'Twist of Fate' Season 1 Episode 213 Recap - Aired: Wednesday 28 June 2017

Alia and Tanu come downstairs.
Alia says she hopes Pragya has left the house as its almost 10 am.
She calls everyone downstairs and tells Mitali to go and fetch Pragya.
She tells Aunt Pami to go and make her breakfast.

Pragya comes downstairs and Mitali shouts at her to go and bring her stuff.
The look Pragya gives her makes her scared.




Alia tells Tanu that Pragya will definitely apologise to her because she has nowhere to go.
Tanu says she wants to slap her and drag her out.

Pragya walks past them and goes to sit down.
Alia tells her to pack her bags and leave.
Pragya asks what will happen if she doesn't.
Alia says she will throw her out herself.
Pragya tells her to go ahead.
Alia yells for Akash, Raj and Robin.



Abhi hears Alia from upstairs and prays that his grandmother doesn't hear her.

Grandmother comes out of the room and Abhi tells her not to go downstairs because Alia is throwing Pragya out.
Grandmother says she can handle it.


Alia tells Raj and everyone that Pragya has ignored her and she will be forced to humiliate her.
She tells Raj to drag her out.
Pragya says she won't let anyone touch her.
Alia reminds her that nobody will listen to her anymore.
Pragya says she will show them who the boss is.
Alia tells Raj to throw her out.
Pragya says she can sense that Alia is scared and nervous.
Alia's fear shows.

Pragya tells her that she knows she replaced Abhi's name with hers on the document.
Alia says Pragya has no evidence.
Pragya tells her that in the game of chess, if you underestimate your boss, you will get played.
She says she knew Alia and others were plotting to hurt Abhi and if she had said something even Abhi wouldn't have believed her so she planted the papers for Alia to find.
Alia tells her it’s a fantastic story.



She sits on the chair Pragya was sitting on earlier and tells her to come up with a good climax for her story.
She asks for proof.
Pragya says she has proof and witnesses in the house.
She tells Ronnie to bring them in.

Purab walks in and some lawyers follow.
Alia panics and Pragya asks why she looks pale.
Alia says she has never seen the lawyers before.
Pragya takes some photos from Purab and shows them to Alia saying telling her that they are photos of her meeting with the lawyers and changing the name on the document.
She says she even has videos.
Alia tears the photos and asks Pragya what she will do now.

Pragya tells Purab to keep the copies of the photos.
Alia asks Purab why he's helping Pragya.

Purab says all Alia does is lie and he can never help her because she makes him sick.
Alia threatens Pragya and lunges at her but Abhi drags her back.

His eyes are red as he asks her when she will grow up and change.
He says he gave her everything but she tricked him and with what she has done, he's forced to hate her; there are no ties between them as she never even considered him as her brother so he doesn't want to hear her name as she is dead to him.
He apologises to his dead parents for failing to make his sister a human being.
He tells her he couldn't fulfil the responsibility his parents gave him but he has to fulfil one now.
He makes a call to the police to come to his house.



Everyone stares at him in shock.

The police arrive and take Alia away.
There is no remorse on her face.


Grandmother goes to console Abhi.
He says Alia should have known better.
He says he completely failed to teach Alia good values and he wonders how his parents would feel that he sent his sister to jail.
Grandmother tells him that it's not his fault.
Purab tells Abhi that Alia never valued him as her brother so he shouldn't feel bad.
He says they have Pragya to thank for exposing Alia

Abhi looks at Pragya.
She is almost in tears so she turns away from him.



He goes to her and says ‘Thank you’ for helping him see he had an enemy even though she hurt him in the process.
Pragya says she just wanted him to see the truth.
He says he wants the Pragya he fell in love with back.
Pragya says it's not the right time yet as she still needs to find the people who killed Bulbul and the people who Alia was working with and she needs money and power to do that.
She says as soon as they are found she will do whatever he wants.

Tanu says Pragya is just trying to deceive them again.
Abhi asks Pragya why she didn't tell him earlier.
Pragya says she was waiting for the result of the fingerprints test but someone stole it.
She says she has to find the decorator as he would have the answers.


Pragya is in the room unpacking her suitcase.
Abhi enters the room furious about the game she's playing.
Pragya says she had to do it to make him see what's going on around him because he wouldn't have believed it otherwise.




Tanu comes to see Alia in jail.
Alia asks if she came to bail her out.
Tanu says she had to find a way to come and see her and Raj refused to come because Abhi threatened to jail whoever bails her out.
Alia asks if she will be held overnight.
Tanu says it's for a week.
Alia threatens to kill Pragya.
Tanu tells her she will go to jail for a long time.
Alia begs Tanu to help her.
Tanu says she will try her best to bail her out.




Raj is worried that Pragya will find out about his involvement.
He sees Pragya and thanks her for helping them put Alia away.

Tanu sees them talking.

Raj tells Pragya to let him know if she needs help in finding Bulbul's killers.

Pragya thanks him but says she can't involve anyone else in her fight.

Tanu is upset that Raj switched sides.


Pragya takes a glass of juice upstairs but she stands at the door wondering how to answer Abhi's questions.
Abhi sees her shadow and pulls her into the room.
He asks if she won't answer his question.
She shows him both dolls and says Fatso has the answer.

He picks up Fatso when Pragya runs away.
He tells Fatso that he will wait till Pragya tells him what he wants to know.

Pragya watches him and vows to tell him her true feelings in a few days.



Tanu confronts Raj.
He says he's trying to gain Pragya's trust and he doesn't want them to be seen talking together.
Tanu accuses him of trying to get rid of her instead of helping her.

Mitali sees them talking and tells Tanu that she won't let her bother Raj.
Raj says Tanu told him she wasn't scared of Mitali.
He walks away and Mitali warns Tanu to stay away from her husband otherwise she would end up in jail like Alia.


Next morning, Pragya goes to visit Alia in jail.
She says she knows Alia is used to sleeping on a bed but if she doesn't change her ways, she will remain in jail.
Alia asks if she came to make fun of her.
Pragya teases her and says she has no one to share her feelings with.
Alia asks what she wants.
Pragya says she has a deal for her that can get her out of jail if she can give her the name of the person working with her.
Alia says she won't fall into her trap.
Pragya says the offer was a one-off.
She asks the inspector to let her know all of Alia's visitor's details.
She leaves.
