Tony folded his arms and walked towards him.

“You should get re-ady now, your wedding is in an hour” he said and left.

Garret nodded and quic-kly went away from there.

Tony sm-irked and also left.

Irene had her bath and s£nt her mother a message about her getting married.

She stared at her wedding go-wn and wondered how she was going to put it on.

Suddenly, some maids walked into the room with a young lady.

“Greetings my queen, we are here to as-sist you” they chorused.

Irene nodded slowly. She wasn’t used to them calling her queen.

The other lady was a makeup artist. She did her makeup.

Irene didn’t forget to tell her she doesn’t like heavy make-up.

After everything, she was set. She used her veil to cover her face. She had no idea how the wedding is going to be like. The ones she has attended was a church wedding where the priest join them together.

“I guess the chief would join us together” she thought.

She left the room when it was time.

“Wow” she murmured.

Maids and guards surrounded her.

She hated the way she was walking slowly. She wished to run and jump.

The king took her hand and walked her to the throne where Garret was waiting for her.

She raised her head and stared at Garret throu-gh her veil and caught him also staring at her.

She quic-kly lowered her gaze and blu-shed.

She wasn’t paying attention to what the chief was saying. She just wanted to leave the throne and go talk to other people.

They exchanged rings and took the traditional oath.

The next thing was the crown.

The chief wore the crown on their heads and sprinkled some powder on their face.

Irene and Garret squee-zed their faces and started coughing.

“It is done. Hail our new king and queen!”

“Hail!” They cheered.

“Wait… They haven’t k!$$£d yet”

Irene turned and saw Stephanie. She chuckled silently and shook her head.

“Yes, they should k!ss”

Chief stared at the lastest couple and win-ked at them with his old eyes.

Garrett took some steps towards Irene and k!$$£d her.

Everyone cl@pped again.

“Let the p@rty begin!!!”

Irene quic-kly went down and hvgged Steph.

“I’ve missed you Stephanie”

“It’s a plea-sure my queen. I’m glad you miss me” she replied, bowing down.

“Oh plea-se, you’re the last person I would want to hear that from” Irene said.

Steph laughed.

“Come on, let’s go have some drinks”

“Sure, just don’t let Garret know about that. He would scold me”

“Congratulations bro. You are lucky to get Irene after everyone fought for her” Leo said.

Garret laughed.

“What can I say? Luck is just by my side”

“If you ever hurt Irene, I won’t forgive you Garret” Frederick grinned his teeth.

“Chill Fred. He is the king now, show some respect. Well, Fred is right. If you make her cry, I promise to skin you alive” Tony said with a weird smile on his face.

“I never knew my brothers would hunt me” Garret adjusted his robe and went to meet his parents.

The king shook hands with Garret.

“Congratulations, my king”

“Oh, st©p it dad. It’s more weird hearing that from your mouth”

“I see that there’s no nee-d taking that royal br@celet from Irene. She is now the queen, what a lucky child” the queen said.

Garrett smiled.

“We would be leaving in two weeks time. It’s time for your mother and I to rest” King Zen said softly.

“I un-derstand father. I know you won’t be coming back soon either” Garret said.

The king held his shoulder and hvgged Garret ti-ght.

“Thank you son, for ma-king me proud. I knew that you’ll never let me down”

Garret smiled and freed himself from his p@rty.

“Come on, go and p@rty!” He said.

Garret nodded and left.

“Thanks father”

Two weeks later!!!

The whole family were eating breakfast together at the dinning table.

A maid walked towards the dining and stood behind Wren and Zoe.

Irene looked at her and stared at the young girls.

“It’s time to go to school now” she said.

Wren and Zoe left the table and dropped their napkin.

“That’s my girls. Come and hvg me” Irene said and they hvgged her.

“Bye big sis!”

“Bye Irene!”

They said and left.

Leo furrowed his eyebrows.

“It’s time for you to have a child alre-ady. Don’t you think?”

Garret and Irene stared at each other.

“I don’t know about that” she said.

“You should know. Mom and Dad left yesterday and now, it’s up to you both. I nee-d to hear baby cries in this palace. I nee-d someone to call me uncle” Fredrick said as if he was angry.

“You should calm down Fred. We’ll have a baby girl soon” Garret said.

Irene dropped her fork and stared at Garret.

“What? Girl? I nee-d a boy”

Tony chuckled and sipped from his jui-ce.

“Most ladies I know usually like having baby girls”

“Well, I’m different. I want a baby boy” she said.

“I want a baby girl!” Garret said.

“Baby boy!”

“Baby girl!”

“Baby…”

Irene quic-kly stood up and ran to the nearest bathroom.

Garret furrowed his eyebrows and stared at his brothers.

“Don’t look at me. I didn’t do anything to her” Tony said and kept his jui-ce.

Irene c@m£ back with her hand on her stomach.

She sat down beside Garrett.

“What happened to you?” He asked.

Irene blinked repeatedly.

“I don’t know. I’m feeling dizzy and…”

“Okay, we should go to the hospital” he stood up.

“No, I’m fine” she said.

“I’m not listening to that. This is the second time you are puking this morning. We should leave now!” He said and walked out on them.

Irene placed her head on the table.

“Ah jeez!”
