Nathan who was going through lots of emotional distress due to his ailment and the loss of their baby, now became suspicious, insecure and sensitive.

He was always looking for every possible means to accuse Daniella of going to see another man whenever she dresses out.

And whenever he sees her discussing with a friend, he immediately jumps to the conclusion that the discussion was all about him and his ailment.

“And where are you coming from?” He once asked Daniella one night when she had just returned from attending a friend’s baby shower.

“Good evening babe. I attended Kate’s baby shower” She said smiling effortlessly.

But at the sound of the word baby, Nathan’s fury grew more. Then standing to his feet, he asked,

“You went for Kate’s baby shower dressed like this?” He fumed pointing at Daniella’s dress.

Hearing this, Daniella confusedly took a look at her dress, which made her wonder what made it look inappropriate to Nathan.

And that was because, the dress she wore, was a maxi-long dress that didn’t leave any part of her body uncovered.

“Babe, I don’t understand. What’s wrong with what I’m wearing” She asked looking confused.

“Obviously, there’s no way you would have noticed that something is wrong with what you are wearing,” Nathan said.

“How? I don’t understand. What are you driving at?” She asked.

“What else? A whore can never tell that she’s wearing an inappropriate dress even if she’s half naked and that’s simply because that’s how she attracts more customers” Nathan said.

Hearing this, Daniella who was now used to him calling her a prostitute, simply shook her head and walked away to her room.

As if that was not enough, Nathan stopped touching and making love to his wife.

“Babe, babe” Daniella Naijatea stories called tapping him in the middle of the night.

Then reluctantly turning his face to her, he asked,

“Daniella. What is it?” Nathan asked.

“Babe. I’m curious. Like, When was the last time you made love to me?” Daniella asked.

“And, how am I supposed to keep a record of the times we had sex?” Nathan asked.

“Babe, what exactly is my offence? What did I ever do wrong to deserve numerous maltreatment from you? Tell me, why did you practically stop touching and making love to me?” Daniella asked.

“Why are you asking me for sex when you already know where you can get a good one?” Nathan asked.

“Babe! I honestly will not take this from you. Especially not this night. I just said I’m sex-starved and I need you to make love to me. So cut that crap and perform your manly duties to me your wife” Daniella yelled.

“What sexual satisfaction would you derive from an infertile man?” Nathan asked.

“There he goes again. For Christ’s sake Nathan. Must you make everything about your ailment? In case you’ve forgotten, then may I please remind you that you are suffering from infertility problems and not impotency. Which means you can actively perform well as a man. So please stop using your ailment as an excuse because my body desperately needs your touch tonight” Daniella said.

“Well, unfortunately, I can’t sleep with a cheap whore” Nathan responded.

“What! Nathan, did you just say that to me?” Daniella yelled in disbelief, almost losing her sanity.

Then without a word, Nathan stood up, grabbed his pillow, hissed, and walked out of the room.

“My goodness. This is definitely the height of it. What’s happening to my husband? Why is he treating me this way? What wrong did I commit?” Daniella asked breaking into tears.

A few days later, Daniella stepped out to go get some foodstuff at the market. And when she was done, she drove her car to a fuel station to refill her car.

On reaching there, she met Caleb who was refilling his car as well. When Caleb saw her, he requested that they stop by a nearby eatery to discuss. And after much persuasion, Daniella agreed.
