Zee world: 'Twist of Fate' Season 1 Episode 214 Recap - Aired: Thursday 29 June 2017

Grandmother and Rachna see Tanu walking towards Abhi's room.
Rachna says she might try to emotionally blackmail him.
Grandmother says they have to do something.
She calls Ronnie and tells him about Tanu.

Ronnie runs to Tanu and stops her from entering Abhi's room.
Tanu says she wants to go in.
Ronnie says she doesn't have an appointment and can't go in.
She tries to push her way past him but he frustrates all her efforts.



Pragya meets with Purab.
He says they need to act fast.
Pragya says she will put pressure on Tanu to help them get the name of the person working with Alia.


Abhi opens his door and asks Ronnie what he's doing standing there.
Ronnie says he's waiting for Pragya.
Abhi tells him to say the truth.
He asks where Tanu went.
Ronnie points in the direction.



Tanu is in Alia's room wondering what to do.
She hears Abhi calling her and she tells herself that she has to make use of the opportunity.
She starts packing her things.

Abhi enters and asks what she's doing.
She says he doesn't want to get married so what's the use of staying in the house especially as he has proven he doesn't need her and her baby.
She says she will give the baby up but won't let anyone know he's the father.
Abhi tells her not to be like that.
She asks if he will marry her or not.
He doesn't respond.

She moves away to sit down.
Abhi joins her and says he likes to speak the truth and the truth is he's not in love with her but he would marry her the right way and he doesn't want to marry her while he has feelings for someone else so he needs time.
She asks how long.
He tells her to give him a week.
She hugs him and tells him to take his time.


Abhi is confused.
Pragya sees him and he stares at her.
He tells himself that he needs to end it.
He grabs Pragya and tells her to forget all her feelings for him.



Tanu is thinking about Abhi and if he would really marry her.
She plans that after marriage, she would help him get his property back.

Pragya enters the room to ask if she knows why Abhi is upset.
Tanu says maybe Abhi doesn’t want to see her.

Pragya says Alia was her best friend so she should know the person working with Alia.
Tanu asks why she thinks they want to kill her.
Pragya says she was only talking about the forged papers but since she mentioned it, does she know who tried to kill her?
Tanu says she doesn't know anything.
Pragya says if she doesn't tell her and she finds out she knows something, then she will call off her wedding to Abhi.


Pragya goes to Grandmother and tells her she didn't get anything out of Alia so she gave the same deal to Tanu who still doesn't want to comply.
She says she knows the person helping Alia is in the house with them.


Pragya enters the room to find Abhi packing up her things.
She asks what he's doing.
He says he doesn't have to answer her questions.
She asks what's going on.
He says he has done some thinking and he wants to make changes.
She asks why he's doing all that
He says he has decided it would be better he breaks all ties with her and throws her out of his life.
She asks for the reason he's doing it.
He says he has a reason and he doesn't want to see any of her stuff otherwise he would have to go stay somewhere else.

Tanu is pacing about the balcony.

Aunt Indu tells Grandmother that she's sure Tanu is up to something and they should go and ask her.
Grandmother says they should leave her alone.
Aunt Indu says it's as if Grandmother doesn't care about the woman carrying her great-grandchild.
She drags her to Tanu and asks Tanu what's wrong.
Tanu says she's fine.
Aunt Indu says she looks pale and she must be worried about her wedding.
Tanu nods.
Aunt Indu asks if Grandmother will allow Tanu have her baby outside wedlock
Grandmother says she will get them married before the baby comes.
Aunt Indu asks when she would talk to Abhi.
Grandmother says she will do it now.

When they leave, Tanu makes a phone call and says she wants to see the person.
Ronnie sees her and calls Pragya on the phone.



Pragya is looking at a photo of Abhi and crying.
Ronnie tells her about the call Tanu made.


Tanu is in her room, sending a text message on her phone.
She leaves for the bathroom.

Pragya enters the room and picks up the phone to read the message.
As Pragya is leaving the room, Tanu sees her and asks what she's doing.
Pragya says she came to ask for Abhi.
Tanu tells her to go and look for him.


Abhi is at a restaurant.
Some fans come to request for a selfie but Abhi tells them to leave him alone.

Purab joins Abhi and asks what’s wrong.
Abhi says he needs to forget Pragya and get away from her.
Purab says he thought things were getting better.
Abhi says he's marrying Tanu and can't have feelings for Pragya.
Purab tells him it's love and he's lucky that he can see Pragya unlike him who cannot see Bulbul.
Abhi says if Purab can survive without his love then he should also learn to survive without his.

He leaves to use the bathroom.




Pragya is in a car following Tanu.

Purab decides to tell Pragya about what Abhi shared with him.
Pragya calls him to tell him she's following Tanu who is going to see the person helping her and Alia.
Purab tells her to please take care of herself.



Tanu gets to a dark place and stops

Pragya tells her Taximan to wait for her.


Nikhil meets up with Tanu.
Tanu asks why he chose that place.
He says he wants to be able to give her a hug.
He gives her a hug.

Pragya is watching but can't see his face.


Nikhil asks Tanu if she needs his help.
Tanu says Alia is in jail.

Pragya accidentally pushes the gate she was leaning on and it falls down.

The sound makes Tanu and Nikhil jump


Tanu says she has to go and look.


Purab arrives at the same place to look for Pragya but he doesn't see her.
He decides to call Tanu to find out where she is.
He calls Tanu and she tells him she's at a birthday party.
She hangs up before he can ask for an address.

Nikhil covers his head with a shawl and pulls Tanu out of the party.


Purab gets home to tell Grandmother everything.
Rachna is with them.
Grandmother asks why he left Pragya all by herself.
Purab says he was with Abhi and Pragya only called him when she was already at the place with Tanu.
He says Abhi is trying to get over Pragya and might have succeeded.
Rachna says Abhi loves Pragya and won't be able to get over her like that.



Pragya sees someone with the same shawl Nikhil had on and she pulls it only to see it's Abhi.
Abhi asks her what she's doing at the party.

Pragya sees the other person with the shawl walking with Tanu.
