Isabel felt uncomfortable. Her eyes fluttered open sharply. Her face was flushed red as she stared at the other side of the bed, but Shane wasn’t there.
She gasped when she felt a soft kiss on her thigh. A smile curled on her lips when Shane emerged from under the duvet, his hair messy.
“Shane, don’t you think it’s too early to be teasing me?” Isabel whispered, her voice sleepy.
“Nah, I don’t think so,”Shane teased, grinning at her.
Isabel’s phone suddenly rang from the nightstand. She grabbed it quickly and picked up.
“Isabel, where are you? Someone is putting up fake posters of you on the walls and on the school blog!” Iris said urgently over the phone. Isabel’s eyes widened in shock.
“What’s wrong?” Shane asked, noticing her expression change.
“We have to go to school. Right now,”Isabel whispered.
{ Elite Havoc College }
All eyes had been on Isabel since she stepped out of Shane’s car. Her eyes widened in horror when she saw a huge poster of herself and a guy making out pasted on the main notice board.
“Thi-this isn’t me… what is all this?”Isabel whispered, sobbing quietly.
Everyone stared at her like she was something disgusting and irritating. On the poster, in bold red letters, was written THE SLUTTY NUN
Iris and Gwen saw Isabel from across the hall and rushed toward her.
“Relax, Isabel, we just have to find out who did this,” Gwen whispered, holding her hand tightly.
“How can I calm down? Since I stepped into Elite Havoc, everything has been going wrong for me,” Isabel sniffed, tears rolling down her cheeks.
At that moment, everyone’s phone buzzed at once. A video related to the poster had been uploaded to the school blog. A few minutes later, the whole hallway was filled with murmurs, all insulting Isabel.
“All of you shut up! She didn’t do anything like this!” Iris yelled at the crowd.
“Oh right, I’m sure you two are no different,”A girl from the crowd scoffed.
“Oh, I’m going to rip out that tongue of yours!” Iris yelled angrily, but Gwen held her back.
“I didn’t do anything, this isn’t me!” Isabel cried, her face was pale.
The sound of heels clinking on the polished floor was heard. The crowd parted, and Seraphina walked toward them, with Freya and Jinx behind her like always, like her shadows.
“Poor thing… actually, don’t take what I said to heart—” Seraphina paused, then smirked cruelly. “Oh my God, Isabel, I thought you were a nun, so why this? You’re so disgusting.”
“She’s nothing like you seraphina.”Iris spat.
“I… I didn’t do anything,”Isabel half-yelled, tears threatening to fall.
“Seraphina, I know this is your doing. It’s your plan. It’s not going to work,”Gwen blurted out angrily.
“Seraphina, if you do this, my life is ruined. My dreams, my hopes, everything is ruined, Isabel sobbed, looking directly at her.
“Does it look like I care?”Seraphina grinned widely and flipped her hair. “Do one thing, Isabel. Leave Shane’s life, leave this college, or else forget about even being a nun, because I will make sure you get a place in hell.”
“Isabel, aren’t you ashamed of yourself, huh? Look at you, a nun, so desperate to get your clut pull.”Freya added, laughing.
Everyone laughed and started recording the scene on their phones.
Isabel gulped. She felt like the ground should swallow her whole.
“Whore! Whore!”Everyone chorused ,obviously seraphina was enjoying this.
“That’s it Isabel ,leave this college ,leave Shane.”
Isabel completely broke down in tears.
Noah rushed in through the crowd. “Seraphina, stop this bullshit right now!”
“What? She’s the whore here. She made out with my Shane and now she’s trying to flirt with him after messing around with another guy,”Seraphina said, acting innocent.
“Enough!!!”
A loud, deep voice echoed through the hallway. The crowd parted again. It was Shane and the guys. Shane walked straight to Isabel and held her hand firmly.
“Little sin,”Shane called softly, his voice gentle. Isabel’s eyes were red and swollen. “I promise I will make things right.”
Noah, standing on the side, balled his fists tightly.
Everyone began to murmur again.
“Shane, let her go! She isn’t right for you. She has been hooking up with guys before you, Shane. She’s not even a virgin. She’s just some pathetic, dirty slut that’s after your money,”Seraphina yelled, trying to convince him.
“All this actually makes sense,”Shane whispered, looking at her. Seraphina smirked, thinking he believed her. “In your head, I mean.”
Seraphina’s smirk vanished.
“Seraphina, tell the whole school what you did, or else I will tell them myself with proof,” Shane said flatly, his eyes cold.
Seraphina almost stumbled backward. “Pr… proof?”
She let out a nervous laugh. “Shane, why do you always stand up for this bitch, huh? She’s no good for you, can’t you see it?”
”Fine, you don’t wanna talk, do you?”Shane said. He snapped his fingers. Ice and Xander were holding Natasha , the girl Seraphina had paid.
Everyone gasped. Seraphina narrowed her eyes in anger.
“I was the one who made that video and put these posters all over the school, but Seraphina paid me to do it,” Natasha said, her eyes glued to the floor in shame.
Seraphina’s jaw clenched.
Isabel couldn’t believe what she was hearing.
”I’m so sorry, Isabel. I needed the money for my tuition fee, so I did this. I’m truly sorry,”Natasha pleaded, crying.
“Your plan sucks, Seraphina. You’re trying to make Shane believe Isabel actually hooked up with a guy? Really?” Xander laughed mockingly.
The whole hallway was filled with loud murmurs.
Seraphina balled her fists tightly. “Shane, I didn’t—”
“You talk too much. Not interested,” Shane cut her off. Then he stared at Isabel’s teary eyes and gently wiped her tears with his finger. “Don’t worry. Everything is alright now. Don’t worry.”
He scooped Isabel into his arms in a bridal style and walked away, leaving the crowd in stunned silence.
“Isabel, I swear I will make you leave this school and Shane’s life, no matter what.”Seraphina thought to herself, glaring daggers at Natasha.

Jinx and Freya pushed Natasha into the dusty, old store room.
Seraphina walked toward Natasha slowly, crouched down, and grabbed her chin hard, her long nails digging into her face.
“This is your punishment for telling Shane everything,” Seraphina yelled and gave her a hard slap, her nails cutting through Natasha’s cheeks. Natasha cried bitterly, holding her face.
Seraphina stood up and walked away. Freya and Jinx locked the door shut.
Freya handed Seraphina a napkin. She cleaned her hands and threw it into the trash can.
“I thought our plan would have lasted for like two days to torture her, to make Shane leave her and make her leave this college, but no. It’s not even first period yet and Shane figured out it was your plan, then Xander spouted nonsense,”Freya muttered angrily.
“Yeah, we gotta do something about Isabel. She’s becoming a real problem,” Jinx added.
”Just because this happened doesn’t mean I don’t have other plans. Instead of trying to humiliate her, instead of trying to get thugs to attack her and kill her, why don’t I kill her myself?” Seraphina whispered, her voice filled with pure venom.
”Wait, what?”Freya said, shocked.
“Will you really do that?”Jinx asked, her eyes wide.
“Dealing with people who messed with me, I usually paid people to do it or they did it themselves. But Isabel is worth dying by my own hands. I want to show the whole world that no one takes what’s mine and gets away with it,” Seraphina said, her eyes dark.
“What if Shane happens to save her again?” Freya asked.
”Then Shane will have to endure some pain then I can kill that bitch,” Seraphina said coldly.
{ Shane private lounge }
Shane got into the lounge and gently placed Isabel down. Then he stared into her eyes they were swollen and red from crying. Shane wanted to grab a napkin to clean her tears, but Isabel stopped him.
Then, without hestitation, she leaned in and kissed him on the lips. Shane’s eyes widened in surprise. She stayed there for a moment, her lips soft against his, and then slowly pulled away.
“Thank you, Shane,” Isabel whispered, fidgeting with her fingers nervously.
“Don’t worry, baby. I dealt with it. I’ll always protect you from this school and from this world,” Shane whispered, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. Isabel smiled, but then her smile faded.
“What is it?”he asked, noticing the change.
“Seraphina won’t stop doing all this,” Isabel whispered, looking down. ”Am I getting in between you and her?”
Shane’s expression changed instantly. His jaw tightened.
“I’m sorry for saying this, but since I was little, my dream school was Havoc Elite College. Now my dream has come true. I have hope to be someone one day and travel through the world while being an artist. But ever since I came here, it hasn’t really been the best for me,” she said, her voice barely a whisper.
“Look at me, little sin,” Shane said softly. Isabel slowly raised her eyes to meet his. “I don’t care what anyone says about you and me. My dad and that so called step mom might not approve of me being with you, but I don’t fucking care. I would rather die than be with Seraphina. I want you. I don’t care if the world doesn’t want us to be together, but…”
His voice turned serious, deep and sincere.
”I’ll do anything to be with you, little sin,” Shane said, holding her face in his hands. Isabel’s lips curled up into a small.
“So do I get a kiss.” Shane whispered, his teasing smirk returning. “I’ll die without tasting my little sin’s lips again.”
Isabel chuckled through her tears. “Stop teasing me.”
“I can’t resist you,”Shane whispered and leaned in for another kiss, but Isabel playfully placed her hand over his mouth, stopping him.
“You will have to resist it today,”Isabel whispered, her eyes sparkling. ”No more kisses. You’ve had enough for today.”
Shane frowned dramatically, pretending to be hurt. “That’s not fair.”
Isabel chuckled lightly at his expression. She leaned forward and gave him a soft, sweet kiss on the cheek instead.
“You’ll have to earn the rest later,”she said
“Really ?”
“See you later,” Isabel whispered softly and left the lounge.
Shane smiled as he watched her go, but the moment the door closed, his expression hardened. His soft smile vanished, replaced by cold anger.
“Hey, bro,” Xander said from the other side.
“I wanna send a message to Seraphina. I might need some help,”he said, smirking darkly.
