Adebayo pov

I was bl!nded by the anger within me while I released the bullet in my hand.

It hit the chair beside him.

I quickly cocked the gun and point it to him, he pleaded but I ignored his pleading.

I released the second shot and it hit him in his left arm.

“Will you k!ll me?” He asked while blo*od gushed out of his left arm.

“Your death will be my joy because no one will disturb my wife again”I replied with an ev!l smile.

I was about to release the third bullet when my phone start ringing with my wife inscription.

“Talking of the dev!l, she is calling by this time to save you from your death. Who knows if she is in one of your room and can’t watch her lover die a m!serable death in my hand….Two lovers”.

“I swear down there is nothing between us bayo, Folakemi only wants you” David weakly said while I aimed the gun at him.

“There is nothing anyone can say that will make me believe, the video with me is the real evidence”. I said aiming for his chest.

I was distracted again by Kemmy call.

Folakemi pov

I just left Atinuke house and place a call to Adebayo. I wanted to apologise for leaving the house before getting back home. I thought he will pick me up after calling him but he is not picking up which is unusual of him.

I board a bike home and met the gate of our house open.

I repeated the calls but he is not picking up.

Where could he be?

Is he angry at me?

Those questions crossed my mind.

I decided to prepare his meal even though it’s late at night.

David pov

Adebayo wanted to k!ll me and I am loosing blood from the shot in my left arm. I keep pleading and convincing him but he is completely bl!nded up with anger.

He wanted to release another bullet while I weakly Dodge it off and threw him d yogurt beside me. It hit his arm while it knocked the gun off. I managed to run into my room and locked it up.

Adebayo pov

“Trying to play smart, no problem. If you don’t die today, you will die next time. I have to deal with that wh0re in my house” I said and went out of his house.

I got back home and met Folakemi waiting patiently at the gate of the house. She is putting on a transparent blue gown showing her white pant while her n!pple is visible at the top of the gown.

“Welcome back my husband, I’ve been calling your number since, where have you been?” She asked with an innocent face while I shot her a bl00dy glare.

“Where did you went to?” I asked her in anger.

“I went to my friend place”.

“Liar, you are coming from your lovers place right! God knows how many lovers you have out there…..I had a problem and the next thing you could do is to storm out of this house in anger. Is it my fault that I couldn’t sleep with you all these while, you have forgotten the vow you made at the alter as a wife to her husband. How Stu*pid of you”.

“What has come over you, you came in now and start talking to me anyhow. Is it my fault? Aren’t I patient all these while?”.

“….ohhh you are really patient by letting another man to smack you. It showed how patient you are”. I replied in anger.

“But what is the meaning of all these false accusation, did you catch me on top of a man or what is the meaning of all these?”

“I didn’t catch you on top of a man BUT I have the evidence here” I replied bringing out my phone while I played the video for her.

She looked surprised and close her mouth.

“How can you explain this video woman, if a thing like this will ever happen, I would have denied it a thousand times with all what I have done for you. Imagine another man fondling my own wife bwess, I have nothing else to tell you. Once you are done with the video, you can go to your lover. I just returned from his place and he is shot by me. If he didn’t escape this night, I would have k!ll him and even YOU because you are both a forn!cator”. I said and left her presence.

Folakemi pov.

How could my husband get the video, we didn’t do anything that day, even though I was cra*zy about David touching me but the man refused me. Who could have showed him the video?

I racked my brain and Jennifer name came to my mind.

Did she find the time to give him the video, that woman is a b!tch. She has finally ru!n my home.

I was trying to amend my broken home not knowing that the dev!l has taken over. How could I explain this to my husband?”.

I walked to his room and knocked on it several times but he is not opening up.

I heard tiny sobs at the back of the door.

I truly hurt him and I regretted my actions.

I am married and such thing shouldn’t be heard of me. I am truly sorry…..

David pov

After Adebayo left, I searched for my phone and call Gabriel. He managed to drive to my house and take me to the hospital while I was attended to.

The bullet was removed and I was told to rest.

I keep pleading but Adebayo refused to open to the door, I felt sad and broke into fresh tears. He has never treated me this way and it Is painful seeing him in pain.

I slept off at the entrance of his door.

The next day by 5:00am

I woke up to an empty room

Adebayo has left his room without waking me up.

I saw a letter he wrote and place on d table.

Letter

Do not come looking for me, I am off your life, you can go back to your lover and have a good life together.

I broke down into tears after reading this.

Would Adebayo trust me again?

Is this how my marriage will end?
