'The Vow' Season 2 Episode 84 Recap - Aired: Monday 25 September 2017

Amar and Bharat bring Sindoora to her old room.
It is covered in dust and cobwebs.
Sindoora sees her rocking chair and screams.
Amar and Bharat calm her down.

Bharat tucks her in bed to sleep.
He gets teary-eyed.
Amar consoles him.
Bharat tells him that Sindoora tends to be violent sometimes.
He asks If Amar is sure he still wants her to stay.
Amar says he wants her to.


Divya is asleep in her room.
Sindoora enters and touches her stomach.
Divya wakes up with a scream.
She doesn't see anyone in the room.
She goes out of the room and sees Sindoora in her room talking to the doll Gauri gave her (Divya).
Sindoora tells the doll that she wouldn't spare her and she would kill her.
She yanks off the head of the doll.
Divya gasps.
Sindoora sees her and tells her that the doll was threatening her.


Amar enters the room and Sindoora complains to him that Divya doesn't want to be her friend.
She starts crying.
Bharat enters the room and tries to calm her down.


Amar takes Divya back to their room.
Divya asks him why he didn't allow Sindoora to go back to the nursing home.
Amar says Sindoora is family and they take care of their own.
He tells her how Bharat has been secretly taking care of her at the asylum, then he says if it's what Divya wants, then he will tell Bharat to take her away.
Divya says she can stay.


The family is having dinner.
Bharat brings a clean looking Sindoora to the table to join the rest of the family.
Everyone is uncomfortable.

Sindoora eats like a barbarian, digging both hands into the food.
Aniket shouts at her to eat properly.

Sindoora runs to her room.
Amar tells Aniket that he shouldn't have shouted at her.

Amar, Bharat and Gauri go to console her.
Gauri tells her she's an elder and nobody can shout at her.
Sindoora says she doesn't like Aniket at all.
Bharat asks how she knows his name is Aniket.
Sindoora says she heard someone call his name.

Divya is standing at the door and listening.
She gets suspicious of Sindoora.


At night, Divya is asleep again.
She wakes up when she hears a sound.
She sees Sindoora.
Sindoora tells her she's unable to sleep.
She asks if there is a baby inside Divya that's making her tummy so fat.
Divya yells for Amar.

Sindoora sees a Teddy hear and gets distracted.
She goes to pick it up.


Amar enters the room and calls Sindoora's nurse.
The nurse comes to take Sindoora to her own room.

Divya tells Amar that Sindoora was trying to touch her belly.
Amar assures her that nothing would happen.


Next day, Gauri is brushing Sindoora's hair.
Sindoora throws the brush in anger and says it's killing her appetite.
Gauri goes to get her some fruits to eat.
She leaves the fruits with Sindoora exits the room.

Divya is walking past Sindoora's room.
She looks in and sees her eating with a fork.
She tells herself that Sindoora was only pretending in front of everyone that she's mentally challenged.


Amar returns from work.
Divya tells him of her suspicion.
She sees someone at the door and rushes to go and look.
She sees Sindoora and her nurse.


Bharat goes to the farmhouse.
He sees Aditi sitting by herself in the garden.
She apologises to him for not making his mother like her.
He asks if that's why she came to the farmhouse to get peace.
She looks at him with sad eyes.
He tells her that Karuna has left the house and he's so lonely.
She tells him he can't be lonely when he's with her.


He takes her back to the city.


They get to the house and Aditi is surprised to see Sindoora.
Sindoora tells Bharat that she was missing him.
She asks him who Aditi is.
He tells her that she's her friend.
Sindoora asks Aditi why she's looking at her like she doesn't like her.
She tells Bharat to get rid of her.
The nurse takes Sindoora away.

Aditi is in tears.
Bharat tells her not to worry as they will cure Sindoora together.
He explains that those times he's been sneaking out were to go and see Sindoora at the asylum.


Sindoora enters the kitchen and sees Divya with Uma.
She asks what Divya is making.
Divya serves her a bowl of pudding.
Sindoora dips her finger in and tastes it.
She complains that it's bitter.
Divya says there is no sugar in it yet.
Sindoora says she will get the sugar.
She goes to the wrong cupboard and complains there is no sugar.

Sindoora is in Divya and Amar's room.
She checks for files and opens one to see bank statements.


Divya and Gauri are spying on her.
She senses their presence and takes out one of the pages to make a paper plane.
Divya and Gauri leave.


Gauri tells Divya that she has a phone call.
Divya goes to answer the call.

Sindoora goes to pick the phone extension.

Amar and Aniket are watching her.
Sindoora senses their presence and pretends again.
She hangs up the phone after playing with it a little.


Amar, Divya, Aniket and Gauri discuss the situation and they are not sure if she's pretending or she's really insane.

A servant enters the room to complain that Sindoora has locked herself in the room and says she wants to make herself some tea.

Everyone rushes to the servant quarters.
Sindoora has indeed locked herself in.
She hits the bottle of gasoline and it spills on the floor.
She puts a pot on the stove and picks up a matchstick.
The men struggle to open the door.
Divya runs outside to the window and tries to get Sindoora to stop attempting to light the match.
