We start the episode with Laila warning Rehaan to stay away. She says you may get kicked out of Anant’s life as well, stop using your tiny mind, you can get blocked here. He says you are so good, don’t worry for me, worry for yourself, maybe Ahana gets kicked out of the house, I will send Saloni out, stay here. She gets angry. Ahana asks Anant to come, they will go on yatch. He gets unwell. She asks what happened, we will go to resort, you have to take your BP medicines. He jokes and hugs her.

Laila says Anant has spoiled them a lot. Saloni says I understand what Roshni is feeling, Anant is not here on her birthday. Laila asks will Anant take children on honeymoon. Saloni says Ahana would have not known this. Laila says no need to call Ahana, don’t give importance to Roshni, she is behaving selfish, Rahul and I left you alone many times, you didn’t complain. Saloni says you didn’t notice, we missed you and dad. Laila says Anant and Ahana’s honeymoon will happen just once, Roshni should understand this.

Aarav asks Yamini about the surprise. She shows the cake. He likes it. She says I wanted to surprise Roshni. He says I love you, you are the best, will dad be with us on my birthday. She says he has always given you time, he got time for himself for the first time. Anant watches business news. Ahana calls Saloni.

Saloni teases her about Anant. Ahana asks about her and Tarun. Saloni says we are good, won’t you ask about mom, she is good, she is not so bad as we think. Ahana asks what did she do now. Saloni says doctor said pregnancy has serious problems, injections were costly, mom gave me money, Papa invested money for us, policies matured now. Ahana asks did mom tell this to you. Saloni says yes, why.

Roshni and her friend hear music. They scream seeing someone in the room. Saurav wishes Roshni for her birthday. She asks him to go. They insist her to cut the cake. Aarav lights the candle and asks Yamini to come fast. They take the cake. Roshni cuts the cake and asks Saurav to leave. Yamini gets the cake and sings birthday song. Saurav hides. Aarav asks Roshni did her friend get it. Roshni says we will cut cake tomorrow. Yamini and Aarav ask her to cut the cake. Yamini asks Roshni to blow off candle first. Aarav asks her to make a wish. Roshni cuts the cake.

Aarav drops the cake on his tshirt. Yamini asks him to clean it in bathroom. Roshni stops him. Her friend cleans his clothes. Roshni asks Aarav to go and sleep. He says I want to play game. Roshni says I have to talk to Diya. Yamini says come Aarav, we will leave the ladies alone. Aarav says I m leaving my room, this is your birthday present.

They go. Roshni asks Saurav not to do this again. He wishes her again and leaves by the window. Diya says you are lucky, he is so romantic, he made your birthday special, what else do you want. Roshni says this birthday is very special, what else do I want. She misses Anant. Ahana asks Anant how is he feeling now.

He says fine, I get influenced seeing you and do such things, but the truth is, I m the father of a 18 year old girl, I have to surprise Roshni, I used to take presents for her, she always liked my gifts, I can do anything for her. She says I understand this relation, will they like the gifts. He says yes, Aarav will be much happy. Roshni wakes up.

She gets Anant’s call. Anant and Ahana are on the way. Anant wishes her happy birthday. She says thanks, when will you come. He says in few days, talk to Ahana. Ahana wishes Roshni. Roshni says thanks, I m feeling sleep. Ahana asks her to sleep. Anant says she will get surprised. They smile.

Roma asks Rehaan to have breakfast. He asks where are you going. She says I have an ad shoot. She hugs him. He gets shocked seeing Ahana. He says you have changed your perfume right. She says you noticed my perfume, that can’t be real, but ya, I have changed it. He says its really good. She leaves. He gets worried.

Saloni coming to meet Laila and asking about the money. She says Ahana said dad didn’t invest any money. She recalls Ahana telling her that dad didn’t have sufficient money to make savings for them, Laila would be lying as always, but she should accept the money. Laila says I gave you money for injections, it doesn’t matter how I got it, I know everything, I know Tarun will not accept money from me, so I had to lie. Saloni says we can’t accept this. Laila says you and your child need this, I know you hate me, I m sure you love your a child, please don’t tell this to Tarun and Ahana, yes I have lied for my daughter, you will lie for for child, this is your first test. She goes.

Reema asks Roshni not to cry on her birthday. Aarav says Roshni doesn’t have dad and BF. Rehaan comes and jokes. Roshni hugs him and asks where is Roma. He asks who, she has sent love to you, I got a cake for you. He shows the cactus cake. She laughs. He asks her to cut the cake. She sees the cakes and says everyone is here, but I don’t feel like cutting the cake. Anant and Ahana come and surprise her. Roshni and Aarav hug him. Ahana wishes her. She says Anant decided to come today before our honeymoon. Rehaan sees her. Dil ko bhi udne…plays….

He says I came to wish Roshni, I will leave. Reema says you are not leaving. Anant asks him to stay. Karan gets the gifts. Aarav asks who has sent these gifts. Anant says its for Roshni. Ahana says your dad selected all the gifts. Anant gives a small paper and says this is the 19th gift. He asks Roshni to write anything, she will get what she wants. She says sorry, I don’t want this. Anant and Reema ask her to make a wish. Roshni says you won’t be able to fulfill my wish. Anant says impossible, you will get anything you wish. Roshni writes Rehaan on the note. Anant sees Ahana.

Roshni says I want Rehaan back in this house. Rehaan says no, you can’t get this, I won’t come back, sorry. Shivaye and Anika come home. Shivaye calls out Ahana. She hugs him. He introduces his wife Anika. They greet Anant and compliment their pairing. Anika says they look khidkitod. Shivaye asks her to relax. Shivaye says we maybe different, but we are bonded by love, what people think and say, it doesn’t matter. Anika says whether the difference is of age, or name and status. Anant says right. Anika says we made a great plan for the birthday girl.

She gives a gift to Roshni and wishes her. She tells Roshni that Shivaye is her husband, he becomes angry when any problem comes, he just throws out his phone, he breaks walls, he does anything, his stress goes away. Shivaye comes and says you know what Anika does, she throws water on me, you either throw your phone or throw water at me. Roshni says dad is not allowing Rehaan to come back home.

Shivaye says I can understand, this is the speciality of relations, people can be different, not hearts. She asks did you get away from dear ones. He says we grow up, but we have to do things which we shouldn’t, I m sure Rehaan has a reason behind doing this. Anika says you are lucky, your family loves you, come on, won’t you get us the cake. Roshni cuts the cake. Everyone sings the song for her. Roshni feeds cake to everyone. Kavita gets angry on Uma and Karan. Rehaan thinks of Ahana and smells the perfume.
