Then pointing at the bed, he said,

“This same matrimonial bed, was where you got laid by my friend. Not only once did it happen, Daniella. It happened twice. And I witnessed it all with my own eyes. So you see, you don’t have any reason to act hurt. Because I went through a more severe pain compared to what you are going through now” Nathan said.

“Nathan, don’t tell me you actually did this to get back at me for sleeping with your friend which was all your idea in the first place,” Daniella said staring at him with disbelief.

“Daniella if you were intelligent enough, you would have known that I stopped touching you after that incident. That’s how disgusting you’ve become” Nathan said.

“Wait a minute. This whole thing is beginning to confuse me, Nathan. I don’t understand why you keep making it look like I intentionally went on to lay with your friend when it was your idea, to begin with,” Daniella said.

“Of course, it was my idea at first but you willingly accepted to do it,” Nathan said.

“Can you hear yourself talk!” Daniella exclaimed in shock.

“Why didn’t you oppose the idea? You acted as if you didn’t enjoy it but judging from the way you were moaning that day, I knew deep down you loved what you got and you were so excited to have a taste of another man you cheap whore” Nathan said.

“No, Nathan that’s not true. That’s not true and you know it” Daniella cried.

“Everything I just said is nothing but the truth. You think I don’t know that, that was one of the reasons why you deliberately lost the pregnancy?” He asked.

“Nathan please stop!” Daniella yelled out in tears.

“No, you stop Daniella. Enough with the pretence. Maybe you thought that with the pregnancy gone, you will get a second chance to lay with Caleb. But unfortunately, your plan failed. Honestly, I still can’t believe you felt comfortable having another man ride on you on our matrimonial bed” Nathan said in disgust.

“Nathan you know that was all your fault!” Daniella exclaimed.

“No, It was all your fault, Daniella. So don’t sit there reminding me of the vow which you broke first. And the matrimonial bed which you firstly defiled. You cheap thing. Who knows how many of them have been freely servicing your engine all this while? Seeing how you no longer come to me for sex” Nathan said.

While he was spewing all these, Daniella who was still in denial and disbelief, kept shaking her head in shock.

“No, this isn’t true,” She said covering her ears with both palms.

“Then, keep living in self-denial,” Nathan said.

Then grabbing the door handle, he pulled the door open and walked out of the room.

After crying to her heart’s content, Daniella got up and moved on as if nothing happened.

A few days later, she went on to visit the priest who officiated their wedding. After listening to her predicaments, he prayed for her and promised to speak to her husband.
