Shortly after that, Peter and I entered his car and drove straight back home. As we drove home, we were both silent, I most especially was a little bit ashamed about what I did earlier. I looked at Peter’s face and saw a little frown on his face, I wasted no time in apologizing to him.

Marian I’m sorry for what I did. I just couldn’t stay in that place for another minute.

Peter It’s okay. I don’t blame you. You were being bullied and I shouldn’t have taken you there. I’m sorry too.

Marian So you’re not angry?

Peter What? No, I’m not.

Within minutes, Peter and I arrived at the bee farm. We stayed in his car and talked for a while before he dropped me off and drove off to his own house.

Peter I’m sorry I didn’t give you a good time. I’ll be sure to plan a better date next time.

Marian It’s okay. Thanks for the gift. It was lovely.

Peter Not as lovely ad you are.

Marian Thanks.. Uhm, I have to go now.
