'Tinsel' Season 10 Episode 2077 Recap - Aired: Monday 10 July 2017

Shoshanna is at a table all by herself at Ziggy's.
Ene comes in and sits with her.
She says she heard what happened to Sho with the police.
Sho says it wasn't her fault.
Ene asks if it's that guy she caught her with.
Sho says she wasn't aware of what was going on.
Ene tells her to relax as she understands.

Dikibo tells Amaka that people who are married share a last name.
She says she is used to being Amaka Ade-Williams.
He says she used to be Okoh so she will get used to Horsfall too.
Amaka doesn't look like she buys it.
He says he also wants to adopt Tochi as they don't want to confuse him with the different names.
Amak says they can also explain to him when he grows up.
He asks what happens when the school wants him to sign something again and he's unable to.
She says she will always be there to sign.
He tells her to take her time to think about the answer.
She says she just gave her answer.

Sho tells Ene the entire story and complains that she doesn't know where she can get another makeup kit.
Ene tells her to leverage on her talent as a makeup artist till she can afford another kit.

Brenda is having a meeting with her staff.
She tells them that Alexis and the other actors should start rehearsals soon.

Sheila, Joanne and la!de return to Sheila's place.
Sheila is quiet.
Joanne tells her not to let Amaka's petty little dig get to her.
Sheila says Amaka was being shameless.
la!de asks if she thinks Amaka still has a thing for Nero.
Joanne suggests they talk it over as Sheila won't be the first person to be involved with her friend's ex and Amaka won't be the first married woman to have eyes for another man.

Mimi gives IK an update on things.
He tells her to set up a meeting with him and Serena so they can find out what the issue is.

Ene is with Obiora at the bar.
Obiora is cleaning the counter.
Ene asks why he's doing it since he's a manager.
He says he doesn't mind doing it.

Ene says she's thinking of giving Sho a job in her catering business but doesn't know if she can it.
Ene says she doesn't know since Sho dropped out of school.
Obiora says she can do it; she dropped out just to follow her dreams, she's smart, beautiful and articulate and will help Ene's business.
Ene says she hopes it's not because he likes her.
He says he's giving his honest opinion.

Dikibo and Dr. Gyang are in a restaurant.
Dr. Gyang is telling a story but Dikibo is not listening.
Gyang asks what's on his mind.
Dikibo tells him about Amaka's refusal to take his last name and let him adopt Tochi.
Dr. Gyang suggests speaking to Amaka about it.
Dikibo says Gyang speaking to her will only aggravate the issue so he will handle it his own way.

Zane brings Serena and Alexis to their new home.
Serena thanks him for making sure Alexis now has a stable home.
Alexis hugs him and thanks him.

Mimi comes to see Brenda at her office.
Brenda says she wants to address something before they go into the business of the day.
Mimi asks what.
Brenda says their last conversation was rather intense; she's didn't like Mimi's tone and doesn't want her to ever speak like that to her again.
Mimi tries to speak but Brenda cuts her off.
Brenda says she should know that Brenda Mensah will not abide that sort of rudeness from anyone and the next time Mimi speaks to her like that will be the last time she works in the industry.
She asks if they understand each other.
Mimi says yes.
Brenda says now that is sorted they can get back to business.
Mimi clears her throat and says yes.
She says IK has decided to handle things with Alexis himself.
Brenda s surprised.

Nero calls Amaka to tell her his meeting went well.
He thanks her.
She says he's welcome.
He tells her that her advice worked really well.
Amaka says she's glad but she has to go.
He says he can sense in her voice that something is wrong.
She says she would rather not go into it over the phone.
He says he was thinking they could meet up as he has some things to still run by her and maybe she could also talk.
She says sure.

Salewa sees her supervisor sitting outside the office.
She sits next to him and he asks who told her to sit.
She says she's sorry.

She gives him a list of her topics.
He throws the paper back at her and says they are all rejected.

Serena and IK are in a restaurant.
He tells her that his aim is to make the project a win-win for all parties involved.
Serena says she rushed into the contact.
IK says Alexis has a good contract, judging by industry standards.
Serena says she wants to get out of it.
IK asks why.
Serena says she doesn't want to get into the reason.
IK says it's impossible to get out of but if Serena has any issues going forward, she should come to him.
He offers his hand and she takes it.

Amaka is about to leave the office.
Sheila walks in.
Sheila tells Amaka that she didn't appreciate how she brought up Nero's name.
Amaka says it wasn't about Nero but about Sheila's colourful love life.
Sheila tells her she was throwing shade.
Amaka says she was just having a conversation with the ladies and the topic happened to be men and she mentioned Sheila's many men.
She says if Sheila has nothing else to say, she will be leaving.
She walks out, leaving Sheila in the office.
