” Leon ..” I trailed .

” Hey I’m here , just tell me what you need . A warm bath ? Meds ? Tampons ? ” He asked and I blushed red .

” I need new undies , tampons and pads ” I said as I made a list of the stuff I need .

” Where is Pierre gonna sleep tonight ? I asked worriedly.

” Pierre might spend the night in his beach house ,or just crash with Adonis ” he said like it wasn’t a big deal.

” But treasure…” I trailed , feeling bad about the inconvenience I caused Pierre tonight .

” They’re good ” he assured and I gave a nod.

” I’ll be right back okay” he said and I watched him leave the house after picking his car keys .

Immediately he left ,I stood up and went into the guest room.

After cleaning up the place where I was sitted , I went into the bathroom and got out of my clothes .

My stomach hurt from cramps and I know it’s only a matter of time before I fall sick .

I’m one of those girls who have it really bad on the first day.

I’ve had days where Avy and Tega had to babysit me or take turns in babysitting me .

I’m sure they will be worried sick if they knew I had changed date again .

I was in the bathroom when Leon arrived.

” I’m back mi cielo ” he said and I bit my lower lip as I stared at the door then at my thighs.

Tieing the ropes of my bathing robe ,I walked over to the door and opened it .

” Hey ” I said and he chuckled.

” Here you go ,I don’t know which product you use so I just got anyone I felt will make you comfortable . ” He said handing me a light shopping bag .

I wonder how people at the mall stared as he got these stuffs .

I noticed there was another shopping bag at the table and I smiled at him .

He handed me a smaller packet and I noticed it was a night wear for the night .

” Thanks ” I said again wondering how I would have helped myself without him .

I got into the bathroom and after freshening up ,I checked out the different products and went for one of them .

The nightwear was a pair of pajamas and thick socks.

” Hey babe ,how are you feeling now ? He asked as he gestured towards the glass of warm water and the drugs I asked him to buy on his way .

I smiled and took them before sitting next to him on the bed .

My eyes stung as I remembered the tight corner I was in a while ago .

He seem to notice because he pulled me into his arms as I bit my lower lip .

He makes me feel so loved and it’s barely a week since we became official .

” Does it hurt ? Scarlet had cramps too ,it only stopped when she had her first child ” he said as he stared at me with a small smile that had me feeling shy .

” Really ? I asked and he gave a nod .

” It’s not a bad thing to feel embarrassed about it ,it’s normal to feel that way . But why should you feel embarrassed when God created you like that ? He asked and I sniffed back tears .

” I don’t know” i muttered under my breath as my heart swelled at his understanding nature .

” You should go to bed now ,I’m right here just in case you need anything.” He said and I bit my lower lip as tears rolled outta my eyes.

” Can you sleep next to me tonight Lee ? I asked and he chuckled.

” It’s okay if you want to cuddle mi Cielo {my heaven }.

He lay besides me and I got untop of him as I placed my head on his chest .

” You’re burning up princess ” he muttered under his breath.

” My stomach hurts ” I cried and he rubbed my waist gently .

” Just try to sleep ” he said and I sniffed back tears as he continued to rub my back sweetly.

” Kiss me ” I said pouting and he chuckled.

” You know I like this girlfriend that says kiss me ,it makes you look f*cking sexy ” he said smiling and I placed my lips gently on his int-
itiating the kiss .

It wasn’t rough , just sweet and sloppy and the fact that he was rubbing my waist gently helped with the pain .

My eyes fell drowsy and before I knew it ,my eyes felt heavy and I slept off .

” Threatening me will not help the familia in anyway ,I’ve said that to Padre countless times ” I heard leon’s angry voice which made me open my eyes immediately.

” Dmmt Vincenzo ….!” He cursed under his breath and the next words that followed were in Spanish.

He looked angry and I’ve never seen him so angry except from the time he fought with Erduardo at his mother’s party.

I wonder who Vincenzo is and why the calm and collected Lee was this angry at him .

He turned around and when his eyes met mine ,they softened immediately.

” Huh , I’ll call you back cousin ” he said and ended the call .

” Is everything okay Sweet ? I asked and he gave a nod.

” Everything is fine ,how are you feeling now? He asked Calmly.

” I’m fine ,but I can’t say the same about you” I said gesturing for him to sit down.

” Why were you arguing with your cousin ? I asked and he smiled.

” Oh ,it’s guys stuff we are good” he said but something told me he was lieing.

We just started dating and I figured it will take time before he begins to open up about certain things.

” Calm down . You tend to make wrong decisions when you are angry ” I said rubbing his arms .

” I should have asked you out the moment I saw you ” he said and I burst into laughter.

” Seriously ? ” I asked as he joined me.

” You would have asked someone that rained hot coffee on you out ? I asked smirking.

“That burn hasn’t gone ” he said and I blushed red .

” I’m sorry ” I muttered under my breath.

” I won’t change anything about us ,even if it means going back in time to be rained by coffee over and over again ” he said and I burst out laughing.

” Fine ” I said standing up on my feet .

He walked over to help me and u chuckle.

” I’m fine sweet , suprisingly the pain isn’t that intense like other times . Do you guys have a local market ? I asked and he turned .

” Local ? Why do you want to go to a local market ? If you want something we can go to the mall or something” he said immediately.

” We ? Don’t you have work ? I asked folding both hands in amusement.

” I took a day off” he said and I bit my lower lip.

” Don’t you have something important to do at work ? I asked .

” What’s more important than my girlfriend ? He asked walking towards the bathroom.

This man is something else ,is he on a mission to make me fall inlove with him or what ?

How can a man be this caring and gentle .

” You staring at me as if you want to join me. ” He said naughtily as he stared at me .

” No” I said immediately as he laughed and got into the bathroom.

I Freshened up after he came out , and Changed into a dress he ordered and my shoes from the previous evening.

He made breakfast and we decided to go to the local market together .

When we got there ,the locals around were busy with their buying and selling.

I pulled my hat properly and he handed me his shades.

I smiled as we went around inspecting different things .

” I have only heard of this place,I’ve never visited before ” he said rubbing his arms.

” You rich people don’t like stress ” i said and he shook his head .

” I think I never got the time ” he muttered under his breath.

” You never created the time ” I said and he smiled when he realized I was saying the truth.

” Fine you caught me ” he said raising both hands with a chuckle.

” This is so beautiful ” I squiled when he raised a scarf for me .

He hung it on my shoulders and I smiled .

I loved the material ,it was silky and smooth .

I got out my card and he chuckled.

” They don’t use that here babe ” he said and I stared at the stall owner .

He got out some notes and paid for the stuffs .

He helped me carry our stuffs to the car and we stopped buy a restaurant to have lunch .

” Do you guys have where you sell African food stuffs here ? I asked and he stared at me as he picked what he wanted in the menu.

” Yes ,I think I can ask Pierre about that ” he said scrolling through his phone and I gave a nod .

He brought out his shiny black card and paid for the stuffs .

” Pierre sent the address ” he said and I bit my lower lip .

He drove towards the place and I noticed it was also a big expensive market with people of different races walking around , buying and selling.

I clapped in excitement and made to leave but he stopped me and handed me his card .

I frowned immediately .

” Sweet I don’t need your money ” I said and he didn’t seem pleased by what I just said.

” It’s not the way you …” I trailed .

” You are my woman Imani ,it’s my duty to spoil you rotten ,I’ve not even started spending on you and you are already complaining ” he said calmly.

” I’m not dating you because of how rich you are ,but because I feel something for you ” I said and he kissed my lips .

” You are so stubborn mi Cielo ,but that’s one of the things that attracted me to you ,I’m sure you know that ” he said and kissed my forehead.

” Let me spoil you silly ,with my time , attention and money . Please” he said and I blushed red .

” You and your sweet tongue” I said and he bit his lower lip and I shook my head with a chuckle.

He told me his password as he continued with his phone call .

After getting the stuffs I needed to stock his kitchen , we got back to the car .

Things over here were super expensive but it’s understandable considering this was another country .

” Done ? He asked and I gave a nod.

As he drove towards his mansion ,my mind went over to pierre and Adonis .

” Sweet can you please invite Pierre and Adonis to come over tonight ,I’m making dinner” I said and he stared at me .

” Really ? Don’t you want to rest we can eat out ” he suggested.

” I’m fine ,just invite them over ” I said and he gave a nod.

” How long have you known the guys ? I asked admiring their friendship.

I mean Pierre left his house for us last night ,most friends wouldn’t do it .

” Since highschool ,I met Pierre first though then Adonis . We have been through a lot together and i love them. ” He said and I gave a nod.

” It’s a beautiful friendship” I said smiling.

We arrived at his place and his servants welcomed us in .

Coming back to this luxurious mansion reminds me of just how wealthy this man is ,even if I try to act normal everything around him keeps reminding me of who he is .

” Babe what are you cooking tonight ,is it the Nigerian soup of pepper ? He asked and I burst into laughter.

” It’s called pepper soup ” I corrected him .

” Pepper soup ,I can’t eat that” he said and I laughed.

” I’m making Egusi soup ,it’s another Nigerian dish and since you started of with a bad start in Nigerian food ,I want to change your mindset ” I said and he bit his lower lip .

” I’m scared of this Eagle soup ” he said and I burst into laughter.

” Egusi soup ” i said again .

” Egg stew soup ? He asked frowning.

” You know what ,we can continue the practicing later ,let me change’ I said laughing and he joined me .

I changed into his loose shirt and wore room slippers before going to the kitchen.

The servants around washed their hands trying to help me .

” I can do it on my own ,all of you should just sit down,relax ” i said and they look like they will faint .

” Ma’am the Boss will not like it ” one of the maids said immediately.

” I’m your Boss of your Boss” I said and she blushed red understanding my point .

I shook my head and got to work immediately .

I’m hoping his Experience this time around is different.

After preparing everything ,I went upstairs to change and bumped into him .

” Lee ” I screamed in horror as he chuckled.

” Hey ” he said laughing softly as he tied his towel dangerously below his waist my heart pounded against my chest .

” Why are you changing here ,what happened to the changing room ? I asked wondering if what I just saw was really it .

Jeez

This man packs it , he is long thick in the right places .

How is he going to fit in me ,when we eventually ..

” Breath Imani” he said bitting his lower lip.

” I didn’t know you were done cooking ” he said kissing my temple.

His manly scent filled my nostrils , calming me down .
