Elsa woke up to an unbearable hunger, she was so hungry and weak, Even Rowena haven’t said a word to her since last night, apart from the fact that she’s sad about their mate, she was also tired and weak too.

Elsa didn’t bother to call her, she got up from the bed.

The room Grey brought her to last night was smaller than the one Jade was staying, but still it has a bed, something Elsa never imagined in even years to come, she’s sleeping on the bed.

As much as she would have loved to lay her back and just sleep, she couldn’t because she was starving seriously. That was when she realized that she had almost spent more than forty eight hours without either food or water.

She groaned and held her tummy before finding her way out of the room. As she walked, she was looking around, not as if she knows where exactly she was going but still she never something to eat or she might just die at that very moment.

Everyone she walked past kept staring at her, some would laugh and some would give her a disgusting look, well of course she knows she was looking crazy. Her long hair looked so scattered, her dress was half torn and covered with blood, she have no shoes on and her legs had dried blood all over, above all she was looking super small and skinny compared to everyone else in the castle.

But Elsa cared less that very moment, she need to eat first, even if it’s a fruit, just to save her life.

Suddenly, a sweet aroma from nowhere passed in front of her nose and she stopped

Meat!!! Rowena shouted and Elsa swallowed

When last has she smelt meat?? Talk more of eating it??

What are you waiting for?! Find it! Rowena said hungrily

Rowena,this is the Alpha’s castle, if we get caught,we are both dead Elsa said

If you don’t eat something, I can’t promise you anything, we will end up still dying Rowena replied and Elsa swallowed hard

She turned to where the aroma came from and began walking toward it.

Soon enough,she got to the kitchen and it was empty

“Where’s everyone?” Elsa muttered and her eyes caught with the boiled meat inside the bowl

hurry up and take one before anyone sees us Rowena said

Elsa’s stomach made a loud noise and without thinking twice, she rushed to the bowl and took one, she pushed the meat into her mouth at once, not minding the hotness, she began chewing and then took another one, she shoved it into her mouth again which became full at that.

She took the third one and turned to run out, she bumped into two bodies at the door and she fell on the floor.

Elsa looked up and her eyes widened when she saw Moonlight and Twilight glaring at her hatefully

She managed to swallow the one in her mouth

“How dare you!!” Moonlight yelled and slapped her immediately

Twilight grabbed her hair and dragged her out of the kitchen with it

“You thief!” She yelled before throwing her on the floor

“Ah” Elsa groaned in pain, tears rolling down her eyes

“You dare come into the kitchen to steal?!”

“I was just….hungry” Elsa said in tears

“You should just die of hunger!!” Moonlight yelled

Other maids were beginning to move closer toward the scene

Grey walked quietly beside Alpha Wang, Knight hasn’t showed up and Wang never called for him either.

There was total silence in the air until Wang broke it

“The girl we saw in the wood” he started

“The omega?” Grey asked and Wang nodded

“How did she left the dungeon?” He asked

“Oh…she was badly injured from silver cuts and she lost her consciousness……”

“Silver??” Wang asked

“Yes, so the beta ordered me to take her to lady Jade who healed her, I have no idea how she left the castle” Grey replied

you won’t ask how she got the cut? Adolph asked Wang

it’s none of my business Wang replied and Adolph growled angrily at him

Wang cut him off and continued walking.

Just then, they sighted the maids from afar joined together, then Moonlight and Twilight hitting someone on the floor

“What’s going on?” Grey muttered

The maids saw the alpha and immediately bowed

That was when Grey and Wang saw Elsa on the ground, she was crying and holding a piece of meat in her hand, her lips already got bursted from the slaps

“What the f**k” Grey mumbled unbelievably

“Morning Alpha” Twilight and Moonlight greeted with a bow

Elsa looked up as she heard that, her eyes met with Wang’s cold expressionless eyes and she didn’t look away

“What happened exactly? Who are you to treat her like that?!” Grey snapped at Moonlight and Twilight

“She’s a thief! She stole meats from the castle kitchen!” Twilight said

“Alpha” Grey turned to Wang whose eyes were still on Elsa

“Let her go” He simply said and walked away

Grey immediately ran to Elsa

“Hey, are you okay?” He asked and Elsa broke into more tears

Nothing in this life hurts more than what happened just now

He saw us right?? He saw us Rowena said sadly

Elsa only cried more harder

I’m sorry, it’s my fault, I shouldn’t have suggested you eat the meat Rowena said

“What is she still doing here in the palace anyway?” Twilight hissed

Grey looked up with an angry glare

“Shut up, will you?”

They rolled their eyes and walked away

“Hey get up” Grey helped Elsa up

“Thanks” Elsa wiped her tears

“Are you hungry?” Grey asked and she immediately shook her head

“You should clean up” Grey said and she nodded

She started walking

“Hey” Grey called and she stopped without looking back

“What’s your Name?” Grey asked and she looked at him

“Elsa” She said

“I’m Grey” Grey said

Elsa nodded and walked away slowly with Grey staring at her till she was out of sight.

Elsa opened the door and walked in, she was still in tears but as she entered, she saw the person she least expected at that very moment.

It’s Alpha Wang standing right in front of her!!

Elsa sniffed in her tears and stood still, wondering why he was there until he spoke up

“Do you know?” His voice came so coldly but Elsa understood what he meant

Gently, she nodded her head and looked down avoiding his eyes

“Don’t give yourself any hope” Wang said and Elsa looked up

“Don’t expect anything” He added and Elsa summoned the courage to talk

“W… why?” She asked, staring into his eyes

“I’m going to reject you” Alpha Wang said and Elsa could feel a painful sting in her heart

“I……”

“I won’t change my mind,so leave the castle before dawn” Alpha Wang said at once and walked out of the room, slamming the door behind him.

Elsa’s lips trembled as she tried her best to control her tears but they came rolling down straight on her cheeks.

She just got rejected….By her Mate.
