I know this assignment of mine is very important but trying to get information from Elizabeth from her husband wasn’t right either. I don’t want her to think that this relationship of ours was a plan to leak information out of her. But still, a lot was at stake and that husband of hers needs to be hunted down.

Luan Alright but I need to do this on my own terms.

Toby Take your time. But remember time is running out fast.

Luan You don’t need to remind me, anyways I have to go now.

Toby Leaving already?

Luan Yes, I’ve drank quite a lot at the pub.

Toby Okay, better get going before you sleep on the road.

Luan (laughs) that’s not going to happen. Good night.

Toby Good morning boy.

I left Toby’s place after that and headed back to the farm house, It was a lonely walk and I could barely stand on my feet but I managed to get their in one piece.

Everywhere was quiet by the time I arrived, everyone was fast asleep except Elizabeth. Her bedroom window glowed with the candlelight in her room, she must be either writing a letter or reading a novel.

After staring at her window for some seconds, I headed straight to my quarters. My room was quite messy and I had no strength left to straighten up, so after removed my clothes I threw myself on my bed and dozed off.

Minutes later, I was awoken by loud but short knock on my door. I wanted to ignore it at first but then I sat up immediately I heard Elizabeth’s voice calling my name.
