Amelia's POV

Family. Now who doesn't love their family? If I see the whole situation from Aaron's point of view, he is not wrong. It's been hardly few weeks that we have met and obviously he won't fight with his brother for me. Well, currently he is but as long as it is harmless and nobody is getting hurt.

"Amelia, if you are hiding anything from me, just tell me please." Aaron looked at me with an expression that I can't quite understand.

"What do you mean Aaron? Why will I hide anything from you? I didn't kill your father!" I almost shouted because I was tired of giving explanations to him.

Aaron sat down with his head bent low. There was a long silence in this room before Aaron's phone started vibrating.

Aaron looked at the caller id and sighed before picking it up, "Bro, just give me some time to wrap my head around all of us. I am tired."

I couldn't hear what his brother said but looked like they both decided on something.

"What did he say?" I asked as soon as he kept the phone.

"He said that he wants to meet with you once." Aaron stood up and gave me a neutral expression.

"What? But you only said that he will kill me and now you want me to meet him?"

"No Amelia. He won't kill you. He has found an eye witness who remembers few details of the girl whom he saw running away that day from the hotel and said that he would recognize her as soon as he sees. So, I am just taking you to him." He shrugged.

I shook my head in disbelief, "Do you still doubt me Aaron?"

"Amelia, I said that I trust you but I trust my brother too. I just need to see it with my eyes that it's not you, that's it." He took my hands in his, "Please, Amelia."

"What if that guy says its me? Would you trust him? Where's the guarantee that your brother didn't pay him to set all this up?"

"Look Amelia, if you want me to trust you, you have trust me too, okay?"
