Back then, all I wanted was to give him a chance. But deep down, I knew that whatever we felt for each other, was wrong and forbidden.

“I really don’t want to talk about this,” I said blinking my eyes repeatedly.

But then, I suddenly felt Caleb’s palm on my cheek. And slowly, he turned my face to his.

Staring steadily at me, his eyes flickered from my eyes to my lips and my breath stuck immediately.

My heart began pounding uncontrollably. I knew it was wrong but my body wanted it. Maybe it was because it had been long since a man looked at me that way.

After a while of staring at me, he leaned in. Then the next thing I felt was his lips on mine.

At first, I was scared to give in. But along the line, my emotions took control of me.

And then I immediately opened my mouth to deepen the kiss. After which I wrapped up my arms around his neck.

The kisses started slow and short but later build like waves, each becoming deeper.

And in the process, Caleb moved his hand to my waist and pulled me closer in such a way that I was beginning to feel his entire body against mine.

And as the kiss deepened more and more, I suddenly remembered who I was and immediately, I snapped out of my emotions and quickly pulled away from Caleb.

“Oh my God! What have I done?” I asked covering my mouth.

“Daniella. I’m sorry it was all my fault” Caleb apologised.

And even though I knew it wasn’t entirely his fault but mine as well, I quickly got out of the car and left him in guilt.

But as soon as I entered my bedroom, Lo and behold, I was shocked to find Nathan sitting on the edge of our bed.

“Nathan?” I called out in shock.

“Daniella” He called out in a soft tone.

“What’s going on? Why are you suddenly here?” I asked looking confused.

“I have come to make things right,” He said with remorse in his eyes.
