Jayden’s POV

It’s finally my birthday, the day I’ve been waiting for all my life! Hahahaha!

I just hope Aubrey won’t fu-ck up because I haven’t set my eyes on her ever since the party started but Liam is here.

I walked to and fro the hall stylishly looking for her and luckily for me, I saw her walking towards the hall. Perfect!

Liam hasn’t seen her yet so I guess this is the perfect opportunity.

“Welcome Aubrey” I greeted startling her a bit

She actually looks different this night. Her beauty is mesmerizing or is it just me? She still looks the same and all but she’s more beautiful.

“Ohh… Jayden!” she said placing her hand on her che-st and snapping me out of my thoughts at the same time

“Why did you scare me like that?” she asked angrily

“I’m sorry Aubrey, I didn’t mean to scare you” I answered looking down pitifully

“Uhhm…. It’s okay. Where is Liam?” she asked trying to look at the people in the hall but I quickly blocked her from seeing them

“Liam actually asked me to take you to a quiet place. He said you should wait for him there” I said a little bit calmly hoping she believes me

“Really? Why will he do that? I came for the party, not just because of him. Let’s go in” she said and wanted to walk past me but I stopped her

“Come on Aubrey! You know Liam will be mad at me if he finds out I didn’t do what he asked me to?”

“Fine then! Take me there!”

I led the way while she followed behind me.

“I’m one step ahead of you Liam” I said within me

After minutes of walking, we finally got to the room I prepared!

“Have your seat! He asked me to keep you company until he arrives” I said sitting beside her

“I’m going to spa-nk him when he gets here” she mumbled

“That’s if you’re able to stand” I thought within me

“Let’s take a drink before he gets here, I’m bored. I don’t know why he’s taking so long to get here” I said taking out the drink I already kept there

I decanted the drink into two cu-ps and gave one to Aubrey.

“Thank you” she muttered taking the drink

Aubrey’s POV

I took the drink closer to my mouth and was about drinking it when I remembered Samantha’s warning.

“Don’t take any drink in the party no matter who gives it to you” she had warned sternly before letting me come to the party

Apart from that, the wrist watch I’m wearing is not an ordinary wrist watch. Although, it looks cheap, there’s a camera and tracker in it and my guards are around this house too.

I slowly brou-ght the drink down and dropped it on the table.

“What’s wrong Aubrey?” Jayden asked when he noticed

“Uhhm…. Nothing is wrong. I just don’t feel like drinking” I answered with a faux smile

“But you almost drank it now”

“Yeah! I don’t like the smell, I will just wait for Liam to come” I said and I noticed his countenance changed

Did I say something wrong? Well, whatever!

Liam’s POV

It’s been over twenty minutes since I called Aubrey and she told me she’s almost at the party. Did something happen?

I’ve even tried calling her but she’s not answering her phone.

I saw Jayden walk away with a lady not too long ago and she kind of looked like Aubrey, but what will she be doing with Jayden? Maybe I’m just over thinking things, it couldn’t have been Aubrey.

Where is Jayden? He’s the celebrant but he’s nowhere to be found. What if the lady he really went with is Aubrey?

If it’s Aubrey, then….? I got up from the hall and started searching for Jayden. If it’s Aubrey, then they will be in one of the rooms here.

I started searching the rooms until I finally found them. Jayden was standing few inches away from Aubrey who was leaning on the wall and looked really scared.

“Jayden!” I groa-ned making him turn to look at me

“What do you think you are doing?” I asked walking closer to them

“What does it look like? Just leave Liam or I will spill the truth” he threatened and I stared at him in shock

The only truth he wants to spill is the bet but I’m no longer in with them. It’s he and Daniel that don’t want to end it so why is he dragging my relationship into this?

“Jayden” I growled “Don’t you dare!”

I grabbed Aubrey’s hand and pulled her out of the room.

“Why did you follow Jayden to that room? What if he had done something to you?” I asked but she just kept quiet and stared at her feet

“Aubrey?”

“You didn’t tell me Jayden is not someone I can trust. Besides, he told me you asked me to wait for you in that room. How was I supposed to know he was lying?”

“You should have called to ask me first”

“He sounded so convincing and I didn’t want it to be like I was doubting him or something”

“Fine! Let’s go to the hall where the party is taking place” I said and pulled her with me

Khloe’s POV

I and Natalie got to the party to see it had already started. We sat down quietly and watched on, but I searched for Liam at interval.

I haven’t seen him ever since I got here, the same goes for Jayden. Where could they be? I shrugged the thoughts off and focused on the party.

Minutes later, I turned my heard to the entrance and saw Liam walking in with Aubrey. I quickly faced the front, why did they have to walk in now?

I stole glances at them at interval and I saw how they kept smiling at each other. It took everything strength in me not to cry.

Watching the only guy you’ve always loved in the arms of another woman is really painful. It hurts a lot.

After Jayden cut the cake, Liam and Aubrey excused themselves and left the hall. It was obvious they weren’t leaving yet, they probably just want to be together.

I’m really sorry Aubrey and Liam but I have to do this! I left the hall and went in search of them.

Aubrey’s POV

After Jayden cut his cake, Liam said we should be go upstairs.

“Have you been enjoying the party so far?” he asked with me sitted on his lap-s

“Yeah, it’s great”

“You see it’s a good thing I for-ced you to come.”

“No, it’s not” I said and after that there was an awkward silence

I shifted uncomfortably on Liam’s lap-s when I felt a bulge in his trousers.

“Just being with you alone is making me hard, what should we do about that?” he said fanning my ne-ck with his hot breath

“I… I don’t know” I stuttered nervously

“Do you think you’re ready for se-x?”

I thought about it for a while before nodding my head in affirmation.

“Are you sure? You know, I can always wait until you’re ready. Forget about the bulge in my trousers now”

“I’m ready”

“Alright. Let me tell you something before we go into it”

“No, you can tell me after the se-x. I also have something to say. Just promise me you won’t break up with me no matter what happens”

“I promise” he said without thinking twice

“Okay. You can go ahead then”

He changed our position and made me sit on the bed while he was on top of me. We engaged in a hot pa-ssionate kis-s as our tongue fought for dominance.

Sill kis-sing, he skillfully loosed the zi-p of my dress and pulled it off. I became shy instantly but because of the kis-s, I wasn’t able to show it.

He was pulling off my un-derthings when someone suddenly barged in. I quickly hid my face in his che-st, but after a while I raised my head to behold Khloe.

“Uhhm…. I’m sorry for barging in, but I really need to tell you this. Forgive me for keeping it from you all this while”

“It can wait till later, I’m busy”

“No Aubrey, I need to say it now”

“Fine, I’m listening” I said uninterestedly

“Liam and his friends placed a bet on you. He doesn’t love you like he claims to, he’s just using you” she said and I snapped my head to her

“What?!!!”
