♥Ethan’s POV♥

I smiled as i admire the diamond ring in my hand, am gonna propose to Chloe on her birthday night, it will gonna be a perfect moment again, am gonna make her my wife, we’ll get marry and have another baby but this time i would never allow Jasmine close to her, i don’t care if she’s her sister or not. I’ll make sure i love and protect Chloe.

“mom isn’t this gonna be more amazing if i propose to her on her birthday night? i asked while mom smile.

“am starting to like Chloe now, it will gonna be perfect, my son will gonna get married soon. I wish your baby is still alive,” she said while i smile sadly.

“don’t worry mom, you’ll soon get another grandchild,” i said while she smiled.

“but Ethan, i need to tell you something,” she said while i looked at her.

“okay mom,” i said while she kept mute.

“well, it nothing i wish you happy married life with Chloe in advance,” she said while i smile, i saw the saddness in her face, maybe this isn’t what she wanted to tell me but i wave it off.

“i have not even propose to her yet, well thank you so much mom,” i said while she smile back.

⏩ I smiled as i walked downstairs, Chloe birthday is just in three day times and i couldn’t be more happier. I sat down on the sofa and kept admiring the ring i bought.

“hey Ethan what the ring for? Declan asked as he walked in.
“you’re home,” i said while he moved closer and sat next to me.

“are you gonna propose to her? the ring look so beautiful and expensive, he said while i nodded.

” Am proposing to Chloe i can’t wait to get married to her,” i said while he smile.

‘wow Ethan. Chloe deserves the best am so happy so when are you gonna propose to her? he asked.

“well on her birthday, i want to bring a smile on her face and i hope she forget about the past as we start another chapter of our lives together.

?Declan’s POV?

I make sure Ethan is his room and the house was quiet. I went to meet dad in his study room as i told him about Ethan plan to propose to Chloe on her birthday

“don’t worry dad, everthing is plan…. I hate Ethan and i hate the fact that his mother killed my mom. Blood will be paid with blood, a mother for a mother because i’ll surely be the one to kill Lynn,” i said while dad smiled.

“that’s good you Declan, i guess you have to get rid of Lynn immediately but don’t hurt Ethan he’s still your brother and also my son even thou i don’t like him so much. Just make sure you ruined his plans during her birthday,” he said while i nodded.

“Lynn will gonna pay for killing my mom, she don’t know how much i hate her now and as for Ethan i’ll never allow him marry Chloe not when am still alive well it a good thing Jasmine was smart enough to get rid of their baby. Chloe likes me already i have to make use of this chance.

“okay dad, goodnight,” i said then walked back to my room.

?Nicholas POV?

Declan is gradually taking my steps and i like that… all i want is for him to kill Lynn, she knows about my secret and she have to die before she expose it. I know Anton trust me, i guess it time i know what’s he’s up to now, i have been so busy with work to gist with him as we use to do during those old times.

“poor Anton you keep taking everyone away from me well it my turn to torment you now,” i laughed. I picked up my phone to call my personal bit-ch .
“hello Karen,” i said into the phone.

“hi,” she said.

“everything is done, don’t worry about Chloe… for now cos her days her numbered,” i said while she laughed.

“okay then, let meet at the hotel, at room 101,” i said.

“hotel, at room 101. Anton might suspect me please Nicholas not today am not in the mood for all this,” she said.

“spare me that trash you’re married to Anton but you’re mine and mine alone,” i said angrily.

“okay, i’ll be right their,” she said then hunged up, while i smirk.

?Jasmine’s POV?

I eavesdropped on Karen conversation.

“what will she doing in a hotel by this evening, is she cheating on my dad? I need to find out but am now scared, am scared someone might hurt me again i don’t want to die.

I have to do this, i’ll try to make it up to Chloe anyhow, i hope she forgives me oneday. I decided to follow her. The doorbell rang and i went and open it. I was surprise to see dad and Camille.

“have this,” dad said as he gave me an envelope. I open it, then read throu-ghit, my eyes were filled up with tears.?

“dad… what this for? i asked.
“you’ve seen it for yourself, it hight time you know the truth,” he said coldly.

“Am adopted,” i whisper then looked at Camille.

“yes Jasmine, i guess that’s why you’re this wicked, you’re just so different. You’re not even my child. I and Anton adopted you when you were born, your mother died during your delivery and your dad was long dead when your mom was still pregnant,” Camille said while i quickly hug-ged dad.
“no dad, please tell me you’re my father…” i cried while Karen walked up to us.

“what are you doing in my house? Karen asked Camille in hoarse voice.

“stay out of this Karen,” Anton warned.

“please dad, am your daughter, am your biological daughter, am not adopted,” i cried while i turn to mom Karen.

“you’re adopted? she asked looking at Anton.

“how is that even possible? she asked.

“just stay out of this,” dad yelled.

“but why did you insisted am your daughter? I asked Camille, her eyes were already filled up with tears.

“yes… because you’re my adopted daughter and i promise to take good care of you, i still love you so much but now i know how heartless you are and i don’t need you anymore,” she said.

“i also don’t need you too Jasmine, i have had enough of his stupid lifestyle, your evil deeds, since you can hurt Chloe and her baby what more of us. Your are leaving this house tomorrow morning. Am sorry Jasmine but you have to leave because am not your real father and i have had enough of you,” he said.

“it better we tell you the truth about who you are now,” Camille said then walked out in tears.

“dad.. i don’t believe this,” i cried.

“i hope you’ve seen the adoption papers which was done years ago, i need some rest,” dad said then walked to his room.

“poor Jasmine.. you’re not even his child,” mom Karen said then walked pa-ssed me, i wanted to follow her as plan but i couldn’t i kept staring at the adoption papers. He’s not even my father.

☀The next morning…☀

I wasn’t able to sleep, i had a sleepless night, i cried all night thinking about my life. So am an orphan all this while dad didn’t tell me. I got dressed ready to leave this house as his want, Sean and nanny hanny were already in tears pleading with dad but he gave them a deaf ears.

“even thou you’re not my biological dad, thank you for acting like one, i’ll always love you daddy,” i said as my driver helped me take my luggage to the car. If am adopted that’s means Chloe is not even my biological sister.

I left the house with tears in my eyes, am gonna miss Sean and dad, this where i know as my home, this the place i grew up and has lots of memories attached to it.

⏩I arrived to Francis big mansion, ever since he saved me i was so foolish to have reject him, i warn him never to come close to me again but now i badly need his help.

“Francis,” i cried as i rushed to hug him but he stopped me.

“i heard what you did to Chloe.. you’re so horrible Jasmine. Even after i saved your life you didn’t thank me, you were so ungrateful and keep chasing me away from you. Jasmine i love you so much but you keep chasing me away and now am ready to stay away from you for good afterall you’re not a good person. Now leave my house,” he said pointing at the door.

“Francis.. please hear me out.. dad also chase out, he said he’s fed up with my attitude, he said am adopted… am an orphan,” i cried while Francis looked at me surprise.
“how is that possible? he asked.

“he showed me my adoption papers, Camille also said he’s right. I have no family,” i cried.

“well someone like you deserves that or even more than that, leave my house now,” he said while i left in tears. Am all alone now… his not even my dad, why didn’t he tell me right from the beginning that am adopted.. i would have know my stand…

I went to a hotel and check in, maybe i’ll stay here for the main time before i get a new house to myself.?…

Jasmine was truly adopted… ?
