The Vow - Season 2 - Episode 67

Amar and Gauri arrive the temple in the morning to meet the family.
Some of the villagers look at them with judgment as they see Gauri's dress is torn at the shoulder.
Pardan asks what happened.
One of the men who chased them with a motorcycle tells everyone that Amar and Gauri spent the night in a cottage alone.
Amar explains that his car broke down.
The other men start judging them.
The village head tells them to allow Amar speak.
The men say they can't allow other villages to make fun of them because of Gauri's actions.
Pardan and his wife try to plead with them.
The men grab Gauri and tear her clothes.
Amar tries to go to her aid but he is held back by 3 men.
He struggles till he breaks free then he takes Gauri into the temple.
He takes Vermillion and pours on her head.
Everyone is shocked.
Amar tells them that now Gauri is his wife and nobody would dare to judge her again.


Later on, the family is back home.
Pardan thanks Amar for what he did for them and says he might have made things difficult for himself at home.
Amar says he knows but at least he saved a life.
Pardan says by marrying Gauri, Amar had connected their family with his.
Janke tells Amar that he is now her son in law.
Amar hugs her with tears in his eyes.
Janke says no mother would want her son to destroy his own life by trying to save another.
Pardan tells Amar to go back home and they will take care of Gauri.
Amar hugs them and says goodbye.


Divya asks Karan why he wants to leave when the family is celebrating a wedding.
She says she knows he's missing someone a lot but he doesn't have to leave.
He turns to leave and she holds his hand.
She tells him that he can't leave and he should just tell her his problem so that she can help him.
He says he will definitely tell her the problem when the time is right.


Amar calls Divya to tell her that he's on his way but he still needs to submit the property papers before coming to her.
She asks if he has told Gauri everything.
He says yes.
The look of guilt is on his face as he tells himself that he will explain all to her when he sees her.
She tells him that Bharat and Aditi will be getting married later in the day so it's a good thing that he would be there.


Gauri wakes up from her sleep.
The family is gathered at her bedside.
She touches her head and sees the vermilion.
She says she married to Shivam.
She falls unconscious.


The ceremony is about to begin.
Guests have arrived and they are celebrating.

Divya goes to look for Karan in his room but he is gone.
She sees a photo under his pillow.
She picks it up and sees it's a photo of Aditi.


Aditi is getting her henna design done.
She looks nervous.
Bharat sees the look on her face.
He goes to her and assures her that Karan is gone and wouldn't be bothering her again.


Divya runs outside and sees Karan getting into his car.
She begs him to stop but he refuses.
The smirk on his face shows that everything is working according to his plan.

Divya stops a taxi and goes after him.

Karan drives to a hill and parks his car.

Divya gets out of the taxi and she finds a note in Karan's car.
The note says the person he loved has betrayed him and her unfaithfulness will kill him.

Karan stands at the edge of the cliff and throws up several photos of Aditi.

Divya gets to the hill and sees one of Aditi's photos.
She picks it up and sees more as she continues going up the hill.
She sees Karan at the edge of the cliff acting like he is about to jump.
She holds him back and asks what Aditi did to him.
He says she's his wife.


Back at the house, the lady making the henna designs on Aditi's hands asks what her husband's name is so she can write his initials.
Divya walks in and says her husband's name is Karan.
She asks how Aditi could do such a thing; marry her brother and then try to marry someone else when she's still married.
She says Karan wanted to kill himself for her.
Everyone is shocked.

Divya asks Bharat why he didn't tell anyone the truth.
She asks Aditi why she had to do such a thing.
Aditi is crying.
Divya asks why she's doing everything.
Bharat says he will answer as it wasn't Aditi's fault but his.
He admits that he lied and apologises to them.
He says the reason for it was that Karan tortured Aditi and made her life hell and even wanted to burn her alive.
Divya says she has never known him to be a liar.
She says she knows all Bharat did like trying to get close to Aditi and putting Karan in jail just to get Aditi away from him.
Bharat tells Aditi to say the truth.
Aditi is crying.
She says the truth is she cheated on Karan and what she did with Bharat is wrong.
Bharat asks why she's lying.
Aditi says Karan loves her a lot and she must be punished for all she has done.
Bharat is deeply hurt.

Aditi walks away and Karan follows her.
He tells her that he would gladly accept her back in his life.
Aditi looks horrified as Karan hugs her.


Bharat is alone in his room.
He remembers Aditi's words and he breaks down in tears.

Karan takes Aditi to his room and slaps her.
She remembers how he came to her room earlier in the day as she was getting ready and he told her that she was still his wife.
He gripped her forcefully and asked if she thought he would hand her over to Bharat.
He also threatened to harm Bharat and go to any length to get Aditi back.

In the present, he grips her hand painfully and when she tries to scream, he covers her mouth.

Divya is in her room alone, wishing Amar was with her.


Janke asks her husband what they would tell Gauri when she wakes up to ask for Shivam.
Gauri walks in and asks for Shivam.
Pardan tells her that Shivam has gone away.
She asks where he went.
He says Shivam went to the city.
Gauri says he can't go.


Divya tells Amar everything over the phone.
He asks how Bharat could have done such a thing.
Divya says she doesn't understand how someone would get married to someone else in spite of being married.
Amar thinks of his situation with Gauri.
Divya says Karan has a big heart and accepted Aditi back but if it were her, she would never accept such a person back.
Amar panics.
He tells her that he would see her tomorrow.
He hangs up.


Karan continues to assault Aditi.
He breaks her bangles and stops her from crying out.


Divya hears the sound and runs to Karan's room.
She tells him that she heard a sound.
He tells her his bag fell and there is nothing wrong.
She leaves.


Bharat is walking along the corridor.
Aditi walks out of the room to pick her ointment from the floor.
He sees her and when he tries to talk to her, Karan comes out and blocks him.
