My husband family - S01 E13

I was about to open the door when he forcefully dragged me back, he pushed me to the chair and force a kiss on me. I can’t believe that a day like this will come. What happened to the man I dated for years? He always control himself anytime he is with me. What happened to him? Can’t he hold himself anymore?. All those thoughts keep pouring into my head as he struggled to unbutton my shirt. I stop struggling with him.

He could sense my calmness and gently stand up leaving me behind.

I slowly stand up and buttoned up before carrying my bag. I left afterwards.

Adebayo pov

“What has come over me? How would I face her now? This fight is not going to end very soon. I am tired and confused. I almost raped her in the sitting room. God help me”. I lamented as I dialled her number but was not reachable.

I resort to visiting her tomorrow but before then, I have something to discuss with my dad.

The next day

I dressed up and drive to my father’s house.

I met the old man in the sitting room as usual, listening to radio.

He smile on sighting me while I prostrate in his front.

“Welcome my son, how is business and your fiancee?”.

“Business is fine, but about my fiancee. It is what brought me here”.

“What about her?”.

“Dad! It is high time you choose a date to visit Folakemi parent. The way mum keep treating that lady is not right. I am not getting younger any longer. Won’t I get married?”.

“I understand your plight son and I have discussed these with your mother before, I don’t know the reason why she keep being stubborn. Don’t worry, I am her husband and she must obey my command wether she like it or not .very soon, a date will be issued out to visit them”.

“Thank you Dad, is she around? I mean mum”.

“No, she went to visit her friend”.

“Alright dad, I am off to somewhere. I came to discuss this issue with you. Have this dad” I replied dipping my hand inside the pocket and gave the old man few notes of money. He prayed and thanked me as usual before I left for Folakemi office.

She is busy as usual and ignored me.

“Folakemi, I know it is wrong to visit you at your Working place but I just want to tell you that…I am sorry. I wished to see you after work. I will come for you after work. I came here to show you how bàd I felt yesterday evening. I am so sorry” I said while she sighed.

“We will talk better after work” she replied while I left.

Folakemi pov.

I dismissed Adebayo like that, I love the guy alot but her mum and what he did yesterday evening keep making me sad. I think we need more time to talk out all these issue. I missed us….

I am done for the day work and was about packing my belongings when David came in.

“You like barging into my office anytime, don’t you have a work” I shouted at him.

“Easy baby, I came here to take you out, I don’t mean any harm”.

“I am sorry, I can’t go out with you. My fiancee is around”.

“Wow! You keep rubbing your fiancee on my face at any moment. I wished to have someone that will do that for me. Can I at least escort you out?”.

“If you escort me out and my fiancee see this, how did you want him to react? Put yourself in his shoes”.

“The last time I checked, you guys are not married yet, I still have a chance”. David insisted

“Folakemi! I was waiting for you since, can we go now?” Adebayo voice interrupted at the doorstep while David glanced at him.

“Alright dear, I am done” I replied and walk towards him.

“Adebayo, can I speak with you for a moment?” David asked Adebayo while I look stunned.

“Speak with me, no problem” he said moving closer to him.

He lean towards Adebayo and wispher into his ear while Adebayo mood change.

He smiled and walked out on us.

“What did he say?” I asked him while he ignored the question.

“Lets go” he replied and carried my bag.

We both walked to where his car is while he drive away.

He drive to his house while we both Alighted.

I sat on the smallest cushion while he offered me cold water.

“Let me make you a quick dinner since you are tired” he said and went into the kitchen.

I missed being pampered, it is the reason why I love this guy alot.

He came back after few minutes.

“Folakemi, you are not going home tonight. I want you to sleep here overnight. We have alot to talk on…and I don’t want you to get home very late”. He said

I unlocked my phone and informed my parents about staying at his house.

He went to check what he is cooking and came back to me.

“I guess you need a warm shower, can I be of service to you?”.

“Service as how? If I want to shower, I will go into the bathroom by myself”.

“What if I decided to bath you?”.

“You dare not” I replied smiling while he carried me to the bathroom and gently place me on top of the bath tub.

He gently removed my dress leaving my underwear and skirt behind.

He turned back and tell me to undress.

“Why did you look away? Look at me” I said

“I don’t want to be tempted by your body”. He replied

“You won’t be”.

He gently faced me and undressed my cloth, he placed me In the tub and run the shower. I felt so warm while he scrubbed my body.

I see the way he look at my body hungrily. I can’t blame him. He is a man afterward and. I have starved him alot.

He managed to carry me back to his room while he gave me a towel.

He excused himself by serving the food before bringing it to the room.

We both eat quietly while I packed the plates to the kitchen.

He went to have his shower, dress in a casual wear and sit beside me .

“What did David wispher into your ear? I am so curious”. I asked.

“Don’t mind him, he is just being jealous”.

“Tell me nawwww”.

“He told me to be careful that he will soon have you”.

“He said that!

“Yes!
