The princes were happy that Irene was back to her normal self but not fully.

As they alight from the car, they saw their father waiting for them. The chief was also standing beside him.

They slowly walked towards them and greeted.

“How is Irene doing?” He asked.

“She’s doing well father” Garrett replied.

“Good. I’m glad she’s alright. Now, I want you all to concentrate on the throne. It won’t be nice if a stranger take over me when I have sons here to do the nee-dful”

“We are all trying. I even look up what the chief said. Gentleness is the way but love is involved. I still don’t un-derstand any of it” Leo frowned.

“I won’t make it clearer for you all. Use your br@in, mind and b©dy then you will un-derstand” Chief said and left.

“My sons, you all have three weeks left. How that Irene is alright, you can take your mind away from her” the king said slowly. He was really confused about all this.

He remembered in his own time, it didn’t take him much time to get the wanted vir-gin. It was easy for him.

“Yes father!” They chorused and left.

They all sat in the lobby, thinking about what their father just said.

“What if a stranger ends up on the throne? Are we still going to be princes?” Frederick asked.

“According to the law, no. We will live like normal citizens” Tony replied.

Casper stood up.

“I have work to do. I can’t let any fv¢king stranger take over my throne” he said and left.

“Are you still going to keep ra-ping vir-gins?” Garret asked.

Casper st©pped when he heard that.

He turned to stare at Garret.

“r@p£? Do you think I’m ra-ping them?”

“Whatever it is that you are doing with them. You promised to st©p after Josie’s death” he added.

Casper lowered his gaze.

“Whatever man” he said and left.

He love Josie but he want the throne.

Garrett shook his head and sighed de-eply.

Fredrick phone began to ring. He picked it up and stared at the caller.

“Why is she calling?” He murmured and answered the call.

“Haven’t I told you not to call this number again?” He asked with anger in his tone.

“Look Fred. I can explain, just hear me out” Diva cried.

“Explain what? You think I would never find out. I know you are just evil and you are close to me because I’m a prince. I’m not a fool, Diva”

“It was a mistake. He was the one that k!ssme and not the other way round”

“Ohh, I see. But your hands were in his p@n-ts. Do you think I’m blind or something? I don’t have time to spend with you now, just don’t ever show your self in front of me” he said and end the call.

His brothers stared at him.

“Let me guess, was that Diva?”

“Yeah” he replied.

Irene helped her mother arrange some of her stuff. She would be leaving the country in two days time.

She would be left alone in the house.

“Irene?” Her mother called out.

“Yes Mom” she replied and walked towards her mom.

“Sit”

Irene raised her eyebrows and sat close to her mother.

“I know you are a very strong girl. There’s nothing you can’t do. I remember when you were five and you went missing for a week. I never knew where you were. Fortunately, I found you by the road. You were so lean and skinny”

“What are you trying to say mom? It’s all in the past now” she replied.

“Irene, I know you will get married very soon. I’m glad you are not like your late sister. Even your father said so before he died. You are special Irene. I believe you will get married to one of the princes because I know how you all are close to each other and I think they all like you”

“St©p mom, are you teasing me now?” Irene lowered her gaze. She doesn’t know where her mother is heading to.

Her mother gave a little laugh.

“Let Zoe continue staying in the palace. I know she doesn’t know what’s going on pres£ntly”

“I un-derstand mom”

“So, as for your future husband. I think you should get married to that prince with brown hair”

“All of them have brown hair mom. I’ll get married to the one my heart want” she said.

“Hmmmm, if that’s the case then. You have my best wishes. I may not be around for your wedding but my pres£nce is always with you”

“Thanks mom” she said and hvgged her mother.

She tried not to cry.

Irene la-id on her be-d, thinking about what she would do with her life once her mother has gone.

“Marriage? Am I even re-ady for this? Even if I am, who do I get married to? Casper? No, he’s a wom-anizer. Tony, he is my best friend. I can’t get married to him right. But I’m close to him. Frederick, hmmmm. He’s like a brother to me. It’s a no. Leo, uhhh. I don’t know. Garrett… I guess he’s the one that cares more about me. I’m just so confused!!!” She sli-pped her f!ngersinto her hair and closed her eyes, trying to get some sleep.

Garrett excorted Irene and her mother to the airport.

She hvgged her mother ti-ght.

“I’m missing you alre-ady mom” she said.

“You have the brown her prince to take care of you” she replied nodding her hair towards Garrett who was few metres away from them.

“Is he the…”

“He’s the one I want you to get married to. He’s a nice person”

“Okay mom. You have to leave now. The plane will take off in ten minutes” Irene said, waving at her mother as she walked away from her.

Her mother smiled and walked away.

“Let’s go” Irene said to Garrett an walked to his car.

She opened the pas-s£nger door and sat quietly.

Garrett entered into the car and stared at Irene.

“We have to go somewhere”

“I’m not going anywhere with you” she replied and folded her arms.

“You promised to go on a d@t£ with me” he said.

Irene remembered that she promised him.

“Fine. But just an hour” she said.

“Yes my lady” he said and started the engine.
