“If she truly have interest in me, she better go and dump it into the shiroro dam to avoid blaming me” i said to myself. I kept on discussing with my mum and i can’t stop to marvel at her behaviour; she was talking and behaving like a kid while i kept on teasing her about it
Mira walked into the room to announce that the food was ready

ME: i have to change into something simple **i said**

MUM: Mira, please lead him to his room on the last floor

Mira carried my bag while i followed her at the back as we climbed the stairs. Her back side was three much; even that of Eve was still a learner to hers. I thought that i could never find any other backside bigger than that of Eve but here i am, presented with the one that Eve will not even stand a chance in any form of competition. It was just swaying to different angles, but i noticed that she was doing it willingly to tease me as she will turn to look at me with smile on her face.

I controlled myself until we reached to the room. She opened the door and dropped my bag inside the wardrobe

MIRA: **smiling** you need any help?

ME: i am okay for now

MIRA: should i wait for you outside?

ME: if you insist

She walked out of the room and closed the door. I quickly changed into a three quarter with a sleeveless top. I opened the door and Mira was leaning on the wall operating her phone

MIRA: out so quickly?

ME: yeah! Let’s get going, mummy will be waiting

We descended the numerous stairs in silence. I actually liked it that way as i was not even in the mood to talk as i was very tired and d--n hungry. What i needed at that moment was just a cold shower and a long nap. We get down stair and headed to the dinning as she gave all the direction. We settled down as my mummy prayed over the food. That even reminded me about prayer as i have prayed for long time and attending church has also became a big problem for me

MUM: what is your best food? **she asked me**

ME: hmmm…fried rice with spiced vegetables

MUM: wow!

ME: did she guess right?

MIRA: i am very good at guessing you know **smiling**

MUM: how do you get to know?

MIRA: **still smiling** you know that i am very good at knowing people’s choice when it come to food

MUM: yeah! But this is quite surprising. You barely met him

MIRA: maybe there is something more to it

MUM: i guess as well

I was just too confused to utter a word. It really surprised me how she was able to know my favourite food despite the brief moment with her. What am i even saying, i mean the brief introduction. Not that we have ever met before or something like that. Anyway, their comment that they maybe something more to it was just a fallacy as far as was concerned

The plate was opened and a very mouth watering fried rice stared at me. Not that it was more delicious than that of Evelyn but was more spiced with many ingredients, most that i have never seen or even know the name. I gently uploaded the amount that the capacity of my stomach could contain

ME: Mira, hope you can still guess my choice of drink? **i teased**

MIRA: a challenge?

ME: of course not. I know that it will be very hard for you

MIRA: very hard for me? I already knew

ME: what! You must be joking **i mused**

MIRA: what was the taste of the wine you took some times ago?

ME: something little bitter but very high flavoured

MIRA: that is your choice. Not sweet or sugary drinks. Like bitter lemon, anything with bitter taste **she said as her beautiful lips move in rhythm of the food she was chewing**

I was astounded. How on earth will somebody know the choices of the other person? If it was a gift, it must be very powerful

MIRA: **laughing** are you surprised?

ME: why not?

MUM: you don’t have to be, because she has a lot of surprises on store for you
A lot? That means that my journey has not even started

ME: that must be a gift from God

MIRA: with hard work because you have to work hard to discover your gifts

ME: **surprised at her rate of intelligent** you must be genius

MIRA: nope. You are

ME: **frown** how?

MIRA: no one in this household could challenge you in anything

ME: i don’t get it

MUM: you are born genius Ben. Even without studying, you can do anything you want perfectly, i mean, extraordinarily which will leave many people in amazement
Everything can’t just stop getting better. From Mira’s gift to mine. Hmm! This house is equally filled with many mysteries. I just can’t wait to know that of my siblings

MIRA: now you understand?

ME: **nodded**

MIRA: your drink is here **she handed me a bottle** that is your choice

I poured myself drink and help myself so that i will forget about all these mysteries. I remembered that i haven’t called neither Evelyn nor Liza. I decided to do so immediately i get to my new room.

ME:: i have to take my bath

MUM: the same with me

MIRA: hope you are not scared been upstairs alone?

ME: no, i am not

MIRA: maybe you are, i don’t mind accompanying you

ME: thank you, you also need to get cleaned up

MIRA: if you insist

MUM: make sure that both of you are here immediately you are done

ME/MIRA: okay ma **we coincidendentally, chorused and busted into laughter**
