I stared at the beautiful ring on my finger with a broad smile .

” Finally mine I can’t wait to tie the knot Mi Cielo” he said making me laugh.

” We are gonna have a summer wedding , it’s definitely gonna be your dream wedding,no matter how luxurious you want it . I’m here to spoil you with my money ,love and attention ..” he said kissing my forehead.

I looked up and at him in amusement.

” It’s not gonna be just one wedding Leon ” I said and he raised his eyebrows in amusement.

” Oh ” he muttered under his breath.

” Ohhhh” I said bitting my lower lip.

“How many weddings are we doing then ? He asked in shock .

” Three . A Nigerian traditional marriage and then a South African traditional marriage .An English Wedding to sum it up . My man is capable” I said and he laughed.

” Do we have to go down to Nigeria for the Nigerian wedding ? He asked and I bit my lower lip as I controlled my laughter .

“Are you scared of going down to Nigeria ? I asked teasingly.

” No …I have never been to Nigeria ,we have a company we are partnering with there though . They came over for the signing . I sent my men over to oversee it
” He explained pulling me on his lap .

” Fine ,you will go to Nigeria because it’s a culture for my parents children” I explained and he gave a nod in agreement.

“It’s not a big deal ”

” First of all ,I need to break the news to the guys and then scar and mom ” he said smiling in excitement and I laughed.

” Madre ..{mom } ” he called immediately she picked up the call .

” Really Leon ? I’ve been trying to reach you …” She trailed and squiled in excitement when her eyes met mine .

” Hey mum ” I said and she smiled.

” I’ve missed you Imani ,I heard that naughty guy besides you fvcked up and you decided to leave for a while . He’s lucky he apologized” She said glaring at him and we both Laughed.

” You look very beautiful dear ” she said and I blushed .

” Thanks mum ” I said and Leon chuckled besides me .

” I proposed”he said softly.

” What ! ” She screamed in excitement and I raised my fingers as I laughed at her excitement.

My heart warmed up immediately . His mom is just one of the most supportive people I’ve met in my life .

“He proposed ? OmGGgggggggh !” Scarlet screamed besides his mom and he laughed.

” I didn’t know you were over at Mom’s ” he teased her .

” I’ve missed my mom , I just wanted to spend time with her ” Scar said smiling.

” I’m gonna rock this wedding , something is going to happen trust me ” Scarlet said making us smile.

After the call with them , I got up and went into the bathroom to freshen up .

“Leon ” I whinned when he joined me in the bathroom.

” I’m not here to seduce you ” he said raising his hands playfully.

” You’re naked and you think I’m not seduced right now ? I asked and he burst into laughter.

” Keep your hands to yourself sir leonardo ” I said and his jaws literally dropped.

” Sir leonardo ? So now I’m sir ” He asked and I laughed.

” Is he not sir ? Are you not sir ? I asked and he shook his head .

” So what’s the meaning of Ashoowu? He asked and I stared at him in amusement.

” Pronounce that again ?” I said playfully.

” Hahahahaha” I burst into laughter.

” Why are you laughing ? He asked folding both his hands.

” But why won’t you tell me what it means “he asked curiously.

” Because I don’t want to ” I said and he slapped my a*s playfully from behind.

I stayed over at his place and we had a nap together during the afternoon .

I felt the urge to throw up and quickly went down from the bed leaving him to sleep .

Washing my mouth and face after puking , I changed into his shirt and shorts and called Tegs to come pick me up .

I will tell him about the pregnancy, but not now .

I’m planning on keeping it a secret until he officially meets my parents , I’ll stay away from my family house so mom doesn’t notice.

She’s gonna freak out and it won’t be a preety sight .

” Sweet..” I trailed playfully as I kissed his shirtless back .

” Hmmn ” he called playfully while sleeping.

” I have to go home , I’ll text you later tonight ” I whispered softly.

” this is not my house Leonardo ” I said fighting my smile.

” You’re looking classy ” I complimented her.

” Why won’t you say that when you are looking for a chaffuare . What are you doing in Leon’s place ? She asked teasingly.

” Adam ..” Avy brought down the windows and screamed from the car .

” Averyl” I screamed excitedly.

” Yeah I’m back . But unfortunately you’re in the house of Adam ” she said pointing at Leon’s gate ”

” I didn’t ask the both of you to remain single ” I said and their jaws literally dropped.

” Chai ” Tega exclaimed in thick Nigerian accent .

” Allow the singles breathhhhhhjjjj , don’t suffocate us ” Avy said laughing.

” You act so Nigerian , Tega is bad influence on you ” I said pointing at her .

” She’s partly from Africa stop making it seem like I’m a Nigerian spoiling a Ghanaian ” Tega said walking towards the driver’s seat .

” Get in ” she said and I chuckled.

” Girls ” I said playfully.

” What ? Avy asked scrolling through her phone.

” Seee” I said flashing them my ring finger .

“What the Banana hell is going on here people ! ” Averyl screamed in excitement.

” He proposed ? Tega asked smiling.

” Yeah ”

” I said yes ” I said and Avy screamed.

” This is it girl .. I’m definitely in on this , your wedding is gonna be the talk of the universe” she said Makin the sign of the globe .

” I got a wedding to plan sis , I’m happy for you trust me ” Refs said walking back to give me a hug .

My eyes stung with tears because I knew she was genuinely happy for me even if marriage wasn’t her thing .

How ironic , she’s a wedding planner that doesn’t believe in marriage and it’s so sad.

We don’t talk about it , but Tega has gone through a whole load of sh*t

Her is messy, to the point we all just pretend like it never happened.

” You know what guys we gotta celebrate ” Avy said waving her hands dramatically.

When we got to my place, Tegs cooked dinner while Avy played loud music and twerked crazily.

She was clad in a bra and form pant .

Still clad in her heels from the morning .

” Want some ? Tega asked as she poured alcohol into an empty glass .

I shook my head and watch her lit up a ciggerrate.

Yeah she smokes, an habit of hers that only Avy and I know about .

” Not even a little ? We are celebrating you here ” she said with a chuckle.

” I’m pregnant” I said out of the blue .

” I’m the president of the United States of America” Tega said sacarstically as they both burst into laughter.

They stopped laughing when they noticed I was dead Seriose.

” Do I look like I’m joking ,I found out before he proposed ” I said camly .

” Did he propose before finding out ? Avy asked .

” He doesn’t know ” I muttered under my breath and leaned on my couch .

” Thank goodness ,I was scared to death thinking he proposed because of that ” she said in relief.

” It’s best you tell him after meeting your parents ,we don’t want them thinking he proposed because of the pregnancy”
Tegs said.

” Aunt Yemi will get married either ways ,you should avoid your parents house ” she said with a chuckle.

” I’ll confess myself by the way. After we tell them about the marriage.

” It’s gonna be dramatic ,but either ways Leon is worth the stress” I said smiling.

” God whennnnnnnnnn” Tegs said playfully.

” Heart breaker screaming God when . ” Avy said and she threw a cushion at her .

” I’m not an heart breaker ,how is it my fault that they refused to get the memo ” she asked raising both arms in a frustrated manner.

” It’s not your fault ” I said Laughing.

They ended up spending the night my place and that night as I lay to sleep, a smile graced my lips .

That’s how happy Leon makes me , and there’s no sweeter feeling that saying yes to my man .
