Isabel froze. Noah’s face was filled with bruises.

Gwen and Iris exchanged glances.

Shane didn’t move. He stood there calmly, but he wasn’t happy that Noah was still touching what was his. His cat-like eyes said it all.

“Isabel, please forgive me, I—”

A slap landed on his cheek, cutting him off.

“How dare you! Last night you tried to rape me and now you want me to forgive you, huh?” Isabel screamed.

Everyone stood watching, gathering and murmuring.

Gwen walked forward. “Wait, what? You tried to rape Isabel?”

Iris grabbed Isabel’s arm. “Why didn’t you tell us?”

Noah knelt, holding Isabel’s leg and hitting his forehead on the ground.

“I am sorry, so, so sorry,” Noah said, tears in his eyes and his forehead bleeding.

“Seraphina made me do this. It wasn’t my intention. I needed some money because my parents just went bankrupt. Please, Isabel, I didn’t mean any of it,” Noah said. Everyone gasped.

Isabel helped him up.

“Hey Isabel, leave him alone! He tried to rape you and you’re helping him?” Gwen said, her voice laced with disbelief.

”We need to forgive people. If God can forgive us, who am I not to forgive him?” Isabel whispered and stared at Noah.

“Noah, I forgive you because it wasn’t your intention, but I won’t talk to you because what you did was unbelievable. I actually thought you were a good boy, but you did that for money,”Isabel said and Noah gave a weak smile.

“I know you hate me. I am sorry for what I did. At least I’m glad you forgave me,”Noah said and hugged Isabel without hesitation. Her eyes widened.

Shane didn’t like that at all.

Isabel broke the hug. “It’s okay.”

That’s when Seraphina walked towards them.

“How dare you, Noah!” Seraphina yelled. Noah gulped.

Isabel sent a shocking slap to her face, making the whole crowd gasp.

Seraphina stumbled back, but Jinx and Freya caught her instantly.

She was slapped so hard, her cheeks turned bright red.

“How dare you, bitch!” Seraphina yelled and tried to slap back, but Shane caught her hand. Isabel opened her eyes and saw Shane standing in front of her.

”Ugh, Shane, you are hurting me!” Seraphina shouted, in pain and in tears.

“I dare you to hit her,” Shane said coldly. His voice could cut through steel. The way he said it, everyone knew he was not kidding or joking about Isabel.

Shane pushed her to the ground.

Seraphina stared at Isabel with gritted teeth.

Shane stared at Noah, then at Isabel.

“Follow me,” Shane said and left. Isabel sighed and wanted to follow him but noah grabbed her hand.

“I know I did a really bad thing but Shane is no better ,Shane is a monster ,he fucks girls and trash them away just like my sister ,because of him ,now my sister has amnesia because she tried to kill herself ,I want to protect you Isabel ,Shane is a demon. A mon_”

Shane gave him a punch immediately.

“Stay the fû*k away from her ,freak.”Shane barked.

He stared at Isabel ,her face went pale after hearing that ,then he pulled her away.

“Arghh, I’ll get you, Isabel!”

{On the road }

The silence between them was awfully awkward. They didn’t say a thing to each other after what Noah said. Then he stopped the car in a harsh way.

Isabel stared at Shane. “Do you regret being with me after what Noah said?”

“Why, Shane? Is it true? She tried to kill herself because of you?”Isabel whispered.

“Yes, she did. Now do you regret being my little sin? Do you think I will trash you?”Shane asked.

“Shane, I’m just a nun with no class or nothing. How am I sure you won’t trash me?” Isabel whispered.

“I’ll never let you go, Isabel. You’re mine and you are stuck with me. All the rumors you heard about me, none of them is true. When I was new in college, I never talked to anyone except Knox, then he introduced me to Zander and Ice. I was an introvert, but girls were crazy about having me on their beds. About his sister, yes, I had sex with her, but I never loved anyone because I never knew anything about love—”He paused.

“When I was four, my mom left me. Then my dad never gave me love, just bruises on my back whenever I misbehaved. I never experienced anything called love. Isabel, there’s a lot of bad stuff I did in the past. Are you sure you wanna stay with me?”Shane asked.

Isabel unbuckled the seatbelt and got close to Shane, sitting on his lap.

“Anyone can be changed, Shane, even you. I’ve made up my mind. I want to stay with my devil,”Isabel whispered. Her sweet voice sent shivers down his spine.

He smiled. “You forgave Noah.”

“Yes, I forgave him because God forgives everyone for their sin. I also forgave my mom too. I never knew my mom. I was one year old when she abandoned me and gave me to the orphanage. Mother Ava said I was given away by her because she couldn’t carry the burden. Father died, bankrupt, so she gave me away, and after that, I don’t know. But wherever she is, I forgive her,” Isabel whispered. She wiped a tear.

Shane smiled. “That means we are in this together then.”

Isabel nodded ,leaned in and kissed him.

Isabel tried to get off him but he held her still.

“Shane we are on the road.”Isabel whispered.

“But you kissed first ,now am so hard ,what do you want me to do.”Shane whispered ,Isabel face got red.

Honking sounds came from behind.

“Maybe later.”Isabel whispered and sat back ,Shane smirked and drove off.

{ Girls dorm /Night }

Gwen and Iris decided to take a walk outside, leaving Isabel alone in the dorm. Gwen’s mind drifted to this morning when Knox said all that.

“Is he in love with me?” Gwen thought, biting her lips.

Just thinking about it made her blush so hard.

She pulled out her phone and texted him.

🗨 Babe, can we meet?

Gwen blushed while texting him, then she sent it, waiting for a reply.

Her phone buzzed.

🗨 Where? :He texted.

Gwen’s face lit up.

🗨 What about your place tonight? Can I come? :She replied.

🗨 Sure :He said and her face lit up.

“Iris, you can go back to the dorm, I’m heading out. Bye.” Gwen said and left Iris.

Iris blinked several times. “Just like that?”

Ice had been waiting outside the girls dorm for like half an hour now. Iris happened to be outside and saw him. She rolled her eyes, knowing he was waiting for a slut, but she still had to thank him for today.

She walked towards him.

“It’s you, the nun girl,”Ice said, tucking his hands into his pockets.

Iris rolled her eyes. ”You’ve been waiting outside the girls dorm? That desperate to have a girl on your bed?”

“I can’t tell her I got ditched,”Ice thought.

“Ha, funny. I was here for… I mean to see the view,” Ice said. Iris stayed quiet for a moment, then burst into laughter.

“What a liar. Do you think I am a dummy, huh? No, I am not a fool, Ice. Let me guess, the girl dumped you? Poor thing, maybe you’re not even reliable downstairs,” Iris said, looking down. Ice balled his fists.

“What do you mean? Are you saying I’m not good enough?” Ice said grabbing her wrist.

“What, didn’t you read my lips?” Iris laughed. Ice smirked, leaning in.

“Reading lips? Nah, I wanna kiss them,”Ice said flirtatiously.

“I only came here to say thank you for saving me today. I appreciate it.”

Ice leaned in more. She moved backward until her back hit the car.

“Why don’t you test me then, if I have a problem downstairs,” Ice whispered, leaning in. Iris’s face squeezed with annoyance. She gave him a kick right in the balls.

“I am taking my thank you back,”Iris said and left, her hips swaying.

“Kill me already.”

Iris looked at another direction and saw the girl he was waiting for with another guy.

He balled his fist. “Iris.”

Iris spun around ,without hesitation his lips were already on hers ,her eyes widened ,he held her waist and kissed her insanely ,Iris tried to push him but he broke it.

“Just one kiss please.”He murmured and kissed her again and this time she kissed back.

The girl balled her fist and left the guy.

Ice broke the kiss and stared at the mad girl.

Ice stared at iris face ,her face was bright red.

“Really sorry about that ,I needed someone to piss her off.”Ice whispered ,she stayed quiet.

“What ?,that’s not your first kiss remember ,I stole your firsr kiss in the store room.”Ice said ,Iris pushed him away.

“That never happened.”Iris said and stormed off.

“New mission ,get iris to like me ,I getting insane here.”Ice muttered.
