In all the seven days of the week, Sunday is the least favorite day of all. It’s rare to come across anyone claiming that one of the weekends is their least favorite day, everyone loves the weekends. But in my case, Sunday is the one that I have a problem with and here’s my reason.

Every Sunday, Christians go to church and pray to the lord and after that everyone starts to get their affairs in order for the next day which is Monday and once they’re done, it’s either they’re get tired or they get caught up in something else. By the end of it all, times passes by really fast and it would be too late by then for people to do something fun or exciting.

The weekends are days meant for relaxation and social bonding. These days are supposed to be a work free days for people but due to the complications of how life is, People are forced to spend their weekends like the rest of the working days.

However, this particular Sunday was a little bit more enjoyable for me. There was no work to be done ; Most of the honeys in the storage have been sold and my sales account has gotten a high number of zeros in it . All I could do on this particular day was talk excitedly with Erica about what happened in church today.

The issue of racial discrimination was becoming a major issue such that it’s even displayed in the house of God. I was in the church when it all happened, I was sitting at the last row when I heard the stupid things the Pastor said and the worst part was most of the white folks supported his stupidity. But things didn’t turn out bad though cause a strange black man challenged the pastor and ended up making a fool of the idiot that stood on the altar.

Erica What a day! I’m sure glad I didn’t today’s service. That little drama was quite entertaining.

Elizabeth Quit it Erica. It’s not something of amusement. This is a serious matter. That pastor should have been whipped for saying such things.

Erica Oh don’t worry. That fool is getting the justice he deserves.

Elizabeth What do you mean by that?

Erica paused with her smoking and looked around before answering my question. I listened with rapt attention as she revealed some secrets.
