Twist Of Fate - Season 1 - Episode 259

Abhi leaves the room without saying a word.
Pragya is confused.


Tanu tells Abhi that she can't believe Pragya's audacity to do such a thing.
Abhi walks away from her.
He asks himself how Pragya could do such a thing.

Pragya comes to him smiling.
Abhi walks away.
Pragya thinks he's probably just teasing her before surprising her.

Rachna comes to Pragya to ask if Abhi was with her.
Pragya says he was.
Rachna says they were all waiting to see Abhi propose to her but now he has done it in private.
Pragya is shocked.
Rachna tells her that it was all Grandmother's plan and it will give Nikhil and Tanu the shock of their lives.


Grandmother tells Rachna to bring the cake so Pragya can cut it.
Tanu wonders if Abhi would say something.
Pragya is beaming.


Rachna brings the cake and Pragya cuts it.
Tanu asks Pragya for the reason why she's celebrating; because it's her birthday or another reason?
Pragya asks what she means.
Tanu says Pragya embarrassed her family and she's shameless.
Pragya tells her to stop beating around the bush.
Tanu tells Abhi to come and ask Pragya why she did something so hurtful to him.
Everyone is listening.

Pragya tells Abhi to ask her what he wants to know.
Abhi is quiet.
Tanu asks Pragya why she cheated on Abhi and had an affair with another man.
Pragya is stunned.
Tanu says Pragya even had the guts to invite her boyfriend over and had a romantic time with him in the room.
Pragya tells her it's enough.
Tanu tells everyone that Pragya has an immoral character just like she had an affair with Suresh some time ago.
She tells them that this current boyfriend is also a geek.
Pragya tells Tanu that what she's saying is not true and it's just borne out of her hatred and rivalry.


The fake boyfriend is standing nearby.
Tanu says she also knows that Pragya was carrying the guy's child and terminated the pregnancy.
Pragya gives her a slap.

Tanu says Pragya would pay for slapping her.
She asks the fake boyfriend if Pragya didn't invite him and if she's not his girlfriend.
The guy says Pragya didn't invite him and she doesn't even know him.
Tanu asks why he was dancing with her like that and who invited him.
Grandmother says it's a party and people dance with others.
Tanu asks him again who invited him to such a high-class party.
He doesn't answer.
Tanu says Pragya invited him.
She asks what his name is.
He gives her his very long name, beginning with Champak.
Tanu says he sent Pragya flowers.
Pragya says Abhi sent her the flowers.
Tanu says Abhi didn't send them and he was also surprised as he saw the name on the cards.
Pragya is shocked.

Tanu brings one of the cards and reads out the note bearing the guy's name.
She tells him not to deny.
Pragya says she knows Tanu is responsible for all that is happening.
Tanu says Pragya's game is over.
Pragya says even if the guy bought flowers and wrote notes, it doesn't prove anything but how he feels about her.
Tanu says she has proof.
Pragya tells her to show it to everyone.
Tanu brings the envelope and says it's the evidence that shows Pragya goes to see Champak regularly.
She shows the photos to Grandmother and the other members of the family.
They are photoshopped photos of Pragya and Champak.


Grandmother is shocked.
Pragya looks at the photos and says they are fake.
She begs Champak to tell everyone that the photos are fake.
He asks why she's saying so when she was just telling him the day before that she loves him.
He says he knows she didn't invite him but he couldn't stay away on her birthday.
She says she knows Tanu put him up to it.
He says he loves her and doesn't understand why she is ashamed of him.
Pragya tells him to keep quiet.
The party guests leave.

Pragya says she knows Nikhil, Tanu and Champak are trying to frame her and she doesn't care about them.
She goes to Abhi and asks why he's keeping quiet.
Abhi has tears in his eyes and he's unable to look at Pragya.
She asks him to tell them that if she was having an affair, he would know about it.
She tells him to say something as his silence is killing her because she would never do something like this.
Abhi is still quiet.
She says if he stands by her side, she can face anything and he should just tell her that he believes in her.
He says he was going to give her something special and he was going to propose to her; she has treated his family badly these few months and in spite of that, he was still going to propose.
Praya is shocked
Abhi says when she came as Villain lady, he was sure his Fatty was still in there somewhere and he was hoping she would change her ways.
Tanu asks Pragya why she's rubbing salt in Abhi's wounds
She says she will no longer allow Pragya to hurt Abhi and she has no right to stay in the house anymore, so she should leave.
Pragya tells Abhi to look her straight in the eyes and tell her she cheated on him and she's having an affair with the man.
Abhi says yes she is having an affair with the man and has cheated on him; she betrayed his love and trust and turned everything to dust.
Tanu asks Pragya why she wants to continue to lie.
Pragya looks at Abhi and says it's true she's having an affair with the man and meeting him in secret because he looks out for her and trusts her unconditionally.
Abhi raises his hand to slap her.
Grandmother stops him.
Abhi walks away.
Pragya sinks to the ground, heartbroken.


Nikhil and Tanu are with Champak in Tanu's room.
Nikhil gives Champak his money.
Champak says it's the easiest money he ever made as he just had to pretend not to know Pragya at first then pretend he got caught out and Pragya made it easy for him.
Nikhil thanks him and says he may go.
Champak says he's going back to his wife.

When he leaves the room, Mitali is hiding by the door.
She asks herself why she failed to realise that he was hired by Tanu and Nikhil.

Pragya is in Grandmother's room.
Grandmother tells her to go back to her room.
Pragya says she wants to stay with her as she doesn't want to see Abhi who hurt her.
Grandmother says Tanu brainwashed Abhi to turn against her.
She tells Pragya she has already overcome so much so she needs to keep fighting and do all she can to fix the situation.
She tells her to go back to her room and show Tanu that she's still Abhi's wife and needs to take care of her husband otherwise Tanu would jump at the opportunity.


Mitali tells herself that she needs to find Pragya and tell her everything.
She asks Robin for Pragya.
He says he saw her earlier talking to Tanu but she's in the kitchen now.


Tanu is the person in the kitchen.
Mitali enters and the light is turned off.
She sees Tanu and thinks it's Pragya.
She tells her that she saw Tanu and Nikhil giving Champak his money.
She says she would support Pragya who is a member of the family and Tanu is no one as she is not even married to Abhi.
She says she would help to prove that It was all a plot to bring her down.
Tanu blows chili powder in Mitali's eyes.
Mitali cries out in pain.
Tanu warns her not to say anything to Pragya otherwise she would set her up the same way she did Pragya.



Pragya enters the room
Abhi stands up from the bed and goes to sit on the chair.
Pragya sits on the bed.
Abhi walks up to her and tells her to put on her glasses.
She's surprised.
They both have tears in their eyes.
Abhi says he wants to see where he went wrong as he can't believe she's just a shameless person and even blabbed about her relationship in front of everyone.
She tries to talk but he tells her to keep quiet as he allowed her to speak earlier.
He says she took all the hope he had that his Fatty would return to him and she left him completely hopeless.
She tries to touch him but he tells her not to.
He says he was going to admit his love to her today and she completely shattered his trust and he doesn't know if he can ever forgive her.
He asks what she saw in that man that made her fall for him.
She says sometimes the truth is not as it seems.
He says he will have to punish himself for her mistake.
She holds him and begs him not to punish himself but punish her if he truly believes she did it.
She hugs him.
