Must Read: INTERMISSION (The Love) - Season 1 - Episode 26

We boarded another cab. While we were still in the car, i called our family doctor to meet me at house in the next 30minutes. When we get home, i changed into a short and frank changed into one of my clothes because his cloth was too dirty before we both return to the parlour

FRANK: man, that girl don’t love you oo
ME: **confused** who?
FRANK: your girl of course
ME: how do you know that?
FRANK: with her expression
ME: i don’t get it
FRANK: when she saw us enter their compound; she has this face that shows that she don’t want you to know their house. Also, she never calls you any love or pet name while you keep on calling her baby. Even the gift, she was damned interested to accept it but decided to play lover girl that was why i pulled that stunt to prove my guess right
I was silent for some seconds; i never noticed all that frank just said except that of the gift. There is no way that i will believe that Tracy was playing me and i will not and never believe that
FRANK: if you doubt me, just take a look at what she said when she saw us, she said that you shouldn’t have taken the risk of visiting her, don’t you know that she wouldn’t take the risk even if you are sick?
ME: let’s change the topic please
FRANK: if you say so but i have told you what i saw

The doctor came about 20minutes later. He conducted some test on frank before treating his injury
DOCTOR: your hand is just a simple dislocation, it will heal within four days but make sure you always take these drugs as in scripted on the parks **he said handing him some drugs**. Don’t try to stress that your hand too much but always engage it in simple activities and always apply hot water to the area for quick and maximum heeling (he concluded and began to treat mine)
DOCTOR; the injury is just too much and some vain were affected. The injury was too deep that it touches your bone that was why the pain is severe. We have to mend your skin in three layers because the fat in your system is excess if not, it will lead to constant bleeding and subsequently began to decay **he explained**
I was frighten because he mentioned that my leg will began to decay and was infuriated that he decided to explain all those thing instead of proceeding with the treatment
ME: do you mean that my leg will decay?
DOCTOR: i didn’t say that, all i was trying to say was that if the injury is not properly treated and well taken care of, it will result to decay.
ME: what if it decays, what will be my fate?
DOCTOR: i am sorry, we are not praying for that to happen. I will try my best to ensure that, that doesn’t happen
ME: then go on with the treatment **i said as tears began to flow down my cheeks**
The doctor proceeded with the treatment, it was too painful but my current state makes me feel no pain. Frank kept assuring me that it will be okay but what i was thinking was that i will not be able to attend school for first two weeks of school resumption if at all my injury will not lead to anything else
The doctor left after he give me some drugs which he said will fasten the healing and will also relieve the pain and promised to be returning every day to check on my improvement. Frank stayed with me till it was getting dark before he left

I woke up the following day with severe pain; i couldn’t walk, so i have to crawl to the kitchen to prepare something.
The doctor came around 9am as he promised; he redressed my injury and gave me another medicine before he left. My uncle called me later in the afternoon
UNCLE: what happened to you? **he asked immediately i picked the call**
ME: i don’t understand
UNCLE: where did you go that you got yourself into injury?
ME: who told you that i got involved in an accident?
UNCLE: are you trying to deny it? The doctor called to tell me and you are trying to deny it. I want to know where you went and how the accident happened
ME: don’t worry; i will take care of myself
This man is always on my nerve trying to know about all my movements. Why will he be acting as if am his prisoner? But i am not going to tell him anything today
UNCLE: that was not the answer to my question
ME: why would you care to know?
UNCLE: you are asking me? I will have to give your father account of everything that happened
ME: i am sorry, i will not tell you anything
One thing with me was that i don’t walk out on elders and i don’t hang people calls or otherwise, i would have hang the call at that moment
UNCLE: what? **surprised**
ME: you heard me well
UNCLE: so it has gotten up to this?
ME: **silent**
UNCLE: you now have the guts to stand against me? Don’t worry, i must tell your dad and make sure that your freedom will be reduce to the lowest point **he said and hang the call**
His treats has no effect on me because the worst was what i have faced and anything more will bring back the former stubborn Ben. I don’t really care of what my dad will do but what i got from his treat was that he was responsible for my dad’s harsh decision on me but i don’t why he will do that
Frank later visited me in the evening; his company really lifted my spirit. I was very lively throughout his stay

The comments are not helping at all. Maybe the story is not interesting or not matured; i don’t know. But if it keeps on like this, i think i will have no other choice than to stop posting the remaining episodes.
