It's the crack of dawn in Aji.
Folake and Senami are on their way to the corper's lodge.



Folake says it's too early and it seems Senami is avoiding someone.
Senami says she's not avoiding anything.
Folake says Senami can't even mention his name.
She says something happened abi?



Senami says nothing happened.
Folake says Senami couldn't even wait to tell him she was leaving.
Senami says it's not a big deal and if something happens, Folake will be the last person she would tell as she has a big mouth.



Folake asks if Kingsley told her anything about last night.
Senami asks what there is to tell.
Folake says she was just roaming around the house and Kingsley caught her in his room
Senami asks if that is nothing.



Folake says she saw a woman's shoe in his car and the driver said it was his wife's own
Senami asks what's wrong with that.




They get to the lodge and see furniture strewn outside.
The enter the lodge and it's the same situation; everything is upside down.

Folake says they even broke the roof in the bedroom.
Senami says Otogan promised her she would be safe.



Folake says maybe it's the vandals from the other village.
She takes photos.
Petunia is at home with Fonton.
She asks him if he has rehearsed his answers for the elders' Council meeting.



Fonton says if he's asked about the fake drugs and neighbourhood watch, he will put the blame on Half-a-day.



Petunia says he's the one they would ask and not Half-a-day.
Fonton says he didn't ask for all this, now Half a day has landed him in trouble.



Petunia tells him to calm down.
She tells him it's an opportunity for him to show the people how he would behave when he becomes Chief.



She advises him to tell them that he's doing everything because Otogan is never around.
Fonton says it's true that Otogan is never around, coupled with the mini stroke he has.
Petunia tells him to say he did it for the good of the people.



Fonton asks what he would say about the fake drugs.
Petu says he would tell them that his agent in Lagos duped him but he's working on it.
He says what if they don't believe him.



She gets upset and asks why he's asking stupid questions.
Fonton says this wasn't his plan and things are out of hand.
Petu tells him to just go and do as they agreed.
Senami and Folake come to the Palace.



They see Obi outside.
He asks why they are carrying bags.
Senami says the lodge was vandalised.
Folake asks where Chief is.
Obi says he's resting
They get inside the palace



Senami tells Otogan that the lodge has been vandalised.
Otogan asks how it's possible.
Senami says it's obvious as the villagers have it out for her.
Otogan asks what Fonton and his boys are doing.



He asks why she came back to the lodge.
Senami says she moved back to be closer to the clinic.
Otogan tells her to go back to Kingsley's place while he sorts out the issue.



Obi asks if there is anything he can do.
Otogan says he already sent for Fonton over the fake drug issue and when he comes they will ask him about this one too.


Senami says there are other pending issues that need to be dealt with.
Otogan asks what they are.
Senami says her grandmother's missing body and the missing blood issues.



Senami and Folake return to Kingsley's place.
Folake complains that Senami made her workout for nothing.
Kingsley meets them n the living room.
He tells Senami that he thought her room looked bare.



She says she wanted to move out but the lodge has been vandalised so she's back.
He asks why.
She says she doesn't know why they vandalised the place.



He asks why she moved out.
She says he knows why.
He says he's sorry.
She says he doesn't have to apologise.
He says he does as she doesn't feel comfortable enough to call his place her home and Folake told him how antisocial he is.



Folake says she didn't mean it like that.
He says maybe they should invite Senami's friends over for dinner.


Senami says it's not necessary.
Folake says it's a good idea.
He asks if she will handle it.
She's says she will plan the party.
Senami takes her bags to her room.



Folake asks Kingsley if his driver can take her around to get the things she needs for the party or is the driver busy and has to return the shoe?
He tells her to just give him a list of all she needs.
Oviyon is getting drunk at the palmwine joint.
Sulah asks him if he's okay.



Oviyon asks for one more keg.
Sulah goes to get it.
Oviyon sees the boy.
Oviyon laughs and asks Sulah to bring 3 kegs instead.



Sulah brings one. He looks at Oviyon with worry.
Oviyon asks for 3 kegs.
Obi takes a walk away from the Palace with his fake parents



He gives them a list of things to memorise.
They tell him it's not necessary..
He says he worked too hard for 2 amateurs to come and ruin things for him.



Oviyon is staggering home.
Kingsley car stops beside him.
Kingsley winds down his window and says if anyone had told him Oviyon would return from Lagos as a failure and become the village drunk, he would have said it was a stretch but look at him.



He says luckily the position of village drunk hasn't been filed for many years.
Oviyon laughs and says 'He's gone.'
Kingsley asks when he started drinking as it's not even mid day.



He asks if that was why Senami dumped him.
He says he can tell why she didn't mention his name when they were deciding who to invite to their party.



Oviyon asks what party.
Kingsley rolls up his glass and car moves.
Obi calls Dr. Jide to complain about the 'Yeye actors' he hired that can't even stick to their script.



Dr. Jide says they are talented and professionals.
Obi asks where the talent is.
Dr Jide asks to speak with them..
Obi gives the man.



Dr. Jide tells him to remember no mater what, he shouldn't leave the palace and as soon as the job is done, they will get their money.
Otogan meets them outside and asks Obi why he's not taking his parents around Aji.
Obi says he's about to.



Otogan says he will take them as he needs to stretch his legs.
Obi tells him not to worry as he can take them.
Otogan says there is no need as he's taking a walk himself.



He tells his servant to inform the elders that the meeting has been delayed by 2 hours.
He calls him back to tell him to inform all the elders except Fonton.



He leaves with the parents.
Oviyon comes to the clinic.
He sees Seyive and Senami outside.
Oviyon holds Seyive and calls her Senami.
Seyive runs back into the clinic.



Senami asks if he's drunk.
Oviyon says he's cured, he found the magic formula, he drinks and the boy disappears.
Senami says he should have gone for the brain scan.


Oviyon says he handled it himself and nobody helped him.
Senami looks at him with pity.
He asks if she's calling him stupid and that's the reason she didn't invite him to her party?
She asks what party.



He burps and tells her the party is going to be fine.
He says she's very special because she will break up in the morning and party in the evening.
She says he must have heard from Folake.
She turns to go back into the clinic.
He says he's warning her to be careful of that boy.



She says she's warning him too to get sober.
Fonton gets to the Palace.
The guards tells him that Otogan is not around.
He asks for the other elders.
They tell him they are not around.
He says he would leave then.



They tell him that Otogan asks that he waits.
He asks for a chair.
They say Otogan left instructions that they shouldn't bring any chair out when he's not around again.


He asks what he should do.
They tell him to stand and wait.
He exclaims and sits down on the floor.
