Start from the beginning 

Andrew’s POV

I was pounding the man to a pulp. How dare he hurt a woman? He was knocked out of course, but I didn’t want to stop. My anger is out of this world right now. “Andrew! Andrew! Stop, bro. Let the police take care of him, we have to go to the hospital.”, Alex tugged on my shoulder. I growled and stood up. The medics were putting Heather on a stretch. Her face was scratched and bleeding from her fall. I didn’t even want to look at the knife wound. I could see the police talking to Stephanie, who was sobbing and I walked over, taking her into my arms . Landon was in my dad’s arms, and the poor little guy was crying as he watched Heather being put in the ambulance. Alex was glaring at the man with a deadly look, he looked like he wanted to take a round. My mom approached us after talking to one of the medics. “You need to go to the hospital right now. Heather’s case is critical. I’ll take care of Stephanie.”, she said sobbing. Alex and I nodded. I kissed Stephanie. “Are you alright sweetheart? I can stay here if you want. Alex can go to the hospital with dad.”, I said. She slapped my shoulder, “Don’t you even dare think of staying here. Go to your SISTER, she needs her big brother. I’m fine now anyways.” I nodded and turned to Alex. “Let’s take my car. We will come back for yours later.” Alex nodded. We sprinted to the car and hopped into our seats. I was going way over the speed limit, but I didn’t care. I am just praying Heather isn’t injured terribly.

I saw Alex from the corner of my eyes and there were tears flowing down his cheeks. “She’ll be okay little bro. This is Heather Alice Montgomery we are worried about. She wouldn’t go anywhere without making sure everyone is happy and healthy.”, I told him softly. Alex chuckled half-heartedly, “You’re right, she would come back to make sure I was eating all the peas on my plate, not stressing over work, and-“, he broke off emotionally. He shook his head and stared out the front window, as we entered the hospital parking lot. We raced into the lobby and went straight to the receptionist desk. “We’re looking for Heather Montgomery. She just came in the ambulance.”, Alex panted out. “She is in surgery right now, as they were not able to take the knife out. Please have a seat, and the doctor should be with you soon.”, said the woman. We thanked her and took a seat. We were staring at the double-doors leading to the operation room, when Dad sprinted into the lobby. “Where is she? Where is my baby girl? I swear I’ll rip this hospital apart if somebody doesn’t answer me this instant.”, he roared. A bunch of doctors and nurses ran toward him quivering and I could see why. He was f-----g scary! His eyes were glaring daggers murderously at everyone in his way. I have rarely seen him this angry in my whole life and I’m glad I haven’t if this was what he looked like. But my attention immediately turned to the double doors that opened. A doctor in a surgical uniform came out. There was blood on his uniform and I gulped wondering if that was Heather’s blood on it. “How is she doc?”, Alex asked panicking. “She is in a critical condition. We need your signature to perform an important surgery, that may or may not take hours depending-“, he was cut off by Dad yanking on his collar.
