WRITER’S POV ☺️.

he took the private elevator and soon he was there and met her unconscious on the floor.

“Daisy! Daisy !!” he called , but got no response.

he took her in his arms and went into the elevator as fast as he could

“open my fxcking car !!” he yelled and the security guard quickly helped him with it.

“he laid her at the back ,took the driver seat and drove out immediately.

“shit Damon what have you done ??” he thought.

soon he got to the hospital and she was taken in immediately.

“fxck the handsomeness and go treat her !!” he yelled .

they took Daisy away and he didn’t even bother to seat down .

“why does my heart ache ?” he thought.

“damn I don’t wanna be a murderer” he muttered and roughed his head .

after what seems like forever to him the doctor came out .

“Mr Arthur follow me please ” the doctor said and he followed him immediately.

“is she okay ? ” he asked

“let’s get to my office first” the doctor said and he nodded .

“have your seat ” the doc said .

“just tell me what is wrong with her ” he said .

“nothing serious she just passed out due to the severe cramp” the doc replied.

“what …why that ?” he asked

” isn’t she your wife ?” the doc asked

“just answer my damn questions” he replied getting angry.

“well she’s in her period and was having a heavy flow” the doc replied.

“we gave her something to ease the pain, you don’t have to be worried” the doc said

“did you make her work harder than she normally does when on her period?” the doc asked

“will she be okay ?” he asked ignoring the doctor’s question.

“yeah she’s fine . she might probably be awake now ” the doctor said .

he rushed out of the doc’s office and went directly to her ward .

he walked in and met her awake like the doctor said .

she looked at him then turn her face to the other side .

“are you okay?” he asked

he walked closer to the bed and sat down slowly.

“hey are you ….

“don’t talk to me ” she replied angrily.

“I’m sorry” he muttered and she rolled her eyes .

“do you want me to rub it for you ?” he asked calmly.

“what ?” she asked .

he moved his hand to her abdomenal area and rubbed it slowly.

“what are you doing?” she asked and removed his hand .

“just allow me do it” he replied with a smile and rubbed it

she looked at him and scoffed.

he looked at her face and helped her remove her hair from her eyes .

while doing that his eyes got a glimpse of her eyes .

they were both Lost in each other’s eyes.

“you look beautiful” he wanted to voice it out.

they were interrupted by the sound of a ringing phone.

“is that yours ” Damon asked not wanting to move away .

“umm…yo.. you’re..so close ” she stuttered and he move away .

she checked the phone and it was Joel .

📞where are you ? are you okay ? ” Joel asked

📞”I’m fine and thanks for calling” she replied.

📞”the boss is also not in the office, are you by any chance with him ?” Joel asked and she looked at Damon.

📞”umm….y…yeah yeah ” she managed to say .

📞” okay . are you coming back to work?” Joel asked .

📞”yeah we will be there soon” she replied and hanged up.

“your boyfriend?” he asked

“he’s not my boyfriend, Don’t you understand that?” she replied angrily.

he continued caressing her tummy gently.

“are you hungry?” he asked

“stop acting nice. it doesn’t suit you” she replied.

“stop getting on my nerves” he muttered.

“I’m okay now let’s go ” she said and stood up .

she walked to the other sides and was about to wear her footwear when she slipped and fell on top of him .

they both were still in that same position when a nurse came in .

“oh sorry” the nurse said and quickly turned around.

“Daisy tried standing up, but couldn’t , she looked at Damon who also looked at her with a raised brows.

“let me go ” she muttered with a clenched teeth.

“Don’t look at me like that, you can stand up ” Damon said .

“I can’t” she muttered

“you fell on top of me,so you should also stand “Damon

“let’s go off me” she said

“you can let’s go off yourself by standing up ” he replied.

“you’re holding me ” she said , fed up of the argument.

“no I’m not ” he replied

“yes you’re. your hands ” she said .

he quickly removed his when he realized he has been holding on to her waist.

she stood up and looked at the nurse .

“what do you want?” he asked the nurse.

“this is where she works, why are you asking such dumb question” Daisy replied.

“the doc said you can go whenever you feel like ” the nurse said and went out .

“I’m hungry, can we go to any nearby restaurant?” Damon asked

“no . I’m not hungry” she replied and her stomach decided to embarrass her .

“I guess I am ” she muttered and took her lips in .

“let’s go ” he said and held her hand .

she looked at their hands and rolled her eyes .

they both went out of the hospital with his hand still holding hers .
