My girl Neighbour -S01 E21

I didn't understand what had happened but I was hot and I was just staring at Emma and when my name came out of her lips, oh god, I wanted to grab and kiss her all over again.

I felt my heart going in a million miles a minute and my knees are trembling because of that kiss.

Emma couldn't meet my eyes as she bows her head and stares at the floor, was she embarrassed of what happened? Or at the fact that she just admitted to me that she liked the kiss that we shared?

I sat on the coffee table again and lift up her chin.

I wanted to tell her that there was nothing to be shy about to what just happened but I don't want to embarrass her more by pointing out the fact that she enjoyed it as well.

Yes, I can tell that she enjoyed it as much as I did.

The response that she's giving me, the moan and the way she's touching me, even though she keeps denying it, actions speaks louder than voice.

I just stared at her beautiful face, her eyes look so confused, her cheeks that is so red and then there's her lips, those full rounded pink lips.

"Emma."

I was about to kiss her again when she suddenly stood up.

"Jen, I can't. This is so wrong, I'm sorry but I can't."

She turned her face around and sniffed, is she crying?

"Oh my god Emma, Are you crying?"

I also stood up and tried to hold her to face me.

She's crying, looking at her blood shot eyes, I felt a pinch in my chest. It hurts me seeing her like this and I know I caused it.

"Oh Emma." I put my arms around her, hugged her so tight hoping that even if I was the one causing her to cry like this, I can also ease whatever she's feeling right now.

Even though she didn't hug me back, we stayed like that for 2 minutes until she was calm down.

I finally let her go and dried her tears with my finger.

"Jen, I can't."

"Shhhhhhh." I put my finger in her lips and I almost regret it, touching her lips like that send chills down my spine.

She was staring at me and I'd like to think that she was waiting for my next move.

I gave her the warmest smile that I could muster and to my surprise, she touched my face.

I pressed my cheeks against her palm and I felt a sense of warmth wash over me, I like it when she touched me.

"Your hands are soft."

I felt my heart warm when she smiled back at me.

I know that neither both of us understand what's going on between us, especially her. The way she reacted after the kiss, it is all new to her, she's never been with a girl before, neither am I but still, I've been in love with one.

I took her hand and hold it with mine, her hand is really soft, I feel like I could hold it forever. If only.

My eyes fell on the last thought. If only.

I'm not sure what the future holds for us or if there's any.

I will treasure moments like this with her, good or bad, I don't care. As long as I'm with her, as long as I could hold her like this and most importantly, as long as she would let me.

"Jen?"

"Hmmm.."

"I am actually a bit tired right now."

I was taken aback of what she said and I realize I've been holding her hand for like 10minutes now.

"You're blushing."

I heard her giggle and that made me happy. She was at ease now.

"I'm sorry. I should go now."

I let go of her hand and the familiar emptiness I always felt whenever I let her go is there.

I don't want to go, to be honest but I know I need to give her space.

With a heavy feet, I walk towards the door.

Before I completely shut the door behind me, I heard her speak.

"I'll see you soon?"
