has to accept the truth.
Amar starts crying.
The nurses tell them to leave the room as they need to run tests on Divya.

The family members leave the room.
The doctor comes to advise them to go back home because they don't know when or if Divya would come out of the coma.

Sindoora asks if Divya is dead.
Aniket tells them to take the crazy woman away.
Chandra takes her away and Sindoora tells herself that she has ended Divya's story and she will destroy the lives of the rest of the family members, one by one.

Gauri offers to stay at the hospital when the others are leaving to watch over the baby.

Amar is in the room with Divya.
He thinks of their time together and the promises they made to one another.
He goes to get flowers and he makes Divya touch them.

Gauri helps to take care of the baby.

Amar visits Divya everyday.
He cleans her up, talks to her and reads to her.
At times he gets overwhelmed and cries.
