Marian was shocked by what I said but before she could say anything, I closed her mouth as soon as we heard Anderson and his men talking out. Despite their low tones, their husky male voices was audible for us to hear. Marian and I gasped as we heard what my husband and his friends were planning to do.

Marian Oh no.. This is bad. We have to run.

Elizabeth No I can’t but you can.

Marian You’re staying here?

Elizabeth I’m going to buy you sometime to get to your brother. Tell him what’s happening here and let him bring back up. Hurry, go to the bookshelf and get my car keys. Leave the house through the back door.

Marian But I can’t leave you here. Your husband might..

Elizabeth JUST GO! HURRY.

Marian stared at me for some seconds before heading straight to the bookshelf and as soon as she was gone, I locked the door to the living room before my husband could get in.

In that moment, I hurried to the bedroom and took Anderson’s gun removing all the bullets. After that, I went back down to the living room and removed the other bullets from the other gun, once I had done that, I threw all the bullets underneath the couch. Shortly after that, Anderson began to knock on the door with force.
