D--n what is she up to?? And why the hell did I leave Laiba like that?? What does that girl want from me?? No matter how much I’m trying to shut her down from myself but still she’s opening the gates?? Man..She has got the guts!!

“Yes Arhaan Sheikh here..how may I help you??” I asked because suddenly someone decided to interrupt my thoughts. Right now I was sitting in my office and was thinking about last night.

“Cut the crap Arhaan..I’m coming up..and you better prepare yourself for my questions” Rehan barked from the other side. Before I could say anything he ended the call. Now what did I do???

“Mr. Arhaan Sheikh what the hell do you think of yourself?? Have you lost your mind after becoming the C.E.O of this company??” Rehan threw the bomb on me as he entered my office.

“Chill Rehan what is wrong with you?? Why sudden anger towards me??” I asked him calmly.

“What happened yesterday in the evening?? What did you do?? Mind telling me??” He spoke in a very strict tone.

“Nothing Rehan I just threw a house party..well you were also invited but you went to attend that meeting” I told him. I was confused.

“So you took the opportunity in my absence??” He asked glaring at me.

“Rehan will you tell me what have I done?? Why are you so angry at me??” I asked him. Well this is the first time that I’ve seen him so angry.

“Wao…now you’re acting so surprised as if you don’t know a thing also about what am I talking??” He said.

“No..I don’t”

“You didn’t just announce yesterday in the party that Mahira is you’re Maid and that Laiba girl is your soon to be wife??” He glared. Aah..so he’s talking about that thing?? Why he’s making such a big issue??

“I only said the truth” I told him with all my honesty.

“Have you forgotten my bff that you’re wedding was a very big wedding?? Press was also there?? They have you’re wedding pics?? And they also know who is Mahira??” He said.

Now I was more confused. I frowned at him. He sighed.

“Arhaan how can you be so dumb?? Ever heard of this statement Never mix your personal and professional life???” He asked. I nodded my head.

“Then why the hell did you said that?? Do you even remember punching John??”

“Yes I do remember…and I punched him because he was misbehaving” I told him as a matter of fact.

“Yes..but he told one of the news channels about your so called “announcement” thank God that to whom he told was one of my good friend and he called me immediately to confirm the matter because I’m your best friend..now has some sense gotten in your head??” He was literally shouting now.

After hearing him I was so d--n angry that I so badly wanted to strangle that John and throw him away. I was boiling with anger.

“Well..thanks to my friend that he called and asked me and I told him that it is all false news and I controlled that situation at a right time otherwise God knows what would have happen if media would have gotten this news!!” he said.

“Thank you Rehan so much I owe you alot bro..” I said and gave him a bro hug.

“Arhaan you should have thought once also before you say such things. Whatever relation you have with Mahira, is your personal issue why say to everyone?? You know very well that if Uncle would have listened to this then we both know what would have happened!! So please keep this up to you only” he explained. I nodded.

“And yes you can hide everything from others but not from me..tell me what are you up to?? I want to know your plan!!” He demanded…and I smirked. Yes, that’s my best friend… I laughed!! I walked towards my liquor stand made myself a drink..and I didn’t offer him because he doesn’t drink. Yes my best friend doesn’t drink!!!

With a drink in my head I walked towards my large window that is located in my office from where I could see the whole New York. I took a sip of my drink..”I never liked her from the beginning and that you know very well. I tried each and everything to get rid of her but she never backed off. I even asked her to not to show her face and she didn’t..what not I did, but still she was standing. That one month when I left her and went with Laiba on a vacation, there I came with a plan” I said and turned to look at him.

He was now sitting on a chair and was drinking coffee. When did he made coffee from my coffe machine?? Yes I also have a coffee machine in my office. He motioned me to continue. I nodded!!

“That time only I swore to myself that by hook or by crook I’ll throw her out of my house and my life. She thinks that I’ve actually started liking her that’s why I’m talking to her so nicely but no..she’s just a bait!!” I took another sip of my drink. “She’s such a fool that she’s actually coming by herself in my trap. She made me compromise with my love now she has to feel heart broken. I’ll make her fall for me oops scratch that..I know she has already fallen for me and after a bit of fun I’ll crumble her and throw her away. I very well know how to make her sign the divorce papers and if it doesn’t go my way..then plan B is all set to make me win” I laughed and turned to look at my best friend. He was shocked. Well I kinda expected that…

“What about that almost kiss?? And turning back and going back to her again that evening??” He asked. And I gave him my best cocky grin..”that was a well planned plan” I smirked. He was confused.

I walked in my office massaging my temples lightly “that kiss is nothing to me nor it matters to me..you also very well know that I don’t care about those kisses..that type of kiss have come and gone millions of time..I never gave a d--n to those silly so called affection nor I give now” I turned and smirked.

“And that turning away and going back to her that evening was our plan. Me and Laiba’s” I said with a sly grin on my face. “Leena can you please send Laiba in” I told my secretary..she has called me before only and told me that she’ll come to meet me now in the office.

And there she comes my Laiba, my glory…she came and hugged me. “Yes Rehan it was our plan. We had decided that..that day we will spend like that!! And she has already told me that by doing this that girl will believe me more!! And exactly that happened” I said and did a cheers to Laiba.

“And you did all this behind my back..you didn’t even told me once also about this??” Rehan asked.

“I wanted to bro..because you know that I had never hidden anything from you..so why to hide this little thing?? But every time somehow or the other I didn’t got the chance to tell you. And this thing can’t be said over the call” I told him.

“Arhaan I really don’t know that what you’re doing with your life and how you’re playing with it. I’m not into this plan with you and that you also know very well..I’ll only tell you to stop playing with her. If you really don’t want her in your life..then just tell her and I know her well enough that she’ll leave you without even asking any question to you.” Rehan said.

“Personally I also didn’t wanted to do such things to her but can’t help it. She was the one because of whom my position was at stake. Because of her my own dad threatened me…so why not make her suffer a little. After all I’m her husband in her words..and this is her duty to accept whatever I do or give to her” I told Rehan.

“And what is this plan B now??” Rehan asked.

“Well it’s a surprise..nobody knows about this. Sorry Laiba, but baby have trust on me..I’ll do what is right for us. And Rehan you’ll be the first person to know about this before I’ll execute this plan only if it is needed” I explained to both of them.

He sighed..”I still don’t know that what has gotten in yourself..but I’ll always advise you to before doing something first sort out with your own self that is it right to do?? Right now there’s no use to explain anything to you because you’re totally blinded with hate and aggression but one day it will all vanish..and Mahira will only vanish that things. And that will be the day when you’ll loose most precious thing. Arhaan there’s still time..change yourself don’t push yourself to that extent where you yourself will question to you of your dignity..anyways Arhaan it’s your life I can only help you in making you understand but at the end of the day it will be you who will make the big decision..and I hope by your decision nobody gets hurt especially Mahira.” He said all in one go. And I was staring at him.

“Have you ever thought of Mahira once also?? Up till now she hasn’t asked once also to visit her parents, she hasn’t asked anything from you when you in return have only given her insults. I know you love this chair alot and why would you not because I have seen you working day and night for this chair..but don’t forget that behind every successful man there’s a woman and that woman in your life is Mahira Bhabhi..because of her you are standing in this building as the C.E.O of this empire. No matter how you got this chair by marrying her or by getting threatened but Mahira Bhabhi was the only first step of your life’s biggest turning point this you like it or not!! It will take time for you to realize this but it will be soon..so be prepared to hold yourself. And yeah..I’m always there whenever you need me or my advise..but not in this plan. I’ll always show you the right path even after hearing about your stupid plan.” Rehan said and stood up, closed his button of his coat. I was actually shocked after listening to him.

He turned to go but suddenly looked back at me and said “you can make stupid anyone but not me. I can see the thin line of love for Bhabhi in your eyes..and yes It’s very much visible. No matter how much you deny but deep down you also know that..that you care for her.”

He threw his one last bomb at me and went away after saying bye to me..
