< REX'S QUARTER ~ EVENING >

Ginger got to the room Raphael had been staying for the past one week only to find it empty.

“What happened here?” Ginger asked a guard who was passing by.

“Boss Raphael is back at his quarter” The guard replied.

“Why? He isn’t well enough” Ginger said.

“He sure is after all he is with his girl, I bet he is having the fun of his life with her, it’s been one week after all” the guard said jokingly as he walked on.

No one had to tell Ginger who the girl the guard was referring to is, but she had to confirm herself, she thought as she went to Raphael quarter.

She got there only to see Raphael and Sephy walking into the quarter hand in hand.

“Are they back together?” She murmured and not being able to bear the sight of seeing them together, she ran off.

“We are finally back here” Sephy said in excitement as she stood in front of the window starring at the night sky.

“We are” Raphael replied as he came to stand behind her, wrapping his arms around her slender waist while she snuggle close.

“And this time we aren’t back as enemies but as Lovers” he added kissing her neck and that got her pulling away from him.

“I think lovers is too big of a word to use” she said.

“But we are lovers”

“We are a couple not lovers. Lovers are those who have made love to….” She stop when she realized what she was saying.

Raphael let out a slow smile as he pulled her into his arms.

“So are you suggesting we become lovers. The bed is quite big enough for us both” Raphael said and that got her gulping down her saliva.

“I…I….I don’t think it’s the right time for us, I ….need to use the bathroom ” She said getting out of his arms.

“Take a deep breath and calm down” Sephy murmured to herself a while later as she stood in front of the mirror in the bathroom.

What she’s thinking is bound to happen between them but she feels scared.

“When are you going to come out?” Raphael call broke into her thought.

“I will be out soon” she replied as she change into her night gown.

Taking another deep breath, she left the bathroom only to stop when she saw Raphael sitting on the bed, shirtless.

Her gaze drifted to his biceps and she wondered how it will feel if she were to wrap her arms around it and….

“Stay where you are” Raphael ordered as he got off the bed.

Walking towards her he lifted her by the waist while she wrap her legs around his waist and neck.

“What are you doing?” She murmured.

“Do you know how tasty you look right now” he asked throatily as he walk them both towards the bed.

He layed her on the bed while he settled beside her.

“Get some sleep” he said suddenly and that got her sitting up.

“Sleep? aren’t we…..aren’t we….” She stopped due to her nervousness.

Smiling at the cute way she look, Raphael pulled her down beside him.

“We aren’t. Am still recovering and besides you are too scared to do a thing, so let’s get some sleep” he said kissing her on the forehead before closing his eyes.

Sephy kept starring at him wondering how some was made to look so perfect when she doze off.

NEXT DAY REX QUARTER~

Violet woke up due to the noise she kept hearing.

Whoever was at the door was making a fuss cause the guards won’t let her in.

Who could it be? She thought as she sat up and at that moment the door open and Miranda barge into the room.

“So it’s you” she said glaring at Violet just as the guards came to pull her.

“Let me go! Let go of me!” She kept screaming and that got Violet telling the guards to let her be.

“But Boss has told us not to let anyone bother…..”

“I can take care of myself. Let us be” she said which got the guards leaving.

“So you’ve manage to seduce your way back into his life?” Miranda asked.

“Don’t you ever get tired of making yourself look like a fool?” Violet asked in return.

“What did you just say?”

“You heard me. Rex dumped you and still you keep lurking around him, don’t you know that it will make him feel like he is the most important man on earth?” Violet stated.

“That is what he is to me and I will never get tired of chasing him cause he is mine. Didn’t he tell you that for the past one week have been the one warming his bed, I bet he didn’t tell you cause if he did, you won’t be here” Miranda said and though it got Violet remembering what she saw the other day, she masked it up with a smile.

“He told me but it doesn’t matter since I am the one he truly loves and the girl he only wants to be with. You are just a pest who keeps pestering him, when will you see that?” Violet asked.

“You bitch!” Miranda said as she move towards her wanting to hit her on the face but Rex came on time to stop it.

“What do you think you are doing?” Rex asked as he took hold of Miranda hand.

“Am teaching this bitch a lesson and….”

“When the hell will you stop your nonsense?” Rex asked as he push her away.

“Why are you acting this way with me? Just yesterday we made love and……”

“And it was all planned by you. I know you spike my drink and that was how I gave in to you yesterday” Rex yelled at her and that got her looking away guiltily.

“I didn’t do anything” she said moving towards him but he move back.

“You’ve been trying to get close to me for a week but I never gave you a glance and then you brought to me a drink which you spiked with some thing and I ended up having s*x with you and yet you claim you are innocent?” Rex said which earned Violet attention.

She spiked him and took advantage of him, Violet thought as she began feeling pain.

“Fine! I did it and I only did that to get you back but still you keep going to her” Miranda said in anger.

“That’s because I love her and it will never change, get that straight into your head and stop pestering me” Rex said not noticing Violet.

“I will forget the things you did and in exchange I don’t want to see you here again, you are only allowed to work at….”

“Arrrghh…..” Violet cried out and that got him going to her.

“What’s wrong? Is it the baby?” Rex asked and when she shook her head, he carried her out of the room.

“She’s having a child?” Miranda muttered as she stared after them.
