The Vow - Season 2 - Episode 59

Divya is on the phone with a clothes designer.
She sees Bharat as he's leaving for work and she asks what color of wedding outfit he wants.
He reluctantly tells her Maroon.



He tries to leave again and Amar stops him to tell him the land he chose is now available so he is going to pay for it.



Aniket asks when Amar will go and pay for the land.
Anar says he will go in the morning.
He asks Aditi and Bharat what else they will need.
They are both quiet.



Divya takes Aditi into the room and gives her a wedding dress.
She tells her that it was her old wedding dress and she sees Aditi like a sister she can give the special dress to, and wants her to wear it on the day she marries the love of her life.
Aditi breaks down in tears.



Divya hugs her and tells her to stop crying.
At night, Aditi wakes up from her sleep.
She sees Bharat sleeping on the sofa.
She sneaks out of the room and goes to the gate.
As she is about to open the gate, she remembers Karan her husband and his violent ways.



She hesitates, then she opens the gates and walks outside.
She sees the shadow of a man approaching.
She runs back to the gate and the man follows her.
She is trapped as the gate is locked.
She sees the man is Karan her husband.



He pulls her hand forcefully and orders her to come with him.
She screams and wakes up from her nightmare.
Bharat rushes to the bed to ask what's wrong.
Aditi tells him that Karan found her.
Bharat assures her that she was just having a nightmare.



He gives her water to drink then calms her down by caressing her head gently till she falls asleep.
He thinks of the times they've gotten close.
He rubs her hands then he goes back to sit on the sofa.



He thinks of the time the family made him apply vermillion to her forehead and how she put him to sleep the day he shot his mother
Next morning, Amar is getting ready to leave.
Divya says she is looking for a scarf.



She finds it in her cupboard and gives it to him.
He tells her to spend some time with him before his trip.
She says she has to pack his breakfast too.
He says he just wants to spend time with her.
She packs the breakfast and puts it in his bag.
She asks if Aniket said anything to him or gave him anything.



Amar says he didn't.
Divya says she has to go and ask Aniket.
Amar gets upset and picks up his suitcase.
Divya asks where he's going.
Amar says she doesn't have time for him so he's leaving.
Divya apologises to him.
As Amar gets downstairs, he says goodbye to all the family members.




Bharat tells himself that he will tell Divya the truth before Amar gets back.
Divya takes the prayer tray to the room and she is surprised to see Amar has left.
She runs downstairs but he rushes off when he hears her coming.
She runs outside and sees a car driving out of the compound.




She starts crying.
She turns around and she is surprised to see Amar standing in a corner and watching her.
She runs to hug him andasks why he did that.
He says she didn't have time for him that was why.



She says she is going to miss him so much.
He hugs her then quickly says his prayers and drives off.
Divya brings Aditi to a jewelry store.
Aditi looks around nervously.
Divya asks why she's hesitant.
Aditi says she just gets scared in a crowd.
As they are looking at jewelry designs, Karan enters the shop to sell a set of jewelry he had bought for Aditi in the past.



The jeweler buys it back from him at a reduced rate.
Karan leaves without seeing Aditi.
When Divya and Aditi go to pay for their purchase, Aditi sees the set Karan sold and recognises it as what he had given her in the past.




Divya sees her looking at the jewelry and asks if she likes it.
The jeweler says a man just sold it.
Aditi panics and tells Divya that they have to leave.
Divya pays and meets Aditi already outside.
Aditi says she's not feeling well and they have to leave.



They get into the car and Divya holds Aditi who appears to be really sick.
Karan sees Aditi in the car and he calls a taxi to follow the car.
Divya calls Amar to ask where he is.



He says he's still on his way and will let her know when he arrives at his destination.
A bus is traveling with some passengers.
A man is playing his guitar and entertaining the other passengers with music.
One of the other passengers asks the man playing where he's going.




He says he's going back home for the first time in 12 years as he's been away in London and he wants to go back to marry his girl, Gauri, who is his childhood friend that he promised to marry.
He thinks about the last time he saw her and she told him to get her red and green bangles.
He is taking the bangles to her.



He tells the bus driver to stop as he has reached his village.
The bus conductor tells him that the bus cannot stop there till it gets to the next bus stop.
The man tells them to slow down and allow him get off.
The bus conductor tells him that it is dangerous but the man insists.
As the man gets out of the moving bus, Amar knocks him down with his car.



The bus stops and the passengers all rush out.
Amar tells them to help him carry the man into his car so he can take him to the hospital.
One the passengers tells Amar that the man is already dead.
Divya is very worried at home as she hasn't heard from Amar and she is unable to reach him on the phone.



Aditi tries to get her to calm down.
Divya says it's unlike Amar not to tell her he has reached his destination.
Amar is at the police station.
The passengers tell the inspector that it wasn't Amar's fault but the boy's fault because he refused to heed the warning he was given and he jumped off a moving bus.



The inspector sends one of his men to go and inform the boy's family of the accident.
Amar says he will do it.
Bharat accidentally drops the cup of vermillion on the floor.
Aditi walks in and he apologises.
She tells him the vermillion is worthless anyway so no need for him to apologise.
As she starts cleaning it up, he looks at her land gets emotional as he remembers when she was applying vermillion to her forehead.



She stares back at him.
He has tears in his eyes.
He asks himself why her words hurt him when she actually told the truth.
Amar arrives the boy's village.
He asks for directions to the village headman's house.



He is given directions and told that the son of the village headman is coming home and his bride is also waiting for him.
Amar knocks on the door of the house.
A girl rushes in excitement to answer the door.
