The Vow - Season 2 - Episode 57

Divya tells Sindoora that she warned her about the end but Sindoora never listened to her.

She says she was a stranger but Sagar was Sindoora's brother yet she caused his accident.
Amar says Sindoora deceived and lied to everyone about Vidya.

He asks who will pay for the pain she caused Vidya.
Divya says Sindoora tried to kill her own brother countless times.
She calls her a cold-blooded criminal.

Amar says they gave her so much love and respect but she didn't think twice about shooting them and ever since he reappeared, she's been trying to kill him and even tried to bury him alive.

He says he won't tolerate the pain she's caused him anymore.
Sindoora runs away from them and they run after her.
She hides behind a tree.

She feels a gun pointed at her head and she turns to see Amar is the one holding the gun.
Amar says she has to die.
He corks the gun.
Sindoora gasps.

Divya sees them and begs Amar not to do it.
Amar says he won't let her go.
Divya begs him not to do the same thing she did to them because it would mean they are no better than her.
Sindoora says Divya is right

She asks Amar why he wants to be like her.
She says she knows he and Divya have good hearts and they can forgive her.
She begs for their forgiveness.
Sid gets on her knees pleading for Amar to forgive and let her go.

Divya tells Amar to let her go.
Amar drops his arm and shoots the ground.
He throws the gun down and tells Sindoora to go away.

As soon as he and Divya turn their backs, Sindoora picks the gun and points it at them.
She tells Amar that he made a foolish mistake and it's not that easy to kill her as the victory is hers.

A shot is fired at Sindoora and she is bleeding from her shoulder.
She turns to see it was Bharat who shot her.
She tells him that he shot his mother.
Bharat says he had no choice as she was about to commit murder and that's the only thing she knows how to do; she even shot his aunt and uncle.

He says he has been praying for God to change his mother so he can come back home but it didn't happen.
Sindoora tells him that she has always loved him.
He says she has refused to change; she ruined the entire family and he has realised she would never change.

He says he has fine the right thing.
Sindoora moves backwards in disbelief.
She falls into the river.
She stares at Amar and remembers all he told her when she killed Sagar.

She remembers Aniket's words that she will die soon and the people will put up her photograph.
She goes under the water.
At night, search parties are still looking for Sindoora's body in the river but they can't find her.

Bharat is feeling sad about having shot his mother.
He goes to the police and tells them to arrest him as he was the one who shot Sindoora.
The officer says she was a fugitive and even the police have orders to shoot her, besides Bharat shot her to save Amar and Divya, so they won't arrest him.

An officer brings Sindoora's saree and ear rings and gives them to Bharat, saying they found them in the river.
He remembers her final words to him that she has always loved him.

The other family members are worried at home.
The phone rings and Aditi answers it.
The phone drops from her hand.
Chandra and Mahua ask her what's wrong.
Aditi tells them that Bharat called to tell her that Sindoora is dead.

Mahua falls down crying.
Aditi says Divya is on her way back but Amar and Bharat will only return after handling all the police formalities.
Amar and Bharat return home.
Amar says he's sorry that they couldn't save Sindoora.

Chandra tells him not to be sorry as it was bound to happen.
Aniket hugs Bharat and tells him that he knew he would make the right decision.
Bharat asks if he really thinks he made the right decision.

Bharat is the room, haunted by what he had to do to his mother.
Divya comes to him and asks if he thinks they don't know what he's going through.
She tells him it's not his fault as he saved their lives and shouldn't feel guilty.

She tells him to vent out what's in his heart and not bottle it up.
Bharat listens quietly.
Divya says they all know Sindoora was his mother and he would always feel bad but he can share his feelings with them.

She tries to touch him but he pulls away.
Aniket tells him that they are all there for him.
Bharat walks out of the room.
Divya tells Aditi to go and talk to Bharat as he needs her now more than ever.
Divya meets Amar standing in the doorway to Sindoora's room.

Amar says Sindoora ruled the house for long and now she won't be seen again.
Divya says she finds it hard to believe as she can still imagine Sindoora walking around the house.
She says the fear of her won't go away even if she is not coming back.

Amar says he thought he would be at peace but he just feels empty inside.
He says they shouldn't have done what they did if only Sindoora had changed.
Aditi meets Bharat in the room looking at his mother's photograph.

She asks how he's feeling.
He says he's not sad as Sindoora had to die and the day finally arrived.
He breaks down crying.
He says he can't believe he killed his mother with his hands but he did what he had to for the family.

Aniket asks Aditi if Bharat has eaten anything.
She says she tried to get him to eat but he refused.
Aniket tells her that Bharat needs her support now more than food.
Aditi thinks about the fact that everyone seems to trust her but she's lying to them.
She calls Aniket 'Father.'

He tells her that he likes it when she calls him father because he always wanted a daughter now he has found one.
He asks what she wants to say.
She says it's nothing.
Bharat remembers how Sindoora wanted to kill Divya and Amar and he had to shoot her.

Aditi enters the room and he tells her to go to sleep.
She asks about him.
He says he won't be able to sleep.
She makes him lie down and she tells him to close his eyes.
She softly caresses his hair and he closes his eyes.

She continues playing with his hair till he falls asleep.
Divya tells Amar that she's worried about Bharat as she feels he's unable to get over the shock.
Amar says Bharat is very emotional but strong and will get over the shock.

Divya says what if he unable to get over it?
Amar says they will have to support him
The next day, a prayer ceremony is being held for Sindoora and the family members are in mourning clothes.

Divya asks Aditi if she knows where Bharat is
Aditi says he's not been around.
Bharat is sitting by the river, at the spot where Sindoora fell.
Aniket comes downstairs and asks what's going on.
Amar tells him that it's a funeral for Sindoora.
Aniket looks at her photograph and asks it Sindoora remembers when he said people will look at her photograph at her funeral soon.

He says there won't be a funeral for her because he doesn't want her soul to rest in peace.
The family members tell him that Sindoora was a family member.

He reminds them that Sindoora killed her own family and didn't spare anyone.
He says as the elder, he's declaring that Sindoora will not have a funeral and all traces of her will be taken out of the house.

He pours water over the fire and says Sindoora will not rest in peace.
