Gwen couldn’t stop thinking about what happened between her and Knox yesterday. She was angry at him and still missing him at the same time. It was confusing. She hit her temple lightly on the desk in frustration.
“What’s wrong, Gwen?”Iris asked, noticing her.
“Forget about it. I really miss Knox,”Gwen mumbled, covering her face with her hands. “I can’t believe I’m saying this.”
Just then, Knox walked into the class. Their eyes locked for a brief second.
But Gwen looked away quickly, pretending to be busy with her books.
Jinx saw her chance. She walked towards Knox with a flirtatious smile. “Knox, do you have time for me? Maybe you would like to go out or have some fun together?”
Jinx was waiting for a reply, but his eyes were fixed on Gwen across the room. He wasn’t even listening to her.
Feeling ignored and angry, Jinx grabbed his face and kissed him.
Gwen saw this from the corner of her eye. Her eyes widened in shock and hurt. She grabbed her bag and left the class angrily, slamming the chair as she went.
Knox instantly pushed Jinx away hard. Her ass hit the floor with a loud thud.
”Gwen!!” Knox shouted and ran after her without even looking back at Jinx.

“Gwen, wait up!”Knox called out, catching up to her in the empty hallway.
Gwen turned to face him with her arms folded tightly across her chest, her eyes filled with anger.
“What?!” she snapped.
“Gwen, stop behaving childish. She kissed me first. I didn’t kiss her,” Knox whispered softly, trying to reach for her hand.
“You didn’t push her away! You just stood there! You kis_sed her back!” Gwen half-yelled, her voice cracking.
“I didn’t… wait, are you jealous?” Knox asked, a small smile starting to form as he realized what was happening.
Gwen scoffed loudly, trying to hide her true feelings. “Me? Jealous? Please. Remember our relationship was just a contract. I have nothing to do with you anymore. Go be with Jinx!”
With that, Gwen turned and left, walking away quickly so he wouldn’t see the tears in her eyes.
Knox stood there alone in the hallway and sighed deeply, running his hand through his hair.
{ Girls lounge }
The moment Seraphina stepped out of her car, everyone’s phone buzzed at the same time. A photo had been sent to the entire school blog, a photo of dildo seraphina had in her room with Shane’s name written on it.
Everyone stared at her and started laughing and whispering.
“What the fuck!” Seraphina yelled, her face turning red. She ran as fast as she could toward her lounge with Jinx and Freya following behind her.
She finally reached her lounge. Her room, which was beautifully decorated in pink, was now messed up with red paint splashed everywhere.
And that dildo she had was just lying there on her bed for everyone passing by to see. Girls passing by stopped and laughed.
Seraphina balled her fists so tight her nails dug into her palms.
“WHO THE HELL DID THIS!” she screamed.
Freya walked towards a paper taped to the wall and read it out loud.
“It’s from Shane. It’s written on this paper that if you mess with Isabel again then…”
“Then WHAT?!!” Seraphina shouted.
“Then the red paint will be your blood next time,” Freya finished.
Seraphina’s whole body was shaking with rage. ”All this is because of Isabel Hart! I’ll make sure she pays for this! Ughhh!!!”
{ Dominion Life Church }
“I really wish Shane was my boyfriend,”Iris whispered playfully during the service. ”He’s so hot and romantic. He saved you from that bitch yesterday.”
“Shut up ,we are in church, Iris. And Shane—”
“Relax, you can have Shane all to yourself. I know how much you love that guy,”Iris mouthed with a teasing smile.
“I think Ice likes you, the way he stares at you and all that…” Isabel whispered.
“Isabel, can you hear yourself?”Iris cut her off, frowning. “I thought you said he was a jerk, a dickhead who plays with girls feelings.”
“Maybe I was wrong,” Isabel whispered, looking down. “Just like I was wrong about Shane. I’m going to the orphanage after service what about you.”
“I’m not going anywhere but I still think ice a playboy,” Iris whispered and caught a glimpse of him far behind her ,he winked at her and suddenly her cheeks turned red.
Isabel chuckled.
“I must be loosing my mind.”
{ Night / Bar }
Gwen got into the bar dressed sexily. She couldn’t stop thinking about Knox and tried to get rid of the thoughts by going to the bar alone. Then her eyes spotted Knox’s gang sitting at a corner table.
She walked towards them. She suspected something about Knox and thought only they could tell her the truth.
”Hey, guys,” Gwen called out, forcing a smile.
“Gwen… oh my gawd, you look hot tonight,” One of them, Troy, said.
“Thanks. Anyways, I think Knox likes me a lot, since freshman year, but he doesn’t want to tell me. I think he’s so shy and nervous. I saw this photo in his drawer and…” Gwen said, trying to trick them into talking.
“Knox had a crush on you even before college,” One of them blurted out without thinking.
”Wait, what!!” Gwen’s eyes widened.
Another guy hit him hard on the head. “Knox will kill you! Can’t you keep your mouth shut for once?”
They all froze. Knox was standing right behind them, his hands tucked into his pockets, his face cold.
They all left in a hurry, scared. Now only Gwen and Knox were left standing there, just staring at each other.

“Knox, now are you gonna explain or not?” Gwen asked, folding her arms.
“Don’t you remember me at all?” Knox asked softly.
”Knox, I only met you in college. What did Troy mean when he said you liked me even before college?” Gwen asked, confused.
Knox sighed deeply before talking.
“He was right. I was an orphanage kid. I was being bullied every time and anywhere I went to. But then a girl stood up for me and chased them away. Then she gave me a hug.”

“Get out of here, you meanies!” Gwen shouted at the bullies.
They all ran away. Gwen crouched down and hugged Knox who was crying on the ground.
“Don’t worry, they are gone now,” she said sweetly.

“Wait… you were that little boy?” Gwen asked, shocked.
”Yeah,” Knox nodded. “Since then, I wanted to see you again. So I snuck out of the orphanage so I could see you again.I was arrested almost twenty times while trying to survive on the streets, but I stopped all that anyway. And I got into Havoc Elite College when I found out you were also coming here. I just wanted to see you again.”
Gwen’s face lit up with emotion.
“I didn’t know how to ask you out, so I used that opportunity on that day Jinx humiliated you to ask you to date me. I was quite happy that you liked me too,” Knox confessed.
“So you were just shy to ask me out?” Gwen asked, smiling.
“Yeah,” Knox said, looking down, embarrassed.
“So does that mean you love me?” Gwen asked eagerly, stepping closer.
“Yes, Gwen, I really do. And I am really sorry for breaking your heart…” Knox started, but Gwen cut him off by kissing him softly on the lips.
“I forgive you. And I also love you too,” Gwen whispered.
Knox kissed her back, and this time the kiss deepened. They instantly forgot everything around them. Suddenly, rain started falling, but they continued kissing, not caring.
They were completely soaked.
Knox broke the kiss, breathing heavily. “Let’s go into the car before we get sick.”
Knox held her hand tightly, and they both ran to his car together,laughing.
{ Ashford Mansion }
Joan eyes fluttered open ,she was on the bed , Yesterday she felt awkward after Shane told her that she came from a dirty place ,Dante told her everything was fine that Shane just says that because he doesn’t like her but she feels like it’s a lie.
She swung her legs off the bed and left ,she reached the grandstairs ,her head was still spinning.
Some of the maids rushed towards her.
“My lady!”
“I’m fine ,where’s Dante ?”Joan asked.
“The don is inside his study with the family doctor.”The maid said ,Joan left the maid and went towards the study ,she wanted to open the door but she listened to their conversation.
“No ,we should keep this a secret ,she must not find out ,she will hate me for the rest of her life ,I want her not to know what happened to her in the past.”
“Don I am really sorry about saying this ,I have been your family doctor for years ,You love Mrs joan, don’t you, but instead you choose to be cold to her when you love her so much.”
“She deserves it ,After everything I did for her ,she still had the guts to…”
“Dante.”
Both the doctor and Dante stared at Joan ,their eyes widened.
“What are you hiding from me, Dante.”
