Blood Is Thicker Than Water - S01 E28

Daniel’s POV

After the ladies had gotten their gowns and we had seen all that Paris had to offer, it was time for us to head to Milan for we the guys to go get our suits. Now the problem was how to get there. Diana suggested we went by air but I said that it would be better if we went by rail so we could see all the sights from Paris to Milan and Nancy and Charles agreed with me and after a two week stay in Paris, I and Charles went to purchase the train tickets to Italy. After purchasing the tickets, I and Charles returned to the hotel to pick up our ladies and we took a taxi to Paris central train station. The train station was crowded with a lot of people, we looked for our train number and found it and we boarded the train at exactly 3.05 pm. Once in the train, the conductor asked to see our tickets we showed it to him and he directed us to the executive coaches. The train ride took us through four different countries namely Belgium, Germany, Luxemburg and the Netherlands before finally we arrived in Naples Italy and because there was no direct train to Milan we had to board another train from Naples to Milan. When we arrived in Milan, we took a taxi from the train station to a guest house which my family owned in the city. We arrived at the guest house at about 11 pm and I asked the manager how many rooms he had available and he told me that he had four of the executive suites available and I told him that we would take them. I and the manager took Charles, Diana and Nancy to their rooms before I went into my room to sleep.

Nancy’s POV

When we arrived in Milan, Diana dragged me into her room and asked me to tell her about my date with Daniel in Paris. I said I thought you would have forgotten by now? She asked me forgotten what? Then I told her you know what, and she asked what? I told her that she should go and freshen up while I do the same and we should meet back in her room in 30 minutes. After I had taken a shower and brushed my teeth, I went to Diana’s room to tell her about my date with Daniel in Paris. When I got to her room, I met her warming some milk and she asked do you want some? I said yes and added if you have some cookies bring them along also. When she was done, she came out with a tray with two glasses of milk and a plate of cookies on it and we sat on the floor to eat and she said okay start your story. I told her that on that night after we left the hotel, Daniel hired a limousine to take us to our date and the limo driver complemented me on my look. When we arrived at the restaurant, everyone in the place was looking at me and I asked Daniel why are they all staring and he said that it was because I was the most beautiful thing in the room and she said didn’t I tell you? I said thanks for the dress and all other accessories by the way. I continued we went to have our meal in a room overlooking the seine river and I told her that I was amazed by the construction of the place. After the meal, and the food was the best by the way, Daniel asked me for a dance because there was a live band playing in the restaurant and Diana asked did you? I told her that I didn’t want to at first, but that Daniel convinced me and we started dancing. While we were dancing, a spotlight was shining down on us and it was like we were the only two people in the room. After our dance, the whole restaurant went into a round of applauds and in fact they all gave us a standing ovation and she asked really? I said yeah really. Then she asked what happened next? I told her that we went to see a movie and she asked me what was the title of the film? I told her that it was titanic, but I didn’t know until we got to the movie theatre. I told her that after the movie I was in tears and I ran away from the theatre. On my way out of the place I met a guy who was asking me some foolish questions and I slapped him. She said but you aren’t a violent person and I said exactly and she asked so why did you slap him? I said I don’t know maybe it was because he tried to kiss me. Any way I said that that slap which I gave him almost landed me in trouble. She asked what sort of trouble? I told her that he dragged me to the back of the theatre and wanted to rape me, or at least that was what he told Daniel when he came looking for me. She asked so what happened next? I told her that when he was about to do the act, he called three of his guys to come hold Daniel down and Daniel beat all of them up and he didn’t even have a scratch on his body. I said after the whole ordeal, I wanted to walk back to the hotel to clear my head and Daniel offered to walk with me and about an hour later we arrived at the hotel he walked me to the door and kissed me on my forehead and said good night and that was when I walked into our hotel room in Paris. She started clapping and said what a nice and romantic story.
