The Landlady stood up tapped his son and they went out of the room.

I asked Lucy to tell me
the very truth of the matter because the situation was getting out of hand.

“I went to take the toilet keys you showed me when I came which was in front of brother
Augustine’s house.

Thus that make me a prime suspect,the man whose money was missing did not come
with them and brother Augustine himself did not say his money was lost even if a boy they claimed he saw me coming out of his
room,that wasn’t the room the money got missing,was it….

Lucy explained in tears.

” Please don’t cry,for I do not believe what they just said.

Its just a frame up.

I had to use persuasive words to calm Lucy down.

What touched me most was that,had it
not been me,Biggie who called her to come sleep over,she would have escaped such a catastrophical scene.
Lucy was never a thief.

I don’t know why they implicated her in such a case.

I had to get to the root of this matter because they had disgraced me.

Lucy herself was about to leave that very morning had it not been the tragical news the landlady
and his son brought.

So I had to stop her from going so we could get the truth out of the matter which she oblidged.

I had to ask around whether I could get a name to the boy they mentioned but to no avail.
Not even a soul in the neighbourhood could come up close and personal to mention the boy’s name or give me a clue as to how he was like.
I decided to stop asking around and go back home.

No sooner had I turned to move back home than I heard a male voice claiming he could describe the boy…
