Movie Story: Jemeji - Season 1 - Episode 90

Fonton asks if he's talking to deaf people.
He asks Dr Jide what the files in his hands are.
Dr. Jide says they are Otogan's medical reports.
He asks Obi if Fonton was the one with Otogan when he fainted.
Obi confirms.
Dr. Jide says Otogan doesn't want the issue made public.
Fonton says people won't hear from him.
Dr. Jide thanks him and says he is grateful Fonton was the one there when it happened.
Fonton asks if he thinks Otogan will be fine.
Dr. Jide says he just needs rest.
Dr Jide tells Obi to make sure everything they discussed is followed to the letter.
He leaves.
Fonton says the gods of their land will not allow Otogan to die.
Obi says amen.
Senami is at Kingsley's place, looking inside the gift bag.
Folake comes in and Senami drops the bag
Folake complains about how dry the village is.
Kingsley walks in and gives Senami a file
He says it's their next project and he wants her to read the file and get familiar.
She says okay.
He tells her there will be a test.
When he leaves, Folake asks Senami if she and Kingsley are having a fight, seeing as she 'sq££zed' her face.
Senami gives her the gift bag.
Folake asks why she is upset.
Senami says he indicated an interest in her.
Folake asks why she is upset that a man like Kingsley likes her; he drives her anywhere she wants, gives her money for the clinic anytime she asks and he's allowing her to say in his house free of service charge.
Senami asks if there is a service charge.
Folake laughs and says life isn't fair.
Senami says nothing can happen between them as they work and live together.
Folake asks why.
Senami says it will be messy.
Folake asks if she's waiting for Oviyon to come back.
Senami says that's not it.
Folake says she wants a 'Yes' or 'No' answer; does she find Kingsley attractive?
Senami says he's okay.
Folake tells her to step aside since she doesn't like him so that those who have eyes for good things can step in.
She grabs the gift bag and Senami takes it from her.
Folake tells her to just accept.
At Mausi's shrine, Akweyon carries her bowl of food.
Mausi asks where she is taking all that food because it looks like she is still taking food to iya Minasu who is dead.
Akweyon stares at her.
Mausi tells her to eat in front of her.
Akweyon drops the bowl and starts eating.
Mausi tells her to be careful.
Akweyon looks upset.
Iya Francis comes to the palace but a guard tells her that she can't see Otogan.
She starts shouting for Otogan to come out.
Fonton comes out to tell her she can't see him because he's resting.
He asks her to tell him whatever problem she has so he can help her.
She says a lady forcefully collected yams from another lady.
Fonton says he will make sure the woman is flogged in the market square.
Iya Francis says it's a good thing because it was her yams that were collected by Petu.
Fonton exclaims.
He tells her to go home while he sorts it out.
Seyive comes to the hut holding a small doll.
Neza thinks it's a voodoo doll and starts to pray against any spirit of voodoo fashioned against him.
Seyive assures him that's it's just a doll and she brought it to show Akweyon because they used to play with it as kids.
Neza says Akweyon has no family or friends, she's so lonely that she's friends with him.
Seyive asks if she told him they were friends.
Akweyon enters the hut.
She kneels beside Neza and examines his eyes.
Seyive shows her the doll.
Akweyon storms off.
Obi calls Dr. Jide from outside the palace to ask when he will be coming back.
Dr .Jide says he will be back soon.
Obi is anxious.
Folake comes to meet him.
She says she wants to see Otogan.
Obi tells her he had a mini stroke but she shouldn't tells anyone.
She asks how he's taking it.
He says he's worried.
She assures him that he will be okay.
Obi says Otogan has been waiting for his long lost son so what if he (Obi) breaks his heart again.
Seyive follows Akweyon into the forest.
She tries to talk to her but Akweyon struggles with her.
Seyive says she knows it's her fault for not telling the truth that day.
She begs for her forgiveness and says even if she won't forgive her, she should come for a test at the clinic because if anything happens to Akweyon, it will kill her (Senami).
Akweyon takes the doll from Seyive and looks at it.
She turns to Seyive and gives her a tight hug.
Half-a-day is with Petunia in Fonton's living room.
She suggests they get a place where people can pay their levy.
She says Fonton is all talk and no action but they have to put him in the forefront as he's an elder in the village and people respect him; they will leave him in front while they will be behind doing their own thing.
He asks what they will be doing.
She says she doesn't know but she wants him to know she loves how he does things
She is rubbing his shoulder as she speaks.
She says he can tell her anything he wants to and nobody will hear it.
He gets the message so he stands up and takes off his shirt.
Fonton walks and screams 'Petunia!'
Petunia jumps up.
Half-a-day casually strolls out of the house.
Fonton asks Petunia why Half-a-day took off his shirt in their living room.
She tells him not to say what she thinks he's thinking.
She says she told Half-a-day to help her check the roof to see where it's leaking from.
Fonton asks why he had to take off his shirt for that.
She says as Fonton didn't put AC or ceiling fan in the house, what did he expect?
She says she's leaving the house as she can't take what he's accusing her of.
He gets on his knees and begs her not to leave him as he will be finished.
Folake asks Obi when he's getting married to Glory.
Obi says they are taking it slow.
Dr. Jide returns and tells Obi that they need to talk about his father.
At Jonah's place in Lagos, Oviyon regains consciousness.
Jonah and Geoffrey are with him.
He asks what happened.
Jonah tells him that he fainted.
Oviyon says things are not okay at all.
Geoffrey tells him to call when he's ready to get back to work.
Geoffrey leaves and Jonah asks Oviyon what's wrong.
Oviyon says he has to go back as he tried everything, even went to the scene of the accident but nothing is working; Lagos is not home anymore.
The little boy, who is in a corner of the room, smiles.
Folake enters the Palace and doesn't see anyone.
Otogan staggers in and sits on his throne.
He asks for water and she serves him a glass.
Dr. Jide and Obi rush in.
Dr. Jide asks Folake what she has done.
She says she didn't do anything.
Dr. Jide tells Otogan to come to the room and rest.
Otogan says he wants to see the mark.
Dr. Jide says now is not the time.
Otogan says he wants to see the mark now!
Obi takes off his trousers and the mark is there.
Otogan smiles and says 'Miyise, my son.'
