The Vow - Season 2 - Episode 58

Bharat places a tray with Sindoora's saree in the river.



He performs some ritual and prayers with a priest as his own way of bidding farewell to his mother.
Days later, Amar is getting ready to go to work.
He asks Divya if she can find his wallet.
She complains that he shouts at her for little things.



She finds it and shows it to him.
Bharat is getting ready to go to work.
Aditi helps him arrange his clothes and gives him his file.
Bharat gets ink stain on his hand.
Mahua and Chandra enter the room.
Mahua says she wants them to taste a snack she made.



She tells Aditi to feed Bharat since his hand is stained.
Aditi and Bharat become uncomfortable.
Aditi has no choice but to feeds Bharat.
Mahua asks why they keep acting so awkward around one another.


Chandra says they are just pretending when people are around them but they love each other.
Uma is in her room praying.
Aniket walks into the room and asks if she has taken her medicine.


Uma says she doesn't need to take it anymore as she's happy her sons have returned.
She tells him to organise a ceremony.
He says he already told the priest.
Aditi and Divya are in the kitchen.



Divya writes a note and puts it in Amar's lunchbox.
She says Aditi must be wondering what she's doing.
She says husbands tend to pretend to be very busy at work so she came up with the idea of putting sweet messages in the lunchbox so that he can read them at work.



She tells Aditi to do the same for Bharat.
Aditi says she doesn't know what to write.
Divya tells her to just write.
Divya closes her eyes and tells Aditi to write.
Aditi doesn't write anything, she just folds the empty paper and puts it in the lunchbox.
The driver takes the boxes away.



Divya tells Aditi that when the lunchbox is brought back, she will get a nice message.
Bharat and Amar are at work.
Amar informs Bharat that they have to be home early for a ceremony.
The driver informs them that their lunches have arrived


They get to the lunch room.
Amar opens his lunchbox and tells Bharat that he has a love letter from Divya.
Bharat opens his own lunch box and sees a note.
He opens it and it's blank.
Amar says so he got one too?
Bharat smiles.



The driver returns the lunch boxes to Divya and Aditi.
Divya reads the reply from Amar.
She tells Aditi to open hers too.
Aditi says it's not in Bharat's character to write anything.



Divya tells her to just check.
Aditi opens the lunch box and there is nothing.
Divya tells her to check properly.
Aditi opens the inner compartment and sees a pink rose.
She's surprised.
When Bharat returns, Aditi enters the room holding the rose.



She explains that Divya told her to send a note.
Bharat says he assumed that was the case.
Aditi says she doesn't know how to continue dealing with the pretense.
She says his family really wants them to be together and they have been betraying their feelings.



A servant comes to inform them that it's time for the ceremony.
Everybody is downstairs for the ceremony.
Aniket says he's grateful to God for giving him such a lovely daughter-in-law and he's become greedy and wants a grandchild.
Uma says she also wants great-grandchildren.
Uma says Bharat's son will be named Mohit.
Aniket says he likes it.



He asks Aditi if she likes it.
Aditi runs out of the room and Bharat follows her.
Aditi is crying in the room.
Bharat tells her he's sorry as he didn't know the ceremony was being organised just for them.
Aditi says her entire life has become a lie and she is lying to the people she loves that she's his wife.
Bharat says it's his own fault and not hers.
Aditi says it's her own fault and she wants to end all the lies for good.



Bharat tries to reason with her but she says she wants to own up to the family.
He says he will do it but not today.
Another day, Divya and Aditi are in the kitchen.
Divya says she wishes she could have been at Bharat and Aditi's wedding.
She asks when their wedding anniversary is coming up.



Aditi says the 25th.
Divya asks if it's the current month.
Aditi says yes.
Aditi goes to the room blaming herself for giving that date.
Bharat asks what's happening.



Aditi asks when he will tell everyone the truth.
He tells her to be patient as it won't be easy for the family to accept it because they are already fond of them as a couple.
Aditi says she will take the blame upon herself.
He asks if she thinks he will let her do that and if she thinks he will leave her alone.



He says it was his decision to lie so he would be the one to find a way out if it.
He gets downstairs and sees Divya, Aniket and Amar.
He tells them that he has to discuss something important.
Amar says he just remembers they have an important meeting in half an hour so they have to go.


Bharat has no choice but to follow.
Amar gives Divya a sign as he's leaving.
Aditi returns to the room sad that Bharat couldn't tell everyone the truth.
She thinks about Aniket and Uma asking for grandchildren.
Divya comes into the room.



She opens a magazine and says she likes sweet food and they have really sweet food at Benares.
She asks what Aditi thinks about wedding dresses.
She shows her some dresses in a magazine.
Aditi says she thinks a wedding dress should be red.
Divya agrees then she leaves the room.
Aditi wonders what Divya is up to.
At the office, Amar tells Bharat it will be too late by the time they finish working so he thinks they should just go now.



Bharat says they still have a lot of work to do.
Amar insists they leave.
Mahua asks Aditi if she's going out.
Aditi says no.
Chandra asks her the same question.
Aditi says she's staying home.
Bharat returns home and asks Aditi what's going on as everyone is acting strange.
Aditi says she also noticed.
Bharat says he has a feeling they are planning something.



Aditi begs him to tell them the truth before things get worse.
Bharat and Aditi enter the living room to meet the family.
Bharat tells the family that he wants to talk to them.
Aniket says he also has something to say and he's older so he will go first.
Divya feeds Bharat some sweet and Amar does the same to Aditi.



Amar says since their wedding anniversary is coming up, they have decided to marry them again.
The family members start hugging one another.
Aniket says Divya told them that their anniversary is the 25th so they decided to have it.



Divya says they will have a proper ceremony.
Aditi looks a little excited, then sad.
Divya asks Bharat what he wanted to say.
He shakes his head and says it's not important anymore.
Aditi looks at him with tears in her eyes.
Later on, Bharat apologises to Aditi.



He says he couldn't muster the courage when he saw how happy they were and doesn't want to take away their happiness.
Aditi says they will find out soon.
Bharat says he will tell Divya in private.
Aditi says they need to tell her soon.
Divya and Amar are in their room.
Divya is looking at a fashion magazine.
She asks Amar to help her choose what Bharat will wear for the ceremony.



He chooses an outfit.
Divya says she is very excited about the wedding.
Amar says Bharat used to be a chubby and kind boy and was his very good friend, he left home as a little boy.


He says he wants to fill Bharat and Aditi lives with so much joy and the idea to get them remarried is a brilliant one.
