Sweet Sin - S01 E13

Read Story: SEASON 1 EPISODE 13

________________________________________________

Tobias didn’t wait for his words to digest in her system before he strolled past her, the unhinged nastiness in his stare so deep, swirling within and beyond the sockets, oozing from him too.

Jude opened the car door, and he hopped in majestically, carrying his presence with him but leaving darkness in it’s wake.

Nun Estelle secretly rolled her eyes at Seraphina before joining Jude and Tobias in the car.

Even as the car zoomed out of the teahouse park, Seraphina wouldn’t move. She couldn’t.

Her wide blue dress got blown messily by the breeze, but she doesn’t feel it.

His words kept echoing in her skull, ringing like the hell bell…

“The dirty words that made your starved p$ssy cûm in the Church counsel box, exactly a week ago.”

Again, the sweat began forming on her underarms, cheeks, laps.

She quickly held her car body when she staggered without a push. That made a gasp fall off her lips.

“No…” She whispered. “No…that wasn’t his voice. It wasn’t his voice. It wasn’t….” She gasped again, covering her lips with her palm.

“How did he….”

Her head spun, and she got a slinging headache immediately.

She held the head with her other hand, marching her bag without knowing. She gulped.

“It can’t be…” She shook her head, imagining what his face would look like when she was m+aning.

How satisfied he would have looked. How stupid she’d have looked.

She squatted beside her car, wrapping her arms around her knees. “No no no….”

How did she miss all the hints?

Of course no other person would be as corrupt as that to give her filthy orders in the Church.

Tobias St. Graves?

Made her c+m that hard?

She bit deep into her knee.

[Savior’s Alive Church]

Jude made sure to stop the car in front of the Rectory as the walk from the park to the Rectory is somehow lengthy. He did it for Tobias.

Tobias stepped out, and Jude came out too to give him a slight bow.

“General prayers with workers won’t start till 9pm tonight. And don’t forget the charity dinner tomorrow. The Redd family are a big part of the Church, and the former Priest attended every charity dinner they hosted. I think you should.” He said.

Tobias didn’t reply.

He turned to enter the Rectory, but Estelle rushed after him.

“Father!” She grabbed his arm like she has been doing since a week ago, and Tobias has been allowing her.

But it’s different today cos the moment she touched him, his glare nearly cut her head in two.

So acidic and cruel.

She quickly let go of his arm.

“I just wanted to tell you my knee wound have healed,” she pointed at her knee, slowly.

“And you want another bite? On your mouth this time?” Tobias glared, harder than a stone.

“Huh?” She sounded.

“Nun Estelle!” Jude shouted from the base, and Estelle quickly bowed.

Tobias entered the Rectory.

“Don’t go too close,” Jude told Estelle. “If he’s really as dangerous as Nun Ruth said, then it’s better to stay off his black book.” He muttered.

“Y’all can say whatever you say! He’s clean! The Church did spiritual and physical research before appointing him. Just like we nuns have to stay v+rgin and chaste before becoming nuns, Priests also have to be v+rgin and clean before they can even be accepted in seminary school. So whatever y’all are on to? I don’t believe it!” Estelle stumped.

“No no!” Jude quickly said. “Don’t get me wrong. I like and respect Father Tobias so much, but—”

“Keep the rest to yourself.” Estelle interrupted and left him.

Jude sighed, got back in the car and drove off to the park.

[Rectory]

The coat and shirt are out of Tobias body now. Left in his slacks, he stood by a small wall in his juice-packed cellar, staring at the red juices.

The Church is funny as hell, stacking his cellar with dumb juices.

All his life, he has never tasted juice. It’s either alcoholic wine or alcohol itself, so this cellar is silly.

He just stood in front of it, staring like he wants to demolish it.

At the other side of the cellar wall, there are sealed paint bowls.

The company delivered them since three days ago, and he has scheduled the painting to start tomorrow night.

He’s gonna paint by himself.

He let out a thick grunt, moving closer to the cellar.

He pulled a compartment open with a thick drawstring, and a slice of wood fell off, revealing a really long metal box which he carried.

His jaws was ticking, metal squeaking, and muscles dancing attractively beneath his flesh as he walked to the table and dropped the box. He unlocked the small padlock beside it with a key, and the box was finally ready for opening.

He threw the metal open, revealing his girlfriend which sat pretty in the box like a queen she is.

He reached for it with two fingers outstretched, running them through the body of the cold, pretty weapon.

A Benelli M4 gun.

Long. Cold. With dried blood all-over the body like a signature.

Yeah, this is his baby.

His girlfriend.

His favorite thing existing.

This pretty thing here wasted the lives of his offenders for him back at Hollows. Back at Odium.

“Mayhem,” he breathed harshly, picking the gun up eventually.

Mayhem is the name he gave it. If something’s as pretty as this, then it deserves a pretty name too.

He raised Mayhem’s nozzle up, pointing it at the wall.

He could still hear the screams of students when he entered the cafeteria with Mayhem to shoot down a bastard who dared to steal his money from his hostel in Uni.

That memory made him let his smirk show, but the smirk faded when his mind went to his teahouse meeting.

He saw when Stupid Dog entered the teahouse to advertise her crotchets to the people inside, and he heard every single thing they said to her.

Calling her crotchets ugly.

Calling her a jinx of the Redd family.

Calling her a failure.

Saying who’d buy her dumb stuff?

And lots more.

He heard everything, and he saw when she walked out dejectedly.

What a failure she really is.

But she did good fingering herself in that counsel box though.

Not like he saw her doing it.

He didn’t see her.

He could have peeped at her greedy p+ssy through the airhole of the box, but he choose not to.

If he wants, he would.

He only gave her the orders from the other side of the box.

And when she began moaning?

He didn’t expect to actually get hard, but he did.

He got sickeningly hard.

Her moans were so innocently pure—a contrast to his darkness. There was no way it wouldn’t penetrate.

He got hard and leaked precum that day from his tip.

So…

She’s not completely a failure.

Tobias locked back up, staring deeper at Mayhem in his hand.

Everyone deserves whatever is coming their way—including Stupid Dog herself.

When she dies, her family would probably throw her body to the dogs.

He brought the gun to his lips and pressed his consuming lips to it, kissing it deep.

By the cellar door, Grimm watched him silently, smiling.

[Nuns Convent – Ruth’s Room]

The room would be dark if not for the lone candle burning on a flat plate on top of the room table.

The smell of incense rolled with the candle flame, and Ruth sat on a chair, facing the table with wet face.

She sobbed slowly, sniffling, letting the tears flow freely.

Nuns must be pure and chaste before they can be nuns, but she entered this place through dubious means cos she wanted a long break from the outside world. She wanted a break from sins.

She ain’t a v+rgin anyways.

V+rgin? That’s funny.

Cos in Hollow University, she was popular for her debauchery despite the fact that she came from a religious family.

But all of her s+x came from one man though, so she was never a slut.

One man ruined her.

She drew her dress up from her lap, and on that lap, there’s a skin-twin duct tape which has the exact shade of her skin. She removed the tape.

Beneath the tape, sat a hidden tattoo.

The tattoo: Wrath’s Girl.

Her tear fell on it, and she rested her head on the table, crying harder.

[Wrath Investments Empire]

“Are we gonna be attending the charity dinner tomorrow?” Kelly asked eagarly as she came out of a conference right beside Dean.

The company is working on another investment deal, and it’s connected to Redd family again.

“When I signed the contract of marrying Seraphina, I didn’t expect our collaboration wouldn’t end there. Now, I have to see them more often than planned.” Dean complained.

Kelly frowned. “C’mon, it’s business. Smart people prosper more with business deals they make with their enemies.”

“I knew you’d say that,” Dean laughed shortly. “But business with the Redds is hot cake, so it’s worth the trouble. The giant hotel building construction is only just starting, but the Princess of Cambodia already booked two Suites down pending when it’d be completed. The Redds got influence, and I’ll use them.”

“Yes, boo,” Kelly smiled. “I mean, we have to make this money till the bank gets tired of our deposits. But you haven’t told me the real reason you married Seraphina though.”

“I told you it was for a good cause, and it’d bring me good fortune in the future.” Dean pocketed his hands.

“That bit ain’t enough. You’re keeping the real shit from me.” Kelly shrugged.

“It’s been a week since I saw Seraphina, and I already forgot about that old-fashioned thing, but you had to bring her up.” Dean sighed.

“Sorry about that!” Kelly laughed, slipping her arms on his shoulders. “But we’re going to that dinner.”

“Of course we will,” Dean’s arms caged her waist, shoving her close till her heels stabbed his shoes, but their lips couldn’t collide before someone entered the hallway, interrupting it.

“Saint?” Dean frowned when he saw the face of the interrupter.

With unruly smoke between his lips, Saint approached, steps slow.

“You cannot smoke in here. Drop the cancer stick!” Dean scolded, but it was like scolding a f+ckin’ tree.

Saint blew out a cloud of smokes, and Dean wanted to go throw him out instantly, but Kelly held him back.

“Hey, Saint.” She smiled at him.

Saint ignored her totally, zeroing his attention to Dean.

“Were you about to kiss Kelly? You didn’t break up?” He questioned, hanging his smoke between his fingers and resting on the wall.

“Damn, I knew you’d never break up with her cos maybe her p+ssy is a dang sugar hole for you, but getting married to the Redd family girl while you’re still with Kelly? You’re bi+ching real bad, Dean the m0therf+cker.”

“Dumb f+ck!” Dean spat, storming forward, but Kelly blocked him again, facing Saint by herself.

“Saint, you’re in a respected Empire, and you know the rules and ethics which I expect you to follow. Don’t smoke, or smoke at the smoking area if you wanna smoke at all. With that said, how are you doing? How is your racing going? Are you still topping the road as usual?” She said sweetly, acting professional again.

Saint gave her a disgusted look first, then he took a puff from his cigar and nodded, pointing the ashed cigar end at the ceiling. He looked up. “Is someone up there? Did someone talk to me from up there? I think I just heard a sluttyass speak to my face and it stinks like shit!”

“What the f+ck!” Kelly gasped.

This time, Kelly didn’t stop Dean when Dean lunged for Saint.

“You know it’s hilarious to see you acting like a king on Toby’s property.” Saint uttered, and Dean stopped.

Saint continued…

“The moment Toby left for seminary, you took over this Empire like you’ve been waiting to f+ckin’ own it! You didn’t change, Dean. When you and Toby were kids, you ruined your bicycle just cos you didn’t like it, then you stole his bicycle and made it yours. Now you don’t steal bicycles anymore, you steal Empires!”

“Wrath Investments Empire is mine! It has always been my thing! I’ll kill you if you mention one more false sentence to my face!” Dean sneered.

“So who’s Wrath?” Saint asked, his eyes dashing with freakiness which matched the ash on his cigar butt.

Dean sneered, again. “Wrath is me! Tobias stole that nickname from me! You know nothing, Saint, and you’ll forever stay in the dark where you belong like a blind sheep!”

Saint nodded, lifting himself from the wall where he leaned.

“You’re not good at lying, Dean. Don’t make me laugh.” He dropped the cigar butt on the floor.

He took Dean’s hanky from his pocket and wiped his hands with it, then he threw it on the floor, too.

He walked out.

“I’mma end Saint, I swear. F+ck our brotherly bond!” Dean threatened.

“Calm down, baby.” Kelly rubbed his chest, shooing his rage. “Saint is a baby to you. Don’t get worked up by his words. We both know you’re the real Wrath. It’s always been you.”

Dean heaved, leaning on her.

[Dean’s Estate – Dinning]

There’s no foodstuffs left in the house, so Seraphina had to order a takeout from a restaurant.

As she sat on the dinning chair with the meal on the dinning table in front of her, she looks paralyzed.

She shouldn’t have ordered, cos now it doesn’t look like she’s ever going to touch this food.

She lost her appetite along with her ability to move.

She has been sitting here for an hour now with a lost sense of time, place and everything else.

Tobias made me c+m.

My husband’s brother made me c+m.

It’s the only thing she’s thinking and seeing on the walls around.

Her shame pinned her down.

It’s not guilt anymore.

It’s shame.

It’s so heavy on her that she didn’t know when Allison came in.

Allison honked for long at the park, expecting Seraphina to rush out to her since it had been a week they last saw each other, but Seraphina didn’t come out, so she had to come in.

She was surprised to meet Seraphina staring into space at the dinning room, but she was more surprised to see the ordered food in front of her.

Seraphina? Ordering food?

But more importantly, Seraphina didn’t shake no matter how loud her heels sounded on the marble.

Seraphina didn’t even blink.

“Phina,” she knocked the table with her knuckles.

Nothing.

“Phina!!” She yelled.

Seraphina jumped up, knocking the food off the table.

It poured on the floor.

“Lis?” She gasped.

“Yeah, and you need to tell me straight up what the fûck is going on! I’ve been calling, you weren’t picking, you didn’t call too. I came here, blew my honks, you didn’t come out, then I came in to meet you spacing out with ordered food in front of you?”

“Lis,I…I…I’m…not…” Seraphina stumbled over her words.

“Hey,” Allison hurriedly held her shoulders. “Don’t stammer, just breathe through it, ok?”

Seraphina nodded.

“I…. it’s…not…what…”

“No, calm down, Phina. You’re still stammering.” Allison massaged her throat, trying to regulate.

Seraphina stayed still, and Allison gave her a cup of water to drink.

She gulped it all, and that seemed to calm her a little bit.

She decided it was time to come clean, so she told Allison everything, but she didn’t include the Church and Tobias with the counseling part.

“Oh my God!” Allison stood over her….”Oh my f+ckin…God! All these been happening, and you’ve been curtaining them from me? Dean has a fiancee? He…put his hands on you? Put a knife on you? Gave you curfew? He wouldn’t even buy foodstuffs and you’ve… you’ve been looking for jobs?” Allison gasped.

“And you didn’t tell me? You kept me in the dark? I’m your best friend! More like your sister, Phina!”

“I knew you’d react like this, and I didn’t want to bother you…” Seraphina stood too.

“How else am I supposed to react when my baby is getting abused like this? Oh my God…” Allison raised her hands. “You know what? Go gather your things, you’re coming to my place with me. I’mma call my lawyer, and by tomorrow, we’ll file marital abuse against him, get him grilled and then file a divorce!”

“No!” Seraphina rejected.

“No what? Phina—”

“You know damn well Dean will still win the case. He’s got unbeatable lawyers!” Seraphina argued.

Allison went silent for a beat. She knew Seraphina was right.

Dean is dangerously equipped.

“I don’t plan to leave like this. He married me for a reason, I wanna know the reason, and I’m also gonna make him pay for what he has done, all while in this house. Lis, can you let me do that at least?”

“No…” Allison shook her head. “This animal might kill you! For devil’s sake, he put a knife on you!”

“If he wanted to kill me, he’d have done that. Whoever told him to marry me probably wants me alive, and I need to know why. I promise I’ll be fine, and I’ll never burden you with my plights. Your sister Bexley already hates your closeness to me.” Seraphina explained.

“Bexley is my baby sis, and I know how to contain her. And you’ll never be a burden to me. I can give you some money to start a profitable business and you’ll—”

“You know I’ll never start like that, Lis. You started on your own with your own money, and I want the same.” Seraphina nodded.

“Phina…” Allison held her hands.

“Trust me, and I’ll be fine…” Seraphina assured.

“But I can at least borrow you some money for your upkeep, right? You’ll buy gas for you car, buy pads, change your underwear and eat. I’ll borrow you the money that’ll cover for all that for a month, then when you get a job, you can pay back. Don’t say no.” Allison offered.

“Ok.” Seraphina smiled.

“Come here,” Allison widened her arms, and Seraphina walked into it, giving her a tight hug.

“I love you so much, Phina.”

“I love you too, Lis.”

Then, another car drove into the park outside.

Thinking it’s Dean, they broke the hug and expected him to enter, but the doorbell came instead.

Dean wouldn’t ring, so Seraphina quickly went there to open up.

It’s one of the family guards from Redd Estate.

He came with an invite which he handed to Seraphina.

Then he left without a word.

Seraphina opened the invite, and Allison joined her to check it out.

“The Charity dinner invite?”

Seraphina looked at her.

“Yeah, I’m invited.”

“I’m the event planner.” Allison replied. “It’s what I’ve been organizing since a week ago.”

Seraphina caressed the edges of the invitation, slowly.
