Aubrey’s POV

I stared at Min Seok like he had suddenly grown horns on his head. He wants me to follow him to the park?

I just closed from school and he won’t let me even go home first?

“I’m sorry Min Seok but….” I was saying when he cut me off

“Please Aubrey. You have siblings but I don’t, just go to the park with me, please” he pleaded again and I had no choice.

He must really feel lonely. He doesn’t has much friends as a singer and he also doesn’t has a sibling.

“Alright then. I will go with you but we will only be spending an hour together. Deal?”

“Deal” he answered happily

We walked to his car and he opened the door for me like a gentleman making me blus-h slightly.

The drive to the park was not completely silent. Min Seok brou-ght up small talks until we got to the park.

“Isn’t it beautiful and just the perfect place to have fun?” Min Seok asked as they walked inside

“Yeah, it’s perfect” Aubrey concurred

We played different games and rode the roller coaster. In the end, we bought ice cream and settled down just watching the people present.

“Should I drive you home? We’ve stayed for more than an hour so let me make it up to you please”

“No. You’ve done more than enough already. I can go on my own and I will like to be on my way now”

“Okay. Good night”

“Yeah. Bye” I waved at him and went home

I just hope Samantha didn’t go to my house today because she would have gotten tired of waiting already.

Thankfully, Samantha didn’t drop by today. My guards told me she didn’t come and I was really happy because I don’t know what I would have told her if she asks me where I went.

I took a quick shower before laying on my bed. I was already drifting off to sleep when my phone rang. Who is calling me for goodness sake.

I checked the caller ID to discover it was Sophie. I’ve really missed her.

“Unnie (sister)” I called excitedly

“Annyeonghaseyo (are you well)?” she asked

“Ani. Bgoshipo (no, I miss you)”

“Geogjeong hajima. Naneun god jib-e ol geos-ida (don’t worry, I will be coming home soon)” she said making me sit upright

“Jinjja? (Really?)”

“Ne(yes)”

“Hyeongjeneun eottae? (What about brother?)

“Uhh… Geuneun ttohan god ol geos-ida (he will also be coming soon)

“Gidalil su eobs-eo (I can’t wait). Naleul wihae manh-eun geos-eul sajuseyo (make sure you buy many things for me)”

“Araseo! Jigeum ga-ya hae. (Alright, I have to go now)”

“Kre. Saranghae (Yeah. I love you)”

“Nado (me too) jal isseo (bye)” she replied and hung up

I ended the call with my sister and smiled to myself. I like speaking Korean with my siblings most of the time, I really miss them so much and I can’t wait for their return.

With a beautiful smile on my face, I slept off.

Min Seok’s POV

I don’t remember the last time I had fun like I did today. Aubrey is just the perfect friend anyone could ask for.

I got home to meet Mom’s car parked outside, she will definitely want to know where I went after school.

“Good evening Omma (Mom)”

“How was school today?” she asked. Looks like her English is getting better

“Fine Mom. What about you? How was work?”

“It was fine. So… where are you coming from?” she asked the question I had been expecting

“I went out with a friend Mom”

“To where and is your friend a male or female”

“Mom…. I just went out to have fun, that’s all”

“Okay then. Go upstairs, freshen up and come down for dinner”

“Alright Mom. Love you” I blew her kis-ses and went upstairs.

Liam’s POV

I’m going to kill Min Seok with my ba-re hands. How dare he try to ruin my plans for Aubrey?

I got to school and walked angrily to cla-ss.

“What’s up with you?” Daniel asked but I turned deaf ears to his question

“What happened to him?” he asked Jayden

“Well, I also don’t know. He’s been moody since last night” Jayden shrugged

“Ohh… Let’s leave him alone then” Daniel said

“Yeah. I want to see Aubrey too, I will beat Liam to it this time” Jayden said as they exited the room

What?! He’s going to take part in the bet? Of course! What was I thinking?

If I’m the only one, then it won’t be a bet and it won’t make sense. Shit! Why am I even scared?

Jayden is not as handsome as Daniel not to talk of me so I shouldn’t feel I secure. If it was Daniel, it would be a different case.

Jayden’s POV

After I and Daniel left the cla-ss, I excused myself and went in search of Olivia. I’m going to win that bet and prove to Daniel and Liam that I’m the ladies’ man.

I searched for her and after a while, I saw her in the midst of her friends.

I thought of walking up to her but Khloe might get suspicious since she knew about the bet. I guess I will wait until school closes.

After school

I purposely put a banana peel on the path I was sure Aubrey would take and I whistled when she was almost there so she will look up and it worked.

When she stepped on the peel, I quickly went there as her knight in shining armour and caught her just before she fell to the ground.

We stared at each other for a while before coming to our senses and we pulled away immediately.

“Are you okay?” I asked in a calm but fli-rty voice

“Yes, thank you” she answered timidly and tried walking away but I stopped her.

“What’s your name?”

“Aubrey”

” Hmm! Aubrey! A nice name for a quiet girl. Can we be friends? Don’t be surprised I’m asking you that, I’ve never had a female friend before. Please…”

“I’m sorry but…” she was saying when I cut her off

“Please Aubrey, just help me out” I pleaded pathetically and that seemed to work on her

“Okay then”

“Really?” I asked happily

“Yes” she replied with a small smile

“Can we get to know more about each other?” I asked hopefully

“Uhhm… No, but I promise to create time for that tomorrow”

“Okay. Goodnight or should I drop you off?”

“No, it’s okay. Bye”

Yes! Very soon, I’m going to have her in my bed. I hope she turns out to be a Virg-in, that will be Jackpot!
